Like the location of the campground, people very friendly at check-in, place was clean but didn't like the site (13), the one where you have to park backwards for the hookups so it feels like you're on top of your neighbor, tree blocked satellite reception and cable didn't work so no tv at all. At a different site, my experience and review might be very different.

Nice place to stay. Staff were so amazing, campground was well maintained. It’s close to all the attractions we wanted to visit. We want to thank the staff for their help while our truck was broke down and getting fix, allowing us to stay past our reservation time. Giving us all the time we needed. Highly recommended this KOA!

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this KOA. It was nice that there was on site pet sitting. However, the campground staff weren’t the “happy KOA” people we’ve normally encountered at a KOA. It seemed as though we were a bother to them. I was also disappointed when we noticed that the grey water from the utility sink was just pouring into the ground. We had a great time here in Niagara. The campground was a nice size, not over packed. The Anamosa that were available were nice. There was a driver that we used to transport us to and from Niagara Falls versus dealing with traffic and parking.

Hosts very friendly and accommodating. We had a booking but wanted to extend. Not only were we able to do that but the new site was a pull through - we had a trailer. Staff like family. Pool, dog park area. Wi-Fi in most park areas. Pet friendly. Small groceries available. Away from noisy traffic and busy roads. Easily accessible to all Niagara attractions. Dog sitter and RV cleaning available.

Very nice campground. Staff quite cordial and welcoming. Sites, however, are small. Not much room to have a campfire without imposing on neighboring campers .

Very servicable gave us a lot of directions to Niagara Falls. Loved the dog run area. Pool and facilities were good ,. I would stay there again!

Our goal was to stay close to the Falls. It was perfect. Nice and quiet. Appreciated the trees and having water and electric. State parks only offer electric. The site was flat so leveling was easy. So was the dump station. Enjoyed Lewiston. It had nice restaurants, bakery, and brewery.

This location is very convenient, located between Niagara Falls and Old Fort Niagara. Check in was easy. The site we had was very level, full hookup. The bathrooms/showers were very clean. Looks like lots of people come for the weekend. The pool was very nice, but the asphalt around the pool was gravelly and hard on bare feet.

The people who work at the cayway are very friendly and accommodating. They were able to accommodate us coming in late delete and our request to have a couple bundles of wood available. Hours of the shop Didn't quite work for us, however the people were very friendly. Really nice grounds however the hook up for the water was in a very odd place on the front side of the campsite.

Great customer service, when we arrived we were provided maps and information to visit Niagara Falls and it was super helpful. Super clean tent site with lots of space. Bathrooms were very clean.

Mr Lee and Miss Denice are representing you well at NFN/L. Well Mai rained sites. Great facilities. Dump station could use a little updating. The pool is in fine shape.

Very small, season people there were not the friendliest, playground area wasn’t so nice. The camp sites were TINY, way too close to neighbors. Not to mention you could smell the modern disposal dumps down the road

No potable water was available at tent sites despite being shown on the map. Water line broke and they never fixed it. Showers were clean enough.

Nice campground- site was a little uneven, but manageable. Circular swimming pool which I found a little different but cool 6' in the middle.

It was a very nice campground. The only issue was that our campsite had pears all over the ground on our site.

My husband and I had a wonderful 3 nights at KOA. We stayed in the tent area which was super quiet and secluded which we loved. We felt very comfortable and "at home". The bathrooms and water access were a super-close walk. Thanks a lot!!!

We really had a fun time. The cabin was awesome. The grounds are very well maintained and really well suited for rest and relaxation. I really enjoyed the pancake breakfasts and the wine tasting. The pool was very relaxing. All the staff were awesome! we had a great time.

Very nice campground with accessible sites. The service connections were placed close to the camper which was nice. The camp seems a bit dated in some areas but it was a pleasant experience over all. The host stayed late upon our arrival to make sure we were settled in.

Very friendly and helpful staff. I stayed in a cabin and it was clean - the only issue (as in many KOA cabins) is that the screen door would stick on the porch floor when opening and shutting. The bathrooms were clean, one shower was broken. The shower handles are awkward and get hit often by elbows because they stick out - meaning the temperature changes when hit. I would recommend this KOA.

The cabins and park were very nice. Staff was friendly and accommodating. The only complaint I have is that the mosquitoes and other bugs were terrible no amount of spray or candles would deter them.

Nice location. Out of the hassle and bussle of town, but close enough to get to the falls within 15 minutes. The owners are very nice. Will be back again

This is a nice campground. The hosts Fran and Lee are great people. The store is very good with plenty of camping gear and food items. They even have local produce and fruit for sale! They hosted a pancake breakfast, an ice cream social and a wine tasting on Labor day weekend. They have a pool and playground for the kids.

Great hosts. Dog sitting and RV washing service available. Quiet location. Pool, cabins and small dog park on premises. Extremely pet friendly. Close and an easy drive to all Niagara attractions. Small but comprehensive grocery and produce shop in office. Priced a little higher than local supermarket. Clean showers with hot water. Laundry. Social events on the weekends.
