Facilities were clean, attention to bathrooms was very good. Staff was friendly, quiet hours were honored. Cute store, wine selection was small but prices were fair and shop was very cute. You can't beat free pancakes! Snack Shack was nice to have too! The only feedback we had was we wished the ice cream window was open later, we never finished dinner by 6:00 to get there before they closed.

Fix the roads and long term storage for trailers, asphalt please. The least the owners can do for campers

Our premium patio site sat right at the entrance to the park with full benefit of all the traffic possible. There was zero shade. WiFi and cable was terrible. Wouldn’t recommend as a stop if you are just passing through.

I was very disappointed that the 2nd pool wasn't open, especially since Covid cases are rising. (It was over 90 degrees, so the open pool was very crowded.) The jumpy pillow could use a good cleaning. Other than that, we always enjoy staying at this KOA!

Used this campground as a midpoint in our trip. Stopped here while traveling in both directions. The campground was clean and staff seemed friendly. We really were only there to sleep. Sites and roads were a little tight, but manageable.

We enjoyed our stay. And the free pancakes were an extra treat on our last day! All of the employees of the campgrounds were friendly and courteous, they helped to make our camping experience a very nice one!

This campground was fantastic. The workers were so very much accommodating. I made a mistake on my reservation dates and they went out of their way to fix my mistake. I highly recommend this location.

Water in cabin was brown and smelled TERRIBLE. Staff is very young and inexperienced (maintenance staff especially).

The cabins and sites were clean and nicely located. The pool that was open was great. the band was good. Need for improvement was the bathrooms needed cleaning more often and replenishing of toilet paper and soap. This was for hours at a time, nights and mornings.

The sites are well maintained. The roads were rough with low hanging branches hitting the side of MH in the tight turns and the roof top a/c’s. Pancake breakfast every morning was nice. This was not mentioned at check in.

Tight sites for Class A rigs. No other complaints. Enjoyed stay there except for pulling in and out.

Worst koa I ever stayed at. Sign on desk do not drink the water, cable tv non existent, do not go in with a big rig unless you want to scratch it with all the trees, some not all of the young kids that work there speeding around in golf carts and not friendly at all, office was over crowded at check in no one with a mask on like COVID does not exist guess u can’t fix stupid.

The staff was fantastic. They were polite, attentive, and accommodating. The kids working at the snack bar were great! On the downside, one pool was not open and the bathroom was down it’s only urinal. I understand temporary issues, but both were down for our entire stay.

Very nice park however access roads are extremely overgrown with low hanging trees very hard to maneuver in and out of the spaces in a big rig. No Wi-Fi service.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The cabin was clean and ready for us when we arrived. The area was very nicely kept and the offering of activities kept the children entertained. We would stay here again.

We were pleasantly surprised that this was a very nice campground. I think we expected less privacy, but the grounds were beautiful.

We arrived at 3pm and left the next morning at 10. It was just a stop on our way! Our site was an easy backin and very spacious.Because of the extreme heat we didn't use the picnic table or fire ring but they were available. Walked around a bit after dinner and it appears to be a very well maintained campground. Did not use restrooms. Dog park was a nice size. We stayed in a Class A

It was all good except it all needed a good cleaning. Our cabin had chunks of dirt of from various sources on the floor. It was gross. Also, the showers needed a cleaning - and the urinal was broken and was smelling like dry urine. Hmm.

My comment about needing a 65 foot long site was NOT read !!! They had a 60 foot site ready BUT for $21 more dollars PER NIGHT they could put me on a 65 foot pull thru!!!! There is NO escort to your site....go find it in the woods! Site 145 number was NOT on the pedestal like ALL other KOAs we have stayed in. It was about 2 feet off the ground painted in red....we found it AFTER we had parked!!

People on the site next to us had 6 vehicles in addition to a trailer and a tent. 20 people there. Sleeping in trailer, tent and their cars. KOA staff drove by daily and did nothing. I guess when you cater to people from NYC, you let anything happen. Only reason we stay there is to visit friends in Newburgh and Beacon. We will use another place in the future even though it's further away.

The staff did not know who was on which sites, so ours was occupied when we arrived. It took too long to resolve the problem. It shouldn't have happened in the first place, and it should have been simple to figure out the solution. We had a site with a nice patio and a grill. THE GRILL WAS FILTHY! WE COULDN'T USE IT! Clean the grills or remove them!

We had a 12 night stay, and unfortunately were put right next to a big garbage bin and the sewer main. The smell was very unpleasant. We did not have any campfires or eat outside at all because of the smell. We were told we could not be moved and were given a small discount. We enjoyed camping here, everything was great except I am giving you a 4 star rating because in the ice cream and pancake shack there was a overwhelming number of house flies and because of that I did not eat anything that was provided there it was very unsanitary and the two young girls that were working the counter did not seem to care

When we arrived our cabin was very dirty. I understand that we are camping however, our bathroom was so dirty that I had to clean it before we could use. The stovetop was very greasy. There was leaves on the bed in the bedroom and the punk beds had sticky candy on them, The list goes on. I went to the front desk and told them my situation, they we very nice. We've been coming here for 12 years.

i have stayed at the camp for the past 10 years ,i am sorry to say that this is the first year that i have been disappointed in my stay,firstly was no mention that the larger pool wasnt open .Also the bathrooms on saturday were absolutely filthy. i stopped in on 3 different times and it was worse each time , on sunday morning it was still filthy and both mens and ladies rooms had no toilet paper.

So much to like about this place, but the restrooms were absolutely disgusting, which is not the usual case when camping here. Also surprised that masks aren't required in the office/store, given how many anti-vaxxer types are camping here.

The campground was full of poison ivy, mosquitoes, and no convenient area to walk your dog (unless of course you don’t mind them walking through poison ivy). The roads to the campsites were very tight. The office refused to apply our rewards points to our stay. They told us they didn’t have to and insinuated that if we didn’t like it that we could leave and someone else could use our spot

I have stayed here 3 times this year. 4th time will be Halloween weekend. I have two trips booked for next year. Very friendly place all campers and staff are very nice. It can get a little loud at times. However you can't have fun being quiet. I do not use the bathrooms so I can not comment on that.
