We have stayed there several times as it is central to our trip to Maine, but this stay was less than ideal. The 50 amp breaker was inop and we notified (had to leave msg), plus my husband went to office and we were told someone would be right there. We called again after 2 hours later, to no avail. Bottom line, we had to resort to a 30 amp, also, the limited cable was inop

Water system under maintenance. Water was rusty couldn't wash dishes or drink Bathroom had a leaking uninal water covered the floor White stain on the cabin on arrival (Wax from a candle) Removed by maintenance after I enquired what it was Rock climbing wall was not set up . Koa didn't have permits to operate Only one pool was open If I was informed prior I woluld have went somewher

I enjoyed my stay. The site I was in was very private. And had plenty of room. The staff was friendly and everything was clean. Place is well taken care of.

Put me in camp site facing bathrooms and dumpster. That would not be as big of a deal if it was the last site available but it was not there were plenty of adequate size empty sites. I was staying one night so I didn’t bother to set up outside. Also they came and cleaned the bathrooms and I got to smell the cleaning chemicals even in my camper. I made my reservation over a month ahead of my stay

At first the septic field next to us r25 was unbearable Your office were very agreeable and moved us to site 67 the rest of stay was perfect

Fun activities for kids. One pool closed and the other very dirty looking. The food area was totally closed. The lake is covered with algae. Our campsite was clean but the grill had at least an inch of water on the bottom, and the wood we bought was wet. So, dumped out water and barely got grill going and no fire. Everyone was very friendly and bathrooms and area were very clean.

We arrived later than expected but the staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. I was nervous about getting to NYC for a day trip and the staff helped us easily navigate it. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. The wine bar was a nice bonus. We will definitely stay here again if we are ever back that way!

Spent the weekend with my 9 year old daughter. The amenities and activities were amazing, and the staff there couldn’t be more friendly and helpful. Really, they were incredibly kind and helpful. Only thing I would have to say is that the bathrooms need to be cleaned more frequently. Particularly at the main office. However many times they are cleaned it’s not quite enough.

I understand that the pandemic continues to have an affect on everyone; however: Inaccurate information on the things to do in the area. The Widmark Honey Farms owner passed away 15 years ago; No ice cream or fire truck rides for the grandkid; pool out of commission, the one being used was beyond capacity as per employees, police presence 2x. Employees attempted to cover issues.

Two issues for you to consider. First, the cable tv is terrible. Minor complaint, but you asked. Second, it's time to trim branches. We now have several little scratches in our new fifth wheel from tree branches. That one is not minor!

Saw a review that said a Walmart lot would be better. Strongly disagree. Great staff, good WiFi. Having said that, there was no drag racing going on during my stay, so I had a peaceful visit.

Overall, the CG was nice. The only problem we had was extremely low water pressure, especially in the morning hours. At times the water pressure was down to 10 PSI.

The camp site we were assigned was tight for our 40 ft motorhome to back into due to closenessof other sites.. We made our reservations through the KOA website and were very specific about our length requirements.

The staff were friendly and excellent the camp programs for kids were awesome. The bathrooms need to be cleaner and toilet paper refilled more often.

Setting is great! Quiet and heavily treed lots with full hook ups. Our camp guid and neighbor were very helpful and other more experienced campers gladly shared their knowledge making for a friendly informative stay! Hard to believe such a rustic, beautiful area is so close to one of the greatest cities in the world! A great place to relax and unwind. We'll be back!

Staff is friendly. That's the only positive. Large campground. Only one of the two laundry rooms working. Equipment rusty, caused marks on some of our clothes. Huge potholes in woods areas. Cable lines strung above ground. Trash used to be picked up twice a week, only weekly now. Piles of trash outside of dumpsters for days after week-ends. Prices highest in country. Disappointed!

Beautiful camping site, lots of activities, friendly and accessible staff. Grounds were clean, stores had several emergency items. Only inconvenience was that several of the toilets were clogged but staff came and attended to the problem and fixed them promptly.

Great Campground and amenities! Our only (mild) complaint would be that our cable wouldn’t work…but otherwise everything was great. Bonus points for the free pancakes!

Not our best stay. When I made reservations on the phone (I was accused twice of doing this on-line), I was not told that this site did not have cable. When we arrived, the site was so washed out that we could not level the RV and we found out about no cable. Satellite was not an option due to trees. I challenged them to be innovative and bring down a cable from another site--which they did.

We stayed as a stopover from ME and after a long day of traveling this KOA was a welcome end to the day. The site was great to ease into and even though there was a thunderstorm as we pulled in, it was good to be at our site. We’ve stayed here before so we were familiar with the layout, just used it for a good nights rest. We will be back again I’m sure. Thanks.

We stayed in a deluxe cabin, which was standard for KOA. The property was very lacking & not to the high standard we have come to know with KOA campgrounds having stayed in at least 10 over the years. Everything seemed to be broken or in disrepair 1 of the pools empty/broken, firetruck broken, rock wall "needed a part". Very young staff hanging w/ their friends who were swimming in the 1 pool.

Our family enjoyed the stay very much. The only issue was that on Friday evening the bathroom by the front office was a mess and it ran out of toilet paper until the next day late in the morning when the front office was made aware. It would be great to know there was only one pool open beforehand. Other than that it was a great place to bring the family and to enjoy of nature.

The floors were filthy. Two young male staff members were getting high with a camper across from my family Wednesday around 7:30. There appeared to mold on the bathroom cabinet. The futon mattress was broken. The rest of the cabin was great and so was the staff. The pool and rock wall wereclosed leaving little to do with two teenagers. A little disappointing for the price paid for a deluxe cabin.

The cabins were very clean, spacious and very well laid out. everyone was very friendly and very helpful to us. It was our first time camping and everyone was great and patient with our questions.

All the staff worker are very nice!! Only thing very bad is too much mosquitoes, we got a lots of mosquitoes bite!!!

I have stayed here 3 times this year. 4th time will be Halloween weekend. I have two trips booked for next year. Very friendly place all campers and staff are very nice. It can get a little loud at times. However you can't have fun being quiet. I do not use the bathrooms so I can not comment on that.
