TV was out for 4 days. Employees seemed unconcerned, not our fault cable company is the problem.

Other than a few very harmless bumble bees around our cabin, we had a great time. All the facilities were clean.

The cleanliness of the bathrooms &showers were unacceptable. They should have a staff member to clean again at night. Especially when you have a band & there’s going to be high traffic in the bathrooms. This was the case during my most recent stay. Someone threw up in one of the stalls in the restroom &the other stall was out of toilet paper. Need more frequent cleaning of restrooms.

Disappointed that cable was not working. I would think something like this would be fully tested during the off-season unless of course damage was from a storm. Other than that love the campground and would consider for a seasonal site.

Four unclean showers for an overcrowded campground, men’s room had 2 stalls and a broken urinal. The screen door of my cabin was full of holes. This is not like the KOA’s I’m used to. I’ll be staying elsewhere from now on.

10 Adults in three rigs. Just the right amount of party and quiet. Grounds and rest rooms were cleaned and maintained.

We had an excellent stay at the KOA. The campground was clean and all events were very organized. The band was a great addition to a short weekend.

Grill was missing from site. I wish we had been told before arrival so we could have brought our own charcoal grill. The bathrooms were filthy!! No toilet paper available in stalls, floors full of garbage and feces, dirty mirrors. It was very unsettling especially during Covid times. The cabin was very dirty and the beds were extremely uncomfortable.

My husband and I love this campground, but this time around we were a little disappointed with the cleanliness of the bathrooms. I’m not sure if it’s because of lack of staff or just change in management, but for a busy weekend, I would’ve expected someone cleaning the bathrooms and replacing toilet paper more than once a day.

No information about available internet was included in the campground guide. Access to the campground cable service was not available for most of our time at your campground.

It was my first experience and I had a great time. My son did not use a phone or iPad all weekend!!! It was worth it. Everyone was so helpful!!! Will be returning soon!!!

Cabin was in dire need of some work on the outside. Room lighting was rather dim. Needs a real fire pit. Activities were great, children's ay area was great. We had a great time.

The 10 o'clock quiet time was not observed. My neighbors were loud, foul. and carried on well beyond the allotted time.

very nicely wooded roomy level sites....only issue was a dryer in the laundry was not working at all (my clothes were still COLD!) and not labeled so...I reported to office...

The KOA was great, it was well kept and the staff was very friendly. Our only complaint was we were in spot 43, the electric box was falling off the post held on by one bolt - the lady at the front desk called maintenance but no one came out for the 4 days we were there. To me that's a a hazard and tended to quickly. I also reported the cable wire next to the electrical box was cut, should be fix.

We had a great weekend. Melissa took care of us while checking in and was do sweet and wonderful. Carol who held the Care Camps weekend events was like an Energizer bunny with a smile always on her face. Cant wait to return for Halloween weekend.

We have stayed at many KOA campgrounds on the eastern seaboard but not were in the state of disrepair as yours. There were many repairs that needed to be done and workers were just driving around. Your mini golf, shown on your website, was not existent. Your pools were disgusting, the volleyball net was shot, there were serious potholes every. I wish I could say more!!! We wont be back.

At check in I was told there was a $2 "pet fee". at no time during reservation process did I see additional charges for pet at campsites. I could see in cabins but not in my travel trailer. In addition the roads could use a upgrading. Black top desperately in need of repair. At my site #93 cable hook-up is 20--25ft away from other connections therefore no cable. N0 manager on duty after 5pm Sun.

What can I say about this place I mean every time I come I make new family it just seems like you're with family when you're there the activities director Miss Carol is a godsend. Totally amazing everyone on the site goes out of their way to make sure that you are comfortable and feel like you are at home. I consider Newburgh KOA my new home away from home my sanity my serenity my peace thank you

Our biggest complaint is the television service and WIFI. First, the TV channels are different than last year, one channel had no sound, and the list of available channels listed in the campground guide did not match the available channels or their correct channel assignments, The campground guide has not listed the channel assignment correctly for years. For WIFI, it was virtually non-existent

We have stayed here before but this was our first time for the 2021. Disappointed at the cleanliness of the campground. Goose poop all over. Dog poop in the horseshoe pits. So many potholes. Pool filled with digusting water. And no one, other than campers, to deter speeders who were going way more than the 5mph posted limit.

Office staff was young, polite but not helpful. We needed an RV tech but they never found “the list”. We were there for more than a week. The outside staff was very helpful. Nice campground. We’ll go back.

I have stayed here 3 times this year. 4th time will be Halloween weekend. I have two trips booked for next year. Very friendly place all campers and staff are very nice. It can get a little loud at times. However you can't have fun being quiet. I do not use the bathrooms so I can not comment on that.
