This campground was perfect for our stay as we had our 3 young grandsons staying with us for 3 nights. They thoroughly enjoyed the grounds, the playground, and the planned activities for Halloween. We also appreciated the tidiness of the campsites and the lovely landscaping of the whole place.

Wonderful little campground. Extremely clean and safe place to camp. Owners are so friendly and go out of their way to help you. Halloween weekend was great. Our family really enjoyed the scavenger hunt and concert. We will definitely be coming back!

What a nice looking place. These people work harder on there ground then any other KOA we have Evered stayed at. Only one problem we had no TV, so when you know you are going there bring your fire stick or your smart TV .They have the best internet service WiFi

The office was very helpful in making the reservation. Everything was very smooth and professional. We were late arrivals our map and instructions were in the overnight box. Our stay was perfect bath house was clean with awesome hot water. We will be back again when we are in the area working.

Our regular overnight stop in route to Hilton Head. Easy access with long pull through sites. The hard working friendly staff are always welcoming. The improvements made over the last 7-8 years are impressive. Great Job!

Some of the 30A sites are close to one another and not very level. OK for a quick one-nighter while traveling through ATL.

Our daughter goes to college nearby, so we frequently stay at the campground. Every time we return to the campground, they have enhanced the campground in some way! They take such pride in their campground! We highly recommend!

Stayed 2 nights in a clean spacious pt. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The owners are doing great renovations to keep improving. We will definitely be back on our next trip to the area. Thanks for everything!

We were traveling and needed a spot for one night. The hostess was very friendly. Our spot was a pull through. Nice gravel lot with picnic table and fire pit. The area was kept very clean and as we were leaving the next day, one of the workers was dusting off all the picnic tables and the electric hook up boxes with a broom. The KOA was easy to get too off the highway. Very enjoyable stay.

Nice location right off the intestate grounds were clean, at check in asked for satellite friendly site and she told that site was good it was not had 0 signal, good for overnight stay

We stayed at the KOA Newberry twice last week. It's very convenient to I-26 and fuel stops are one exit away. The campsite itself is clean and well maintained. The bathrooms were clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was a good mix of Class A, fifth wheel and travel trailers. We camped in our 30ft Airstream and had no trouble navigating the site.

This was our first time here and it was a very pleasant experience. I called and left a message and the lady called back and had to juggle a couple of campers around in order to accommodate us. We will stay here again.

We stayed in the Magnolia cabin and our stay was fabulous….as always. We never cease to be amazed at the care taken by the owners to upgrade and improve this entire facility regularly. Every time we return there is something new! Maintenance is outstanding. As is the friendliness of the staff. We love it here.

First time and wished we didn't have plans elsewhere, I'd have stayed a few more days. This is a great park with a fantastic staff. This park operates a family atmosphere and we felt appreciated. Now for the highlights, a great pull thru space that I didn't have to unhook to pull thru. The owners hosted a charity event for the Gary Sinece Foundation. Really good Chili and some quality music.

This is a nice clean well managed KOA facility. The folks were also very accommodating in allowing us to stay on such short notice...about 4 hour notice. We plan to make a reservation and stop back again in the future. Thank you.

Staff is very helpful and friendly. Great place for stop over for trip to mountains. Recommended to our son who stayed there on his way to the mountains and twice he told me how much they liked this koa.

Everything was nice and clean, nice fall plantings, and cute Halloween decor. We had time to walk the campground to check out new additions, really well thought out w/ campers in mind!! We will definitely be back!

Very nice KOA (unlike many that we have stayed at before). Most KOAs seem to be like trailer parks with 50% or more "permanent residents" but the Newberry KOA was not like that and was exceptionally clean, tidy and well managed. I would like to see KOA do a better job of raising/enforcing it's standards to the level of this campground. Unfortunately, I expect that KOA will not post this review.

New owners. New KOA franchise. Being a franchizee give the owners standardized signage and proven equipment and advice. This really helps. The campground is sparkling clean and orderly. Fire rings are still allowed in South Carolina. The fire rings are surrounded by a block ring with a steel fire ring bowl fitted inside. Looks good and no chance of inadvertent spillover of embers. Pool and recreation area are nice. We drive a 35' triple slide class A. We followed their golf cart into a pull through. Well done. I reccomend this site for a nice, peaceful respite if traveling on I-26.

Wonderful campground. Highly recommend staying there. The park is VERY well maintained. The owners are making improvements/upgrades (adding more gravel, mulching, defining spaces). The dog park is great and the new bench is fantastic! Very friendly people. Quiet park. Our site was gravel and level. Nice grassy, spacious area for sitting. Did not feel crowded.
