So much fun, lots for the kids to do, clean and well organized. Staff was friendly and we loved the super hero theme and movie under the stars. Only suggestion would be to lower the septic drains on some of the lots…. We were at site 130 and found we didn’t get proper drainage because the height of the drain was too high for our trailer to drain properly- while the site next to us was much low

Really enjoyed staying at Niagara KOA. Customer service was excellent. Easy to maneuver a large rig. Bathrooms were very clean.

Nous avons adorés notre séjour. Le site est très propre, les salles de bains et les douches impeccables. Il y avait de beaux jeux pour les enfants. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la navette pour se promener dans Niagara qui part du camping. Le camping est situé à distance de marche du camping et il y a des restaurant autour, tout ce fait à pied, ce fut vraiment en beau séjour. Merci

Stayed at KOA in Niagara falls with my family and really enjoyed out time there! Already planning our second camp trip. Bathrooms and showerswere ever clean. Lots of activities to do and staff was very friendly.

Camping très agréable et très propre, bien situé. Seul bémol, certains sites ont leur branchement d’égout (sewer hook up) trop haut.

Grandson had a great stay. Too bad you could only book the pool for 1/2 hour each day, but that's Covid. Requested the site we were on, but it was too small and not shaded. Also the sewer connection for next door neighbour was very close to our picnic table. Staff are very nice and helpful. See you in October. Thanks

My kids had a great time! Lots for them to do. Washrooms were super clean. Staff was very friendly. Was a bit disappointed in the size of the campsites, very small and very close to neighbours. Was hard to have a campfire as we had to sit very very close to it and the smoke was bad due to how close the trailers are to one another. Over all would likely stay again if visiting Niagara Falls.

Disappointed in the “deluxe patio” site. We had requested as much privacy as possible back in Feb of this year. Also called a week or more prior to arriving to reiterate the privacy request and if possible to be on an end. The site we were given was in the middle of one of the streets, with only one immature tree and no shrubs or other landscaping features like some if the other sites near us.

It was our first experience at a KOA campground and we didn't know what to expect. It was lovely to be able to relax as a family knowing there was plenty for our 9-year old son to do. He had the freedom to explore in a safe environment. Our cabin was comfortable and clean. We loved our private patio too! Being limited to 30 mins of swimming per day was tough, but understandable due to COVID.

Très bien sauf pour piscine trop chaude et pour rdv à cause de la COVID on en est conscient.Et mention d’honneur à un certain Wayne qui était écrit sur son chandail pour nous avoir averti pour nos vélos meme si je ne parlait pas anglais il a trouvé quelqu’un pour traduire et il insistait pour protéger nos vélos un gros merci et la cabine 35 manquait d’eau chaude de temps en temps on

This was just a quick get away for the week with our 2 teenage kids. We wanted to be able to have campfires at night and go see the attractions around the falls. The campground was clean, cabin was comfortable with everything we needed, the staff was friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Sarah for going above and beyond.

Stayed in lodge a/c did not work well, ceiling fan only went one direction and speed. General store closed early then normal with no signage and was not able to get firewood for the campfire. My family and i come every year for the last 10 years and we were quite disappointed this year. Also the day of arrivial we were not able to uae the pool as all bookings were filled for the day.

Enjoyed the park but site was small and hydro kept going out. Also would be nice if you had a splash pad for kids.

We enjoyed our stay very much. We appreciated all there was to do even with Covid restrictions. The bathrooms were clean and air conditioned! The staff was pleasant and visible. They accommodated a request to switch accommodations part way through that made our stay even better. I'm sure we will be back.

The KOA has many outdoor activities and arts for kids. It's a fun place to hang out with live concert and karaokee under the stars. However, it's not the most quiet KOA with much privacy. For example, the sites are narrow and many neighboring cabins wrap tightly around the RV sites.

Myself and my daughter really enjoyed our first time vacational rental mini vacation..Staff were very friendly and my unit was spotless..i find it very quiet and peaceful at nighttime...very relaxing...

I was very disappointed in the swimming situation! We left for the next day and went to bissells hideaway! We were at KOA the hottest days this summer and reguardless of co-vid this is the only place I’ve been too with sign up times, my grandchildren cried and whined to swim very disappointing indeed. Personally would recommend bisselll hideaway over KOA very outdated!!

We do a lot of camping at a variety of campgrounds in Ontario, and this was by far the most disappointing. We stayed 3 nights, and for the price we paid for an RV site, none of the offerings provided that kind of value. Everything was dated and expensive. The staff was bored and detached. The pool policies were outrageous! We had to day trip to another resort to save our vacation. Disappointing.

Nice campground, however a staff member informed us the first night to lock everything up as they've had thefts of bicycles. Not a lot of shaded sites. Pool was great but because of Covid could only book once a day for half hour.

Our stay was very nice however the cabins really do need air conditioning or a fan as it was crazy hot and we were unable to sleep. However we truly enjoy the koa Niagara FallsFor many years well our children are growing and we would always recommend it I believe it’s one of the best KOa’s in Ontario If you have children

Very nice KOA, central to all things “Falls” related. Clean and comfortable campsite, was treated very well by all staff we encountered. Looking forward to returning in the future.

Great place to take young kids for a camping experience. Bathrooms were always clean and air conditioned. You can camp or rent a small cabin, many options for cabins from basic to ones with kitchen/ac. My kids loved doing the organized crafts, rock mining and renting the bike cars.

We love this place!!!! The best camping/cabin experience so close to home.. place is very clean and organized. If you have mixed family who are high maintenance or people who love the campgrounds or RV experience this is the place… very family oriented place.. renting the bikes are by far the favourite thing
