Our stay was too short.

I’ve been coming to the Nashville KOA for 8+ years but this last trip may be my last. We found old M&M’s wrapped up in what should have been clean bath towels and also found them in the bed sheets. That brought all kinds of ants in. When I informed the staff, they showed no concern at all. The cabin was not very clean and had cob webs everywhere. Dog parks were all mud.

There appears to be a communication problem with the computer program and real time when it comes to requesting specific lots, staff was very helpful and courteous

Clean, safe, well maintained and a friendly helpful staff. Close to the interstate so there is a bit of road noise but nothing that would discourage us from returning. The shuttle to downtown was a bonus surprise!

Clean, level sites, easy access, friendly staff. Had a small business center for printing needs. Comfortable lounge area for hanging out, easy access to the freeway and the Opry.

Everyone was very friendly. We visited off season, February, so the store and amenities closed at 5:00. But still a great time! Especially appreciated the fenced in dog park.

Park was very clean and organized, loved the escort service to our spot and the tips to parking in our spot.

Office staff was very friendly and helpful, grounds were well kept. Cabin was clean and neat. We had 2 issues. Ants all over the cabin and mattresses need to be replaced especially in the bedroom with the 1/2 bath. Location is good and convenient but the ant problem was so bad that we put ant bait in our kitchen area and left things outside when we got home so that we would not bring them in.

Loved our stay! Beautiful campground. We stayed in a deluxe cabin, it was great! Staff was so friendly and helpful! Will definitely go back there!

Was a little un happy with a 100 dollars a night and had to keep unfreezing the faucet during the night and stepping in dog mess to get in and out of the truck.

We had a very nice stay. The staff was pleasant and very accommodating. The Santa Fe restaurant nearby was amazing! We'll be back!!

Why would anyone stay at a hotel when these deluxe cabins are available. Clean and comfortable.

Nashville KOA is well laid out. I requested a site close to the dog park and we were right down a small hill from the dog park. We were allowed to check in early with only a small charge. Next time we will get a site with the private dog park, those looked wonderful.

Very nice KOA. Will stay there again. The pull through allowed ample room for a 45’ Motorhome towing a Jeep Grand Cherokee.

We love this KOA! The staff are very friendly and accommodating. We love the fact that it has a dog park as we travel with 5 dogs. The park is close to the interstate and easy to find.

We had a great stay in one of the cabins. It was very clean, and even with temperatures dropping to the high teens at night the cabin was warm. (Although the floor would get pretty cool. Socks or slippers did ward the chill off.) I would definitely recommend & we will come back in the fall of the year.

We had a great stay. Lovely grounds. Love the enclosed dog park. Loved the emenities. Wish there was a shuttle to opry. And the front desk lady was 1 of only 2 rude people we met the entire week were in Nashville. As if she was being bothered when approached. Don't know her name, she was blonde. This was the 5th time we have stayed and each time has been great. Only problem we had was the heat in the cabin..... need upgraded!!!

$15.00 fee to sign in early to get our spot that we paid $108.00 for. The grounds were half empty when we arrived. Do you give a refund fir leaving early. Because we did.i doubt my comments will be displayed
