This was our first KOA experience - it was wonderful! Park is well maintained, lots of activities, staff was friendly! We’ll be back for sure!

Great park if you have small children because there are lots of activities. Park had great Covid precautions in place. It is a bit pricey, but then again it is Niagara Falls.

Once again had a great time , if one thing could be noted , now with covid and lots of people working remotely, the wifi needs an upgrade or a boost of some sort. Live streaming is needed sometimes, but other than that. We love this place!

The camp is very nice, but our cabin was full of huge ants, which crawled through a hole and climbed onto the beds. It was very unpleasant to sleep because there is no fan in the cabin and the ants have been walking around the bed all night. Another bad point is the swimming pool, which can only be used 30 minutes a day and only once.

Lots to do for the family. Close to attractions and food. Very clean washrooms with awesome showers. Lots of cleaning and made you feel safe with covid. Great laundry facilities. Will be back again...

The facilities are great for families with children. Being a "family-orientated" campground however you can expect some noise and rude campers who don't follow camping etiquette, especially when they are in tents. The "fires out at midnight" rule should be posted as a City Bylaw or campers blame the KOA. Excellent shower and bathroom facilities. Weve stayed there multiple times.

Excellent! The deluxe cabins were awesome so nice with everything you need and the staff were very nice and the fellow who immediately came to replace the empty gas cylinder when we started to barbecue was great.

We stayed in cabin KL10 ( we have camped at this KOA over 6 times) and had a great time, we have an Autistic child and he looks forward to camping at this KOA every year.

It was great just need to stop toilet from running in cabin. The staff is wonderful and very helpful, never seen a cleaner camp ground. They are pleased to help and see you everyday and also say goodbye when you leave felt right at home.

We loved every minute. I haven’t been to Niagara KOA since I was a kid (about 20 years) snd it’s still my all time favourite location. We can’t wait to go back again with our kids next summer. The kids really loved all of the activities offered. Thank you!

We were in the same cabin rented out last year to us DC 5. I noticed the same things not fixed i.e. kitchen blinds don't go up or down. the bed bunks had debris and weren't cleaned in the corners where wood meets. Golf course should be repaired; you can't play golf because the metal blocks the balls from going in. better repair rental bikes and carts, noisy, hard to ride and pedal. dirty

Our cabin was not swept and mopped as there dirt all over, asked man on golf cart for a mop and he said he didnt have one. Walked all the way to front to request one. Pool times are whack. Everyone should of had a 30 min slot and couldn't get 1 time at all for large pool. Sites for small cabins are small. Not much room for fire with car parked right beside you.

We had a fantastic time! The only negative was the pool. Only 30 Per day for the amount we were spending on the vacation was quite disappointing. I understand rules and covid protocols. We actually found a local park with a splash pad nearby for the kids. Loved the cabin and the amenities for the kids. Only downside was the pool. Otherwise a fantastic experience and we will for sure be back.

I found all of the staff were very friendly and helpful.I found the camp sites very clean and manicured. I’m used to a little more privacy but other than that it was great.

Well, the lodging is waaaaaay over priced for one. The cabin we stayed in had holes in the side of the cabin near the floor and bees were coming in the cabin and the young lady at the small heated pool was VERY rude and bad attitude

We rented a Studio Cabin and it was very nice. Great location and very clean. Staff were friendly. Downside was only getting 30 minutes at the pool for the entire day and then being charged extra for our son to stay in the cabin with us. We had 3 people in a cabin for 4 and assumed the cost of the cabin would be for at least 3 people. Otherwise a great stay!!

Took our grandchildren and was very impressed with how kid friendly it was. A ton of activities for them to do, very clean and friendly staff. Would definitely bring the grandkids back again.

Amazing stay! My only complaint: We rented a deluxe cabin and there was hairs in the tub upon our arrival along with a half-eaten grilled cheese wedged between the toilet and the sink. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

Great Activities for kids so they never get bored and all of those fun games to play like Golf, Table Tennis, Cornhole, and Ladderball Etc. But a little too strict like no Fire after midnight we saw a family having a good time and a worker just put water on the camp fire and no radio after 10 a clock you could just tell us to put the volume down tbh if it annoys people that much but over all fun

Stayed on weekend. Campground and activities laid out were amazing. Staff was friendly. Well kept grounds. Only negative thing to add would be that the swimming is blocked off in half hour time slots. Which is fine, but should be noted when booking to make campers aware before arrival. We were disappointed in the lack of swimming. Overall amazing park and we will return.

The lots are too small. Nightly rates are not competitive. We did not have sufficient room to park our truck in front of the trailer.

Had a hard time with the kids being so limited with pool time. Also had very rude staff when trying to understand the restrictions in place and ask questions. The site behind us were very loud until 1 or 2 in the morning, despite us complaining to staff. The lone bright spot was a young lady named Holly who the kids loved as they did their activities. Very helpful. Very nice.

We enjoyed our stay and the amenities offered however we found the sites very narrow. We booked a site that said mature trees pull thru sites and we were on a very small area in the middle of the deluxe cabins . We made it work and didn’t complain.

It was our first time at Niagara KOA and we absolutely loved our stay!!! So much to do and everyone is so nice. We stayed in a deluxe cabin and would definitely recommend. We are planning on making it a yearly thing for our family.

We enjoyed our stay. It was very clean and the people were so nice. We enjoyed the patio where we could have a couple of drinks and relax. It's a very nice KOA?

We enjoyed every moment. Our cabin was awesome and clean. Lots to do for the Grandkids. Everyone was courteous and check in and out was nice and easy. Thanks for a great stay.

Stay was just OK. the grass was not cut on our site, plus we had trouble with a faulty circuit breaker. It would not hold its connection intermittently. We informed the front desk, and nothing was done. I had to go to the maintenance barn and insist on help the next day. Even then it took a couple of hours to repair. All this in 83 degree heat. Not impressed.

Great place to take young kids for a camping experience. Bathrooms were always clean and air conditioned. You can camp or rent a small cabin, many options for cabins from basic to ones with kitchen/ac. My kids loved doing the organized crafts, rock mining and renting the bike cars.

We love this place!!!! The best camping/cabin experience so close to home.. place is very clean and organized. If you have mixed family who are high maintenance or people who love the campgrounds or RV experience this is the place… very family oriented place.. renting the bikes are by far the favourite thing
