Enjoyed the quiet time we spent their. The facilities that we used were always clean and the people we dealt with were courteous and friendly. We will be there for another stay as Diamond Lake is on our map for camping spots.

Fantastic staff, clean washroom and facilities and great location. Wish it’s free wifi for the campers!

A very nice place and clearly great for families. We observed the kids riding and playing in a very safe environment. The baths & showers were kept very clean. We were greeted by a very polite attendant. We were disappointed about: No free WiFi at our site, and our neighbors all seemed to drive everywhere they went. Our space (#300) felt like it was on a highway. Otherwise, great park!

Our stay was great! We enjoyed the activities for the kids on Saturday. Sites were close together, but relatively private where we were. I would recommend more bathrooms, especially those separate from the showers. Several times, the all the showers were in use near us & you could not use the restroom. With the lack of sewers, additional bathrooms are needed. Recycling stations would be nice too.

They said when I called the price per nite was for 4 adults at the gate it was for 1 vehicle and 1 adult was charged 10 dollars extra per adult just for day use. It would be additional monies for over nite use. Amenities were so far away you had to load up motor home and drive to them- pool, playground, dog walk, club house. So many kids in pool 50 plus no room to get in. Way over priced

Were sorry we didn't meet your expectations. Our site fees include two people with a limit of eight per site including any guests that visit. We charge $5.00/extra adults and $4.00 for kids over 6. The guest that was charged at gate was refunded, as were any extra adult fees.Most folks like that our park is large with room for everyone to spread out and enjoy.

it took 2 days to get some firewood that was promised to me by the check in lady because I waited about 45 mins in the check in. The check in lady was off escorting someone and we waited for 45 plus mins. had to go reminder her 3 times before we finally got some.

Terrible customer service and lack of communication very poor.

Were sorry we didn't meet your expectations. We were able to get you in for an extended period of almost a month and moved other campers so you only had to move sites one time during your stay.

Great campground, clean bathrooms, clubhouse with activities, pool, hot tub(was not working during our stay �).. dog park, store, and very friendly people. Park was also very quiet.

Was a surprise to find a quiet spot that seemed very rustic for such a large campground. Staff very accommodating to move us away from playground (we are seniors). We very much enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

General store hours not as posted, hot tub was broken, lake water unappealing.

Were sorry we didn't meet your expectations. The store was open all posted hours except for one day for three hours. The hot tub was down as we had to wait on a part that is state required to operate. Our lake is a small Bass fishing lake. Wed hope you'll give us another try.

Very nice overall but the sites a not very level and there was no water in the hot tub the one time we wanted to use it.

Please call the park next time and we'll be happy to try to help you book your next reservation. Again the hot tub was closed for a couple days as we waited for a state required part. It is up and running again.

Stay was great! Check in was supper supper slow. Took 20 minutes and there was only 2 campers ahead of us.

We were looking for a place close for a quick weekend getaway! We were totally impressed by how friendly the staff was, and as we were looking for a place to unplug and decompress after several very hectic weeks how quiet it was! I was tempted to only give a two star rating because I'd like to go back and have it remain "undiscovered"!

The tent village site was a huge hit will all of our friends and was a wonderful location to share a weekend with them. The bathrooms and dish washing station right next to the sites are new and fantastic. The only downside is the one electrical hookup put out a dribble of electricity. It took 6+ hours to charge phones and tablets, which when hosting 25+ people with only 4 outlets, was an issue

This KOA was a real campground. Woodsy with larger spots for tents and campers. The nature trails lead to the lake with a large dock. Our dog really enjoyed the pet trails! There were easy to find bathrooms close to all camp sites. Staff was polite and helpful.
