Clean, good flat sites, lots to do with kids, no sewer hook ups but they have 2 dump stations that you just wait in line to dump before you leave.

The check in confusion left everyone sitting and waiting in their cars, continued for way to long, consuming the only decent weather we had. Other sites screaming loud, mangmt did not respond. Our guests were charged a campsite fee to visit for a few hours. We would not stay again. Lori was confusing and rattled, appreciate her apologies and partial refund after a huge nightmare and stressed wkn

Were sorry we didn't meet your expectations. There was confusion, because of the # of people you told us at check in that where here and then had five more cars of people which exceeded your site limits, which is why you had to rent another site. we refunded the folks who pd a car fee when the additional site was rented. We apologize, for the confusion that's why we ask at check in # of people.

Stayed in cabin, clean as usual, friendly staff, only complaint about cabin is poorly insulated so you can hear everything, inside and outside the cabin.

Good size sites with trees between them. Clean, modern bathrooms, friendly staff, and wonderful amenities at a reasonable price. Affordable getaway only an hour from home.

Great place to stay. We arrived at 9:40pm and trish was so great and helpful. Facilities were clean and taken care of.

Biggest draw back is lack of sewer hook ups

Were sorry we didn't meet your expectations. We do have a limited number of sewer sites and two dump stations for paid guests. We also offer a honey wagon service Tuesday to Saturdays for a fee that will come to your site and pump your Rv out!

We enjoyed our time there again. Our only problem we had were the ground squirrel holes. Our 9 yr old was running at the playground and stepped in one and got hurt the very first day. Some of them are very hard to see.

Great campground!! This was my first time tent camping. I felt safe and relaxed!!! The bathrooms were clean! The clubhouse was well stocked with pool tables and our favorite ping pong!! The pool and lake were great too! Hope to come back again!!

Cute campground with nice pool and games room. Fun to rent peddle boats and canoes. Showers clean and sites were nicely spaced and shaded. Would stay again.

This was our first visit to this KOA. WE were very happy with our stay there . The staff, Brittney and Trish in particular did a fantastic job of making us feel welcome and helping us out. It's a clean well kept campground and we really enjoyed our experience.

Close to the resort atmosphere I expect at a KOA but definitely room for improvement. Why would the store only be open until 5pm for example? That should always be open until 8pm. I dont generally arrive before 5p anywhere.

They nickel and dime you $5 to get a package $10 to hold your reservation ( why take a reservation) $45 for the honey wagon each time you call for it, I understand you don’t want to saturate the ground with waste water but the price is way too high, or drop the price for the day stay. I don’t think this comment will be displayed

It was a nice experience in this KOA . I just hope that there are “golf carts style “ to go to the pool , it’s a little bit far to walk to , especially for seniors and with small kids

There is parking at the clubhouse, pool/spa area and the fishing lake so campers are able to drive their vehicles to these areas if they don't want to walk. We do not have golf cart rentals.

We absolutely enjoyed our recent stay. The staff were friendly and efficient in the camp’s care. We were very impressed by the cleanliness of all of the amenities. This will be our go to camp site in the future.

We had a reunion with our brother and sister in law and the peacefulness and serenity of our sites certainly contributed to us having the best time! Wish you could do something about those mosquitos! :)

Our stay at Newport KOA was great! The staff was friendly and accommodating. The campground had many amenities and activities to do at the clubhouse for all ages. However, the last night of our stay we were abruptly startled at 12:30 am with a RV coming in and setting up for well over an hour. l think that maybe some restrictions should be in place for people who are coming in late

Staff felt a bit oppressive with insisting things, like making us wait for an escort to our site even though I said i didn't need one. Once settled in it was fine.

Were sorry we didn't meet your expectations. We escort all campers to their sites. This is a very large park( 360 acres). We want all of our campers to get to sites safely and in sites correctly.

I have been coming there for five years at least 3 times a year and the staff has been great .. I always enjoy the activities and how well it is the grounds are kept.Great place for a getaway....

Very beautiful place to stay! Restrooms were clean and washing sinks were a plus! The staff was very nice and assisted me with backing into our spot! I will definitely come again! Thank you little diamond koa

Very nice. Kids had a great time in the pool. The only improvement that I would want would be to have the store have a little more inventory.

Good..but...fire pits were situated so they weren't really usable..#269...we brought our gas fire pit. Last time we we there..no fires we were told after we checked in...froze for the weekend...

I love this campground, I was staying at this campground long before it was KOA and have always loved it here. The only reason this is a 4 star is because the lake is full of seaweed stuff and you can’t swim in it. It would be a 10 star if the lake was cleaned up.

Great time. Always something to do for the kids. The only thing that would make it better is have multiple kayaks and paddle boards that we could rent.

Were glad you liked your stay. We got three new four person paddle boats and a new fishing boat is on the way! Maybe more of the others next season!

Our tent site was okay and had a nice surface. It was not ideal, small on space, no picnic table (we moved one from another site with 2) and without a fire pit, we didn't know this before. It would have been nice to pick our site out of the 5 in that area instead of being assigned one. Our biggest complaint was that our neighbors were smoking cigarettes and the smoke was impacting our site.

Were sorry we did not meet your expectations. your site was in our tent village each site has its own tent pad and picnic table. You do have to share power and a large fire pit area with the other 5 sites. Next time ask us about your own tent site which most have a tent pad along with a picnic table and power and water.

Staff was friendly, big park, it’s split between Thousand Trails and KOA, swimming pool is a 1/4-1/2 mile from the main KOA area, for being Holiday branded the WiFi is only free if you use the WiFi center, if you want WiFi at your site you have to purchase it for a small fee, the store is very small,. Stop and stick up before getting there.

Were sorry we didn't meet your expectations. Most campers love all the space at our park. We offer FREE Wi-Fi in our Wi-Fi center ( which will allow you to get it at the store and laundry center) and in our clubhouse. Wi-Fi at the sites is a third party company for a fee . Our website does not state that it is free at sites.

We were only there one night, but loved the campground. Staff was helpful and friendly. My one complaint is the long line up at registration, since there is just a small building which only serves one vehicle at a time.

Were sorry we didn't meet your expectations. Most weekends are sold out, we usually can get folks checked in and to their sites in about 5-7 minutes. We do check in multiple campers at a time, and have additional personnel doing escorts to the sites. Were sorry for the wait.

Very nice camp ground, lots of open space between sites. Plenty of things for kids and adults to do!
