The staff is always friendly, courteous and accommodating. I live about an hour from this campsite and love going there for quick getaways with my spouse and my grandchildren. They are excited about spending a lot of time there this summer in the playground snd in the pool.

Never disappoint, constantly improving facilities. Squeaky clean, wonderful , friendly and always welcoming. They should be "poster child for other KOA facilities!!!

This is our 1st bad review for a KOA. The only reason I give this KOA a low rating, is we told them were we were driving from and looking for a stop while driving they gave us directions and stated we would go right by them. They were 50 miles in the wrong direction. They refunded all but 10 dollars, so they kept the 10 dollars for giving us bad info.

Very nice campground, specially for a "Journey" !Nice, clean, and well maintained. Nice sized sites..Friendly staff. We just spent the night there, passing through.

Arrived a little behind schedule on Thursday PM. Lateness was 100% due to confusing SC state maps showing how to get to Exit 60, Route I-6. Enjoyed the stay and will return. Charlie and Judy

The employees were very kind. Joe was awesome. It was below freezing and we had emptied one of our propane tanks. Joe came and took the tank to be filled then brought it back and placed it in the camper. Then he let the office know and they charged it to my card. I didn't have to go out in the cold which was a blessing since I was in severe back pain at the time. The park was well kept.

Very enjoyable! although we only stayed 1 night, the staff was very hospitable and cared that we enjoyed our stay. Great little campground and nice amenities.

The new owners are great! Very helpful and accommodating. They have done great things with the park since we last stayed there prior to it becoming a KOA. We will definitely stay there again.

We had a very quiet peaceful stay at this KOA. Very easy check in. host took us to our site recommended a great place to eat and told us a lot about the area and the campground. Really enjoyed our stay.

Great location, very very clean and organised. Wonderful staff. I never talk about bathroom when we’re out camping, but extremely clean and nice. Great staff and property.

We’ve traveled across the country and stayed at many places and this KOA in Newberry is in our Top 1% . The owners were terrific and the campground was spotless. We will definitely be back for another visit.

We needed a place to camp for one night and were treated excellently. Great campsite, friendly folks, and well maintained facilities made for a very pleasant stay. We Definately will be staying again.

We arrived for an overnight stay and Mama Mea at the front desk was very accommodating. She guided us to our site and then came back with a list of local restaurants in the area and also printed out a label with our rewards number on a key chain. Campground was clean and our site was level. First class service! Thank you!

Three month stay in 2020 and 2021. Both times were fantastic! The facilities are well maintained and all staff are great folks. We’ve pre-reserved same time next year. Look forward to our next visit!

Great overnight stop, no fuss. We were led to our site immediately, the sites are looking great with new fire pits, mulch and edging strips. Great internet.

New owners. New KOA franchise. Being a franchizee give the owners standardized signage and proven equipment and advice. This really helps. The campground is sparkling clean and orderly. Fire rings are still allowed in South Carolina. The fire rings are surrounded by a block ring with a steel fire ring bowl fitted inside. Looks good and no chance of inadvertent spillover of embers. Pool and recreation area are nice. We drive a 35' triple slide class A. We followed their golf cart into a pull through. Well done. I reccomend this site for a nice, peaceful respite if traveling on I-26.

Wonderful campground. Highly recommend staying there. The park is VERY well maintained. The owners are making improvements/upgrades (adding more gravel, mulching, defining spaces). The dog park is great and the new bench is fantastic! Very friendly people. Quiet park. Our site was gravel and level. Nice grassy, spacious area for sitting. Did not feel crowded.
