The concrete work being done over the weekend was extremely annoying. They were pouring and then cutting the concrete, and it was very loud. I come to the "woods" to get away from that sort of thing. I think they should have waited until after the weekend to do this work. Especially because it was the closing weekend.

Were sorry we didn't meet your expectations. The concrete work was only for about an hour period. We have to go with their schedule and weather. The work was not next to your site. Thank you for your understanding.

All good as usual except maybe the concrete cutter guy making a racket. Lol, but always happy with our visits!

The campsite was very nice and well maintained. We were disappointed that there was now sewer dump at our site. Aside from that we like the area very much and we’re definitely coming back.

Were sorry we didn't meet your expectations. Your had booked one of our New Patio sites which do not have sewer but have so many other amenities! Call the park and we can help you book one of our sewer sites.

Met a few friends & enjoyed our social distancing camping. The park was great, and the people were extremely friendly. This park has many trees so we where a little concerned our 41ft+ trailer at 13.6 ft tall, but there was "no issues" with over hanging trees or tight turns. Its great to have a true camping feel in a bigger rig. They even lead us to the site to assure it worked . We will be back!

My concern is the actual sites. They are so uneven that my front wheels of my motor home are off the ground. I don't like putting my rig in that stressed situation. I do enjoy the campground. Thats the only concern I have.

We have been going too Little Diamond KOA for three year's. We love all the area that you can Hike, Bike, 4 wheelers , our dog's Love it ! Our granddaughters like it as well. �

Despite all the smoke in the air, we had a very good time. The staff was friendly and everything was neat and clean. The last night rain cleared the air.

This was our second weekend in a row. Very Nice staff. Clean restrooms and showers. Only great thing for us would be if dumping station had hose or hose hook up to hook to trailer when being dumped. The new campers need that. We have Hose but no spikit to attach to so we have to go somewhere else to dump which is very inconvenient. Other than that We will be back next summer.

Were sorry that we didn't meet this expectation. Due to health regulations, we don't allow back flushing of RV sewer tanks at this park. We do have water to rinse out your sewer hoses Look forward to seeing you next year!

The site was perfect for my stay with the dogs! I do recommend putting a different stone or gravel, or bark in the dog play yard. What is in there now would just tear up their feet! It looks very nice, although some of the park was not operating! The store hours were not helpful!

it was ok. I had expected the campsites to be a little more groomed since it cost us $48 for the 1 night we stayed there. a bit pricey

Were sorry we didn't meet your expectations. Your site was a w/e 50' pull through, graveled with a picnic table, fire pit. Site does not have any overgrowth, not sure what you were looking for? Call park next time and well try to help you find a site better suited to your needs.

Nice quiet and peaceful time. The grounds are well kept and it is one of our favorite spots. Never do we have a bad experience at Little Diamond Lake KOA!

the roads are so dusty cant open any windows , forced to run the ac when its nice out side dont plan on returning to this campground

Very nice, quiet location. Forest fire smoke from out of the area prohibited much recreation, but the park was neat and clean.

We did not know it was in the woods & only one way out. A 5 mile forested road. Left after one nite but paid for 4 nites.

The staff was very friendly. Bathrooms were quite clean. Although we didn't use the pool, the pool and area around were clean. The spots were nice. Trees and bushes are trimmed back looked great. We will go back!

No free wifi at sites, but we paid for the premium option which didn't really work, either. Seems that this one would rather be the Thousand Trails they're associated with than a KOA. Staff seemed frazzled from uptight management and regulations. Much of the campground was really cool and wooded, but they stuck us in a parking lot-type site for some reason (not because they were full).

Were sorry we didn't meet your expectations. We have free Wi-Fi between the store and laundry, the other Wi-Fi is a third party co. We are owned by ELS and so we work for both KOA and Thousand trails. Your reservation was a walk in. Next time please tell us and well see what we can do to move sites.

We arrived at the KOA at 10:15 p.m., our anniversary day, we did not find any directions to our campsite except we were directed by a sign to park in this overgrown field, lucky not to have a catalytic fire. We were delayed 5 hours because of car trouble. A sign directed us to check in at 8 a.m. Big help, we were leaving town. They should have posted a sign saying leave ,you are not WELCOME

Were sorry we didn't meet your expectations. We called you hours before your arrival and explained after hours policy. We have signs up that direct campers to our late night parking area. Your very welcome here, and we did give you a full refund the day you checked out. Please try us again.

Charge full price yet most of kids things are shut down. Frisbee golf course needs to be mowed, full of weeds. We stay there several times each year, was disappointed with stays this year.

Were sorry we didn't meet your expectations. Pool, fishing lake, basketball, Gaga pit, playground, Frisbee golf, horseshoes, dog park, laundry, store ALL open. DUE to covid 19 a few things are closed as we have to follow state and federal guidelines. Hopefully next year we can be fully open
