We were just stopping on our way to the coast, but we were really impressed by the clean facilities, the beautiful landscaping, and just how friendly and helpful staff were. We're new to RVing and this was our first KOA, but our experience definitely left us looking forward to another KOA stay soon!

Great place, well maintained. The 2 ladies at the front desk couldn't do enough for us when we were checking in. They wanted to make sure that we were completely satisfied.

We stayed for 3 months as work campers. This was a wonderful KOA and we would definitely return if going through SC. We left there with only one complaint and that had nothing to do with the campground or management. Our one complaint was due to neighbors dogs barking for hours on end. If not for the dogs this campground would have fives all around, keep up the good work.���.

We love the Newberry KOA. We have been staying there on our trips between Florida and Indiana for quite a few years. It is small and quiet and the owners are very welcoming. The hummingbirds on the Mimosa tree are an added bonus.

I was only there for an overnight stay but I can honestly say everyone was super nice and helpful. The grounds were beautiful and well kept. There were really cute nomes around in the gardens. It looks like the people who run the campground take great pride in the cleanliness and esthetics. If I am in the area again I would love to stay longer because of how impressed with the campground.

This is a wonderful KOA!! Small, clean, friendly. The owners are all wonderful!! They are doing lots of great improvements!! I highly recommend this park for either a stop over long weekend or weeks stay!!!!

This is a jewel of a camp ground! Large enough for just about any RV, yet small enough to be friendly; Spaces are well kept along with the grounds. Amenities are plentiful. Close to the interstate yet very quiet; spacious sites with good distance between campers; friendly staff. If I ever wanted to own a camp ground...this would be it!

Our campsite was ok but was right up against what seemed to be a private residence. Not very camp like. Nice facility; we will reserve a better space for the next trip.

The owners are GREAT! The campground had all the amenities we needed. However, the 5 stars goes to the owners. We had problems wth our slide and they went above and beyond to help us. We appreciate it. They helped us with things needed to get the problem fixed and hit the road. Thanks so much!

We had a great time. Campground was very nice, we loved the site layout, and everyone was super friendly. The kids loved the pool and the gnome theme.

We were there only overnight but I have to say this is one of the nicest KOAs we've stayed at. Nella, in the office, greeted us, and led us to our site. She made a point of getting my name so she could write both of our names on the welcome board. New owners bought this campground in May 2020 and joined KOA in Aug. 2020. It's obvious that they have put in a lot of time and effort

One night stay nice level lots. The pool was great, Zipline was fun for the kids until they closed it off. Good hot showers the shower heads could be switched out for something with better flow but overall really good spot.

We have been stopping at this campground for a number of years. Park staff are very friendly and helpful. Roads and campsites are grave. There are both pull through and back in sites. We have always stayed in a FHU pull through that is long enough to keep our tow attached. Sites are generally level. There is a pool, playground and a dog park.

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The campground is easily accessed off the interstate. It is a nice place already but they are making lots of improvements to the campground. We will stay there again when traveling through the area.

The new (ish) owners have done an amazing job on this campground. Five ���� ���������������� Stars for cleanliness and friendliness! I highly recommend this KOA to anybody passing through this area. My only request would be for hand held shower heads for those of us with mobility issues. Great job gals and guys!

Very nice campground! Clean, beautifully kept and the flowers were lovely. The gnome gardens were a delightful touch…made me laugh. Staff were helpful and friendly just what tired travelers need. Highly recommended and we would stay there again.

Great weekend, relaxing, sleeping in, coffee in your jammies, hanging out at the pool, hiking, meeting new friends, learning cornhole�Ϝ great cookout by staff, and amazing fireworks! Yep we love Newberry KOA

New owners. New KOA franchise. Being a franchizee give the owners standardized signage and proven equipment and advice. This really helps. The campground is sparkling clean and orderly. Fire rings are still allowed in South Carolina. The fire rings are surrounded by a block ring with a steel fire ring bowl fitted inside. Looks good and no chance of inadvertent spillover of embers. Pool and recreation area are nice. We drive a 35' triple slide class A. We followed their golf cart into a pull through. Well done. I reccomend this site for a nice, peaceful respite if traveling on I-26.

Wonderful campground. Highly recommend staying there. The park is VERY well maintained. The owners are making improvements/upgrades (adding more gravel, mulching, defining spaces). The dog park is great and the new bench is fantastic! Very friendly people. Quiet park. Our site was gravel and level. Nice grassy, spacious area for sitting. Did not feel crowded.
