We were in a rustic cabin. The hours of the cafe weren’t in the informational brochure we were given at check-in. Campground was very clean. Overall, we had a very nice stay and will certainly come back.

Very impressed with the KOA campgrounds we stayed so far. Nashville KOA was everything we asked for, great staff, clean and we also had a shuttle to take us to downtown. We would definitely go back.

Winter hours make late arrival challenging, especially if it's dark. That aside, staff knowledgeable and friendly, site relatively level and spacious. Lots to do in the area and easy to get to via Uber or shuttle.

We love this KOA campground ...... the best one we have ever stayed at. Will be back again next year, for sure. Thanks for figuring out our reservation mix-up and letting us stay in the site we were. We didn't want to move in the rain either. Thanks again. You might want to get a few more DVD's for people to rent on a rainy day tho !!

We love staying at KOA of Nashville, the property is pristine, staff friendly and helpful. We also enjoy the proximity to everything happening and the shuttle to town. See you soon.

We had a wonderful time. Just a couple of complaints. The silverware wasn’t clean, the refrigerator was way too cold was freezing everything, freezer kept staying open, Every pot or pan I use to head to tighten the handles, My husband had to straighten and tighten the toilet seat also the toilet wouldn’t fill up at every flush. But other than that it was a very nice stay

Friendly staff. Quick ck in and guide to site. Metal table and chairs - better than picnic table. Most sites were gravel and fairly level. Close to Opryland. Only stayed one night. Good value

Our site was great, other than the flooding from all the rain we got during our stay. Made it so muddy. Will be back, but will definitely be requesting a different site, as we noticed almost all sites weren't as flooded as ours.

The deluxe cabin was great. It was spacious and my family enjoyed it. The staff in the store was very friendly and recommended things to do in and around Nashville.

It was AMAZING! It was our first experience renting a cabin, and it was the best experience ever. The staff was also accommodating and friendly. We absolutely recommend and will return, hopefully, sooner than later.

The lady at check in was somewhat rude but we were early, which was our fault because we didn’t realize there was a time difference.

My husband and I stay at this campground any time we are in the Nashville area. We had not been in the last year and a half because of Covid. We were disappointed that the pool is no longer heated, the wifi is sporadic, and you have to pay additional money to pick a site. When paying double what any other campground in the area is charging, I would expect those things would still be available.

site had picnic table in parking slot. moved to the mud on the side. there was only 7 feet width of gravel to park and walk on. of course setting up was all mud all around, including the car. Maybe my mistake for staying there and not requesting to move, thinking about paying for the water and electric only. Bottom line, this place needs maintenance.

Very happy with our stay at your beautiful KOA... We were very pleased with the friendly face and smile of Tammy who checked us in. She was so welcoming and very informative. Her husband Tony also very friendly. Makes all the difference in the world. We'll definitely be back !!!

Definitely a resort-style KOA. The weather was kind of nasty so it changed the mood, but not KOA's fault. I will say that the lots are close together and not very long. The clubhouse has activities and a cafe which was great. There is a shuttle for $10 round trip per person to go downtown, that was very nice. Overall, very nice place.

The campground and especially bath house was nice and clean. Nice level site with easy access to all utilities. Cable worked great. Close to a lot of activities in the area. We had a nice trip. Thank you!

This is a beautiful KOA with tons of amenities. The sites are long enough for our big rig towing and amply wide for slide outs. The grounds and buildings are exceptionally clean and maintained. My only negative is they could add some lighting in the park. It is very dark at night.

The price is too high for what you get. Nothing. Was told in morning they were going to have BBQ, Came back to get BBQ, and then was told they were not. So have to go back out to get food�

We were only there overnight after spending the day at various Nashville attractions. The staff was very pleasant and accommodating to our late arrival. The proximity to Nashville was very good and we would stay there again, especially if we had more time.

I’ve never been to a KoA campground, but I can tell you this…it’s the only place I want to go! The amenities were fantastic. I cannot wait to take our kids to the next one. Clean. Tons to do. Friendly staff. All anyone could ask for.

Convenient shuttle to downtown Nashville. Sites were well maintained. Wish there was a concrete pad next to parking spot, it had been raining so was muddy outside camper door. Could not get WiFi to connect and stay connected.

We checked in at the office, but were not checked in properly, so at 10:00PM a stranger pulled up to our site & pounded on our door, claiming we took his spot. Showed him the KOA paper work and he said they booked him in same site. Next morning, KOA person knocked on our door at 8:00 AM and asked who we were. Apologized once he saw the paperwork. Unbelievable for such a prize winning KOA!
