This KOA is in the upgrading stages and it’s going to be super nice— it’s already very good and we’ll be back. Maneuvering with our 45’ coach was a little tricky but not bad- sites long, FHU, 50 amp, nice pool, wonderful staff all the way around. Ask about trees near your site when booking for satellite reception and maneuvering . Beautiful setting!

This was our 1st time staying there but if we're passing through this was again we'll definitely stay here. Easy on & off Rt.26 good size level sites & friendly, helpful staff! Keep up the good work! Highly recommend!

Awesome owners, if you are looking for concrete and no dirt, has gravel and grass. Very clean, no cable, good WiFi, will stay there again, when driving through.

What a wonderful campground. Everything was neat and tidy. Flowers and landscaping arrangements were gorgeous. The pool was open and everything was sparkling and immaculate. Stan was especially kind. What a wonderful stop on my journey!

Wonderful staff, very clean, sites have some space between each other, beautiful gardens. They have done an excellent job of transforming the previous campground. It was such a welcome rest after a hard drive.

The facility was quiet, clean and welcoming. Everyone there seemed to really take pride in the area. For a first time camper, I couldn’t have asked for anything better. Thank you!

Thrilled that Becca could fit us in for a week-long stay when our other plans didn't work out at Dreher Island State Park. Everyone we met was so wonderful and friendly. We would DEFINITELY return and have already referred our friends to also join us.

After six months on the road, this was our 32nd campground and most of them have been KOA’s. This was the most well kept KOA we have been to thus far. The workers and owners are very friendly, polite, efficient and attentive. It is obvious there is a real pride of ownership exhibited at this location. Without a doubt a KOA that would get our return business.

Spent a quick overnight on our way to the beach, and were so pleased! Very clean, nice campground! Great camp store! Friendly camp hosts! Lots of books, movies to borrow - and games to play. And cute little gnomes everywhere!

We were only there over night, this is the nicest KOA we have ever stayed at. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. The park was impeccably clean and well manicured. Wish we had more time there.

I have been to many KOA campgrounds. This one by far was the best yet. Friendly and inviting. Spotless restrooms. We were escorted to our site and had a visit from a wonderful lady just to make sure were set for the night. I most definitely will return to visit them again. Steve and Deb DeSantis

This is a beautiful, extremely well maintained campground. We were a late arrival and they have the best set-up for late arrivals that we have ever seen. There were strings of little white lights everywhere that were very inviting. We would definitely recommend this campground and will stay again whenever we are in the area.

The campground was well taken care of and maintained. Everyone was very nice and helpful. The kids enjoyed the pool and ziplining. We enjoyed our weekend with the Newberry KOA.

Although only here for an overnight stay, we absolutely loved it. The staff was attentive even after hours. The grounds were immaculate and the bathroom/bathhouse was super clean. It is a beautiful, wooded site that is super quiet. Would come here for a vacation for sure!

Good stay,super nice people,would recommend you use something other than mulch around the spaces. It gets on your feet and tracked into your rv as well as on your hoses and power cord.

We stayed 4 nights at the KOA Newberry - friendly owners and the grounds were immaculate. It was one of the cleanest, neatest parks we’ve been to. The K9 park was very clean and the grass was mowed! This was our first visit but won’t be our last.

New owners. New KOA franchise. Being a franchizee give the owners standardized signage and proven equipment and advice. This really helps. The campground is sparkling clean and orderly. Fire rings are still allowed in South Carolina. The fire rings are surrounded by a block ring with a steel fire ring bowl fitted inside. Looks good and no chance of inadvertent spillover of embers. Pool and recreation area are nice. We drive a 35' triple slide class A. We followed their golf cart into a pull through. Well done. I reccomend this site for a nice, peaceful respite if traveling on I-26.

Wonderful campground. Highly recommend staying there. The park is VERY well maintained. The owners are making improvements/upgrades (adding more gravel, mulching, defining spaces). The dog park is great and the new bench is fantastic! Very friendly people. Quiet park. Our site was gravel and level. Nice grassy, spacious area for sitting. Did not feel crowded.
