From the moment we pulled in to check in, until the moment we left, the crew at the Newberry/I-26/Sumter NF KOA treated us like long lost family! Our stay could not have been better. Part of our family rented Harvey the RV, and we stayed across the road in our own RV. The weekend was so much fun. From the scavenger hunt, to the cornhole tournament, to the 4th of July cookout and fireworks....

Not only is it a beautiful park but the management goes way above and beyond to help your stay the best it can be!! We had plumbing issues with our camper and the owner/owners resolved it ! It came to leave and our retaining pin for the load leveler was broken… the owner came and improvised, adapted and overcame the problem and helped us on our way by drilling out the pin! We had an awesome time camping here! The staff were all very friendly and a pleasure to talk with. They work very hard at keeping the campground clean and tidy. We look forward to staying here again.

We stopped over when it was Magnolia a few times. Things are very much improved. The staff was wonderful. We were there the night of the 4th of July had the picnic dinner and enjoyed the fireworks from out RV. Our dog kept us from going to the fireworks. We felt very welcomed even though we were just passing through.

Everyone was so very friendly and helpful! We visited during the 4th of July weekend and enjoyed all the festivities they offered! All the areas including the bathhouses were very clean :)

Thanks to all who made our stay so amazing!! We booked a campsite last minute and were fortunate enough to find a site here available. The whole campsite is lovely and very well maintained. Great amenities - Nice, clean, level sites. A wonderful friendly staff. A decent sized off leash dog area (fenced area) for my 2 medium/large dogs to run around. Great Wi-fi and more. Thanks again!

Arrived after the office was closed but an email with all info needed was emailed to me and a map with directions left at office door. We were only there overnight but the campground appeared fo be very well kept. Bathrooms/showers were clean. Very easy access to I-26.

Beautiful stopping point for us - minutes off of I26. The owners keep this place spotless. Great showers. Great pool.

Absolutely the most friendly staff you’ll ever know. From the beginning process of booking to the final stay of two weeks it was good. Lots of activities,pool,playground with zip tie, corn hole, horse shoes and more. Clean laundry and restrooms, Can definitely recommend to all RV’ers.

Amazing. We were behind schedule and got there at around 10pm. We had received an email with instructions and the lot number assigned to us. We arrived and they had written my wifes and my name on their board with an arrow that said check mailbox where a map of the site and our assigned lot was located as well as a drawn line as to how to exit properly. Everything was great. Highly recommended

From the welcoming hosts to the well groomed sites, this KOA is a perfect way stop no matter where your winds blow. The salt-water pool was a pleasant surprise and the discretely placed gnomes and fairy gardens along the way make this place just right. Topping the evening off was a chorus of song birds providing background music for a ballet of fireflies.

Nice people, clean and quiet. Only thing I’d like to see is cable TV, air reception was not great. They are doing some great upgrades, hoping Cable makes the list.

We were there 2 nights and moved to a different KOA in NC. This is a nice, clean campground and the employees were nice. We will stay again in the future.

We only pulled in for an overnight stay during longer trip. We did not get to use any of the other amenities but everything looked very nice. Would recommend and will use again driving through.

Stayed 5 nights. Lots of overnighters. Adding new areas. Campers were quiet. House next door had dogs barking at 1:30 a.m. that lasted an hr. Staff was very nice. Easy on/off hwy.

The greeting was outstanding ,What a great smile , I had a camper problem and they were quick to help me . Leaving the next morning Linda was great and super helpful ,This is the best KOA ...WOW is all I can really say..Stop by and see these wonderful folks..

New owners. New KOA franchise. Being a franchizee give the owners standardized signage and proven equipment and advice. This really helps. The campground is sparkling clean and orderly. Fire rings are still allowed in South Carolina. The fire rings are surrounded by a block ring with a steel fire ring bowl fitted inside. Looks good and no chance of inadvertent spillover of embers. Pool and recreation area are nice. We drive a 35' triple slide class A. We followed their golf cart into a pull through. Well done. I reccomend this site for a nice, peaceful respite if traveling on I-26.

Wonderful campground. Highly recommend staying there. The park is VERY well maintained. The owners are making improvements/upgrades (adding more gravel, mulching, defining spaces). The dog park is great and the new bench is fantastic! Very friendly people. Quiet park. Our site was gravel and level. Nice grassy, spacious area for sitting. Did not feel crowded.

Beautiful clean park with large sites for big rigs! Super nice owners, very helpful. Bathhouse are immaculately clean! Great park will definitely stay again.
