A premium price for location but no sewer hookup on my site. The park was almost empty but I was placed in a site without sewer hookup. When departing, the dump station was positioned such that it could not be accessed and the staff instructed me to find an empty site with a sewer hookup and use that to dump my tanks. However, the shop was well stocked and the staff friendly.

Nice quiet campground, convent to falls attractions. The only comment I would have is the water control for the shower that I used needed replacement Other than that minor issue we enjoyed the stay, very friendly staff..

Person answering phone was helpful. Restrooms were large and clean. However the clientele ie fellow campers kept us awake all night. Doesnt seem to be any enforcement of quiet policies so you’re at the mercy of other people’s selfishness. Mosquitoes were quite bad also as appears to be standing water nearby and a landfill. If you like mosquitoes and midnight karaoke then this KOA is for you!

Staff was very nice! There were tons of sticky pods that got matted on our dogs feet & ours. Wish they had a weekly rate lower than just daily rate.

Not the fanciest KOA, but so clean, and SO friendly without being “in your face”. Great showers, well kept loop, no electrical issues at the site, well stocked store, small but very powerful and inexpensive laundry room/machines.

This was our 3rd time at this KOA. Very clean and neat, friendly and helpful staff. Too bad the weather doesn't always cooperate. But we will certainly stay there again.

We just had yet another fantastic weekend here. It's a favorite early season destination for us given the close proximity to Niagara Falls. The owners are very friendly and accommodating. Looking forward to next year already!

Overall, nice.Manager friendly and helpful.Hookups easy to use and space assigned easy to get to.However the website reported free wifi, but the manager said it wouldn't work where we were due to expanding the service.This was part of the reason we wanted to stay at KOA because we didn't know the area and needed to figure out how to get places.Wish we were informed of this prior to the stay.

It’s a great small campground just very upset that we had the wettest site in the place couldn’t do anything on our site good thing we had friends so we could share their site.

We planned this trip so we could visit Niagara Falls as we headed north to VT. This was a great spot and so convenient to see the Falls. Lee, the owner, super friendly and helpful. We want to visit again when we can ride Maid of the Mist and hopefully Canada will be open. Next visit my brother and his wife will be joining us.

You will never have a bad stay here! Trust me, we’re repeat customers. The owners are very friendly and accommodating. The facilities are very nice and well-kept. The place isn’t near any main roads so it’s very quiet, yet less than 15 minutes from Niagara Falls. Highly recommended to anyone wishing to camp near the falls.

Stayed there 3 nights in early September. The owners were very informative about directions and places to see nearby. There was water utility maintenance being repaired, but this was completed very quickly. Staff was very friendly and willing to help. Nice, wooded, shady site. Pull-throughs!

enjoyed the Niagara Falls park and hiking trails, but very surprised at the run down nature of the town of Niagara. The KOA was conveniently located just a ten minute drive to the Falls.

Stayed 3 nights. October 15-18. They typically close on the 15th but said they would stay open through the weekend. It was very quiet. Nice place with great showers and location.

We arrived in July looking for a site for approx. 3 months. My husband was working in the area. This campground was a wonderful experience. Our dogs had a fantastic park. The sites were level and large. The bathrooms were exceptionally clean. The owners were friendly and helpful. We are older and it was peaceful and quiet. Hated to leave. Thank you for a great stay.

Campground is not up to normal KOA standards. Sites were extrememly small in width. Our picknik table was right next to the neigbors sewage with no room to move away. Site had water problems and water was out most of our first day.

Most every KOA we have stayed at this summer has lousy WIFI. I home school my grandchildren. We could not access their studies. Other than that it was nice.

Beautiful site with great rates convenient to Niagara Falls. The managers were very friendly and our cabin was clean and comfortable. The RV spots were a bit narrow, but for the price it is hard to beat. Would definitely stay here again!

A fine place to stay! A bit off the 'beat-in path', but we're traveling anyway..Our camp hosts 'Fran & Leigh' were very cordial and helpful. We'd definitely go out of our way and stay there again! BTW, the falls (and Leigh's directions �) were magnificent!!

This is a nice campground. The hosts Fran and Lee are great people. The store is very good with plenty of camping gear and food items. They even have local produce and fruit for sale! They hosted a pancake breakfast, an ice cream social and a wine tasting on Labor day weekend. They have a pool and playground for the kids.

Great hosts. Dog sitting and RV washing service available. Quiet location. Pool, cabins and small dog park on premises. Extremely pet friendly. Close and an easy drive to all Niagara attractions. Small but comprehensive grocery and produce shop in office. Priced a little higher than local supermarket. Clean showers with hot water. Laundry. Social events on the weekends.
