Nice facilities, too many dogs walking into campsite while mine was just laying down. Too many barking dogs. Too many small kids on bikes unsupervised.

It was ok... the camp spots are awfully close together.. this was our first time there.. I thought the pool was supposed to be heated but it was not and very cold.. if the day wouldv'e been warmer maybe that would made a big difference. the staff were very friendly and helpful..

From the very beginning our stay was great. Everyone had a smile on their face and looked genuinely happy to be there. Bathrooms were very clean, camp sites were well kept, and The prices are wonderful!

Nice campground with plenty of room. Nice campsites with room to breathe. Dogs have a lovely doggy park or room to explore behind each site as well as a nice walk to the lake. One of my favorite KOA's.

The staff are wonderful. We’re a large rig and they made every effort to make sure that we were happy and comfortable. We will be back.

We loved the park, it was clean, quite, and friendly. It had so many things to do for all "types" of people. you could relax or there were things to do for just adults and for just kids not to mention your K-9 friends. We have already recommended this park to others.

The lake is still so ugly with all the algae/seaweed. The area is so beautiful but any pictures with the lake included are ruined. You cannot swim in it and it’s getting worse. Also, when we asked about possibly checking out at noon and parking to be able to rent paddle boats, the person was very, very rude. We had our kids visiting from Texas and she was rude to them.

For the most part we had a great time. Staff was great, friendly and helpful. Bathrooms, showers and clubhouse were all very clean and we'll maintained. Pond had lots of Milfoil so fishing not so great. The biggest downfall was people with ATV's going up and down roads thru campground constantly, making it unsafe for the little ones to ride bikes and noisy.

I liked all the activities and cleanliness. Staff helpful and friendly. Top rate. I was disappointed at the small pond and not full access to the lake.

Jam packed, noisy. I could hear conversations as if I was in the middle of a crowd. 4 wheelers running up and down the road. Kids everywhere. After they went to bed, the adult partiers started in, and kept it up well past midnight, in spite of 11 pm quiet hour. The water in the pool and hot tub was cloudy. The hot tub was not hot and the jets didn’t work. Checkout is at noon. Too early.

Were sorry we didn't meet your expectations. Next time please let us know if there are issues like the noise and ATV's and we would be happy to address it. The hot tub was not up to temp because someone kept hitting the emergency shut off and shutting down the jets and heater. Hope you'll give us another try.

Stayed in the KOA side and the sites were well maintained, facilities were in excellent shape, and the staff was very helpful. Distance from our site to the lake and clubhouse was lengthy, but not horrible. We had a new rv patio site and it was sweet! It had a concrete patio, patio table set, new firepit and benches.

My company supports children and adults with intellectual disabilities. We have made an annual camping trip to Diamond Lake (little diamond koa) for the last three years. Lori and her Staff are amazing and worked very hard to take care of the eighty plus people we had attend this year. The facilities are top notch. My personal favorite for ALL KOA's! Has amenities but it still feels like camp

Nice campground, we had a bad spot wish we had one of the spots further up the hill. We were next to the playground and basketball court very noisy and hard to relax. Clean bathrooms and nice staff.

The staff was amazing. Our camping spot was nestled in the forest with just the perfect weather. I thought we could see the lake but unfortunately Little Diamond Lake is a drive away. Great family spot, lots of kid things to do.

At checkin they told me the pool was 85 degrees and the hot tub was hot. When we walked 1/2 mile to get to pool with my three grandkids, we found the pool was cold and the hot tub Luke warm! I stopped at the office to let them know, but the same lady said, yeah it was broken! Lousy service for $75 parking fee!

Were sorry we didn't meet your expectations. We keep the outdoor heated pool at 85 degrees. Were sorry that someone had turned off the hot tub emergency shut off which shut off the heat to the hot tub.

Great customer service! Very clean camp ground and updated facilities. Nice treed areas, level gravel sites and family atmosphere. The campground has no hook ups, but two dumps, where they provide the hose and have it set up to drain fast.

Wish that you could reserve specific sites online instead of just the type and having to wait until you arrive to find out what spot you are in.

We were happy with most things. The campground is beautiful! The staff is friendly. The recreation amenities are good (but the games need attention). The only thing we REALLY HAD A PROBLEM with is the dump station... there were leaks in the dump hose, so it was very unsanitary and smelled horrible! This made a bad impression on us. We'd love to visit again, if this is properly resolved.

Were sorry we didn't meet your expectations. There was one small hole in the hose and as soon as we were told the hose was removed, new gravel laid down and the whole area was sanitized. Were sorry that this happened and hope you'll give us another try!

Wonderful staff, well maintained and clean campground. Wish they had sewer hookup, but their dump stations are more than adequate. Nice wooded area with a great little dog park, baseball (kite flying) field. Coming back next month for 4 more days.

In a several month trip from East Coast to West Coast this was hands down the BEST campground we've stayed at. The sites were tucked away in the trees with lots of space/privacy but also close to tons of amenities. Many wonderful trails for the dogs and the lake was a much loved added bonus. The staff were friendly, responsive, and went out of their way to make our stay great.

stay was Aug 10-13 2019. Very nice private spot #PS2, nicely treed, south facing, concrete patio with metal table and chairs, power, water & fire pit. no sewer hookup, but dump stations near the office worked fine. Deer, squirrels, chipmunks, Mosquitoes (killed 3-4 mosquitoes per day).

The 11pm quite time is to late, rowdy campers next to us, couldnt get grandkids to sleep, everyone else was quite by 9pm Needs to be 10pm quite time

Were sorry we didn't meet your expectations. Currently pm quiet hours are 11pm BUT noise levels at all times must be contained to your own site. Next time please let one of the rangers at the check in center know and we will be happy to go talk to the other campers. Hope to see you again

Our full hookup site was a little too close to the dump station. Would choose a water / electric only site on a future trip. Other than that campground is great with many family activities to keep the kiddos busy.

Nice campground, campsites are spread out and pretty level. Considering all the kids on the weekend it was pretty quiet. Bathrooms were really nice.

Why do you take $57 for a reservation then when I arrived take $10 more to hold the reservation Also you had to move us and took more money for the move and another $10 so I wouldn’t lose that reservation to an empty park on Monday It’s a great scheme you have going there
