Our site was clean but very close to the ones on either side of us. Only one pool was open which made it extremely crowded. The rock was isn’t open yet but I under they needed a part for it because it’s been sitting unused. We hope to use that in the future. Playground and common areas were clean which was nice, and the store was well stocked. Pancakes were delicious! Nice place overall!

Stayed one night just passing through, nice sites wooded , not cramped in like sardines ,, wish I lived closer , would camp there again, thanks

The only complaint is that no one answers the phone. I tried to call 3 times. First to make a reservation, left a voicemail, no one called back, so we just drove in. Second, after we checked in, because of poor wifi signal at our sight. Third time because of neighbor's loud music till close till 11pm. No one ever called back. What if we had an emergency?

Things broken and not working, quiet hours should be 12 not 10, activities lady nasty- my daughter asked if she could have the craft to go because we had to be somewhere for the afternoon and was told no, our site was changed before we came after paying sitelock fee & they weren’t going to say anything, getting calls back impossible, no one answers phone or messages, never get to speak to manage

It was unacceptable. There was no potable water due to system maintenance. That info was displayedon a sign, never communicated verbally. No notice to allow us to prepare. Other campers were not told/didn't see sign. We paid premium $ and didn't receive basic services, Bottled water was $3 at the store. The roads are very tight for big rigs and the sites are close, short and narrow.

The staff in the main office/store was very friendly and helpful. This site has a lot of activities for kids and the facilities are well maintained and clean. Would recommend if you want a camping experience within a couple of hours drive from NYC.

The place was packed and it was loud and it seemed like parents didn’t watch any kids. We had rude people on every side of us blasting music all night and dogs barking. But the park itself is great. Super clean. The most friendly staff. So many activities for the kids like the pool, playgrounds and a ton of organized crafts. The do a wonderful job here

Nice shaded pull thru site. Excellent water pressure. Good drainage from recent rain. Sites divided by trees provides privacy. Clean laundry and bathhouse within short walking distance. Would stay at again.

Very wooded sites. We had a pull-through on gravel. Trees are close, so you have to be careful in positioning for slideouts. Lots of activities available. Staff is very nice and helpful.

Stayed overnight for travel. Very quiet. Staff was very nice. Have a 38 ft TT was a little tight on some of the corners but managed. Would recommend for short stay. Didn’t seem like much around

Long time cust of this KOA Most of the sites are very acceptable, a few smell of sewer… I would recomm avoiding them New mgmt took over. poor CS. They do not answer the phone repeatedly called for hours left msgs no ret tcalls… Had to physically go thereTo make the res. When asked the front desk said they don’t asw if busy, However they don’t return calls

Great camp sites and amenities. We were in site #93 but the roads are in need of some serious repairs. Too many pot holes and bumps. Also, it would be nice if there was more than one exit for this group of campsites. A couple of times we were blocked for 15-20 minutes with people hooking up extra equipment to their trucks and trailers in the roadway or trying to back into a spot.

The grounds are lovely however the first site we were given for our travel trailer was aligned at such a backward facing angle that it was impossible to back into. There were plenty of other sites available for our stay. Also, a sign posted in the bathroom recommending using bottled or boiled water but we couldn't find out if this applied to the whole campground, needed to buy gallons.

NO drinking water! The sign saying, "Boil Water or drink bottled water" looked to be old, like they have been working on the problem for a long time. But, we saw no work being done on the water system. With the very high cost of camping at this KOA, they should give me a refund

I've been staying here for a number of years. This year, under new management and staff, GM Casey and Mgr Angie have started pumping life back into the infrastructure after years of prior mismanagement. The staff here are extremely helpful and very friendly. I've begun to see improvements and look forward to the next season as well. Special thanks to Cody, Paul, Jordan & Bill in maintenance!!

Shower rooms were not cleaned for 2 days. There were clothes left in them and the same clothes were there when I checked the next day. The amenities were closed our whole stay (jump pillow, rock climbing wall, 1 of the pools). They did not do the typical KOA activities either (movies,tie dye, etc).

After booking last October I called to confirm my sight, which I found out was moved. After being fixed over the phone, when I showed up Friday, it was wrong again and needed to be adjusted. We were disappointed the Wagon ride was cancelled because of a flat tire - why wasn't this checked earlier? Overall the campground appears overgrown and messy, and the NEW staff seems clueless.

We have been coming to this campground multiple times for 26 years. It has gone downhill to the point of being dangerous. Not safe for families. Day passes bring in undesirable thugs, we were told not to let our children enter bathrooms alone, drug paraphernalia found there. No KOA supervision or security, except for wonderful Carol who works overtime to maintain order. More to tell e mail me

This past weekend just didn’t feel like the home a way from home we are used to. Broken/unsafe equipment, 3 basket balls thrown in the pond and a significant amount of litter on the field, Poorly supervised jump pillow. One of our favorite parts of this campground is the energy and enthusiasm of the activities director, Carole. If not for her reassurances, we may have cancelled our next trip

We've been coming for several years and were disappointed this time - one pool was closed and full of algae, there was no grill at either of our campsites, general cleanliness was poor. Overall, not great.

Very helpful staff. Food concessions need better manpower. Long lines for areas that should be fast. Overall great time and we will return!

Nice campground! Kids around the campground were having a blast. Site power & water worked fine! We were in transit so it was a one night visit. We did not detach the Toad!. Lite 80 was level!

I have stayed here 3 times this year. 4th time will be Halloween weekend. I have two trips booked for next year. Very friendly place all campers and staff are very nice. It can get a little loud at times. However you can't have fun being quiet. I do not use the bathrooms so I can not comment on that.
