We enjoyed a lot this location which one has nice facilities, various activities and many recreation programs. This place is good for family with their kids. In addition, there workers are kind and friendly to guests. There security is good too. I feel it is safety. Thanks Niagara falls KOA holiday camp very much~! We would visit there again.

This campground has friendly staff and many family-friendly amenities. It is, however, not the quietest campground, and staff enforcement of quiet hours (and COVID gathering protocols) was not rigorous. Wifi was not robust.

When I booked my camp site, I was told the site has a 15 Amp service, after arriving I find out its not a full 15amp and can't run an ac unit. Being 40 degrees out with 2 small kids I was very disappointed with that since I've been on many campgrounds that a 15 Amp service is more then enough to run one. 30 min pool times is a bit ridiculous and having to wait 20 min to go in an empty pool

I feel that the store should be open later as well as the restaurant. I feel a lot of work is cut back due to the Covid situation and it is not right since we reopened. For example the large park has one entrance??? Is Covid directional? Also you can rent bikes but you can’t have utensils in cabins??? Doesn’t make any sense. Also the crafts for the children are very weak. Just a colouring page

We come usually twice a year and every time it is very relaxing and lots to do at the KOA and in the area! Looking forward to returning !!!!!

The cabin we rented was clean, in great condition and well supplied (with the exception of scissors). The staff was super friendly and helpful. Everyone we encountered during our stay made us feel welcomed. We really enjoyed our stay!

Park is very family oriented & well organized. Sites with stone patios, fire pit, & patio furniture were a nice feature as well the 30/50 amp service option was great.

We had a great time and really enjoyed all the things to do. We haven't stayed at Niagara Falls KOA in a few years. I must say it was better than before. All the new fun games to do and the staff was incredable. My hat goes off to the yoing man doing alot of the chores around there. He was such a delight and went out of his way to help if needed. He is a hard working young man and cares so much.

Overall our stay was great! Water system could have been better, mainly for shower purposes. Water was either too hot or too cold, not regulated well.

Camping is well located, but need lots of maintenance, our site was not levelled and it would be easy to level. Especially on a site that we paid $105.00 a day. The road were full of holes where again easy to repair with a bit of gravel. We were a bit disappointed as we have been to several KOA and the Niagara Falls is the one that show basically no maintenance.

nice and quite stay, do not like the fact that quite time is at 10 and fire out at 12 especially if it was a weekend. Seems a little to strict for my liking.

Delux cabin in nice but there are a few things that need to be upgraded. 1. Mattresses on bunk beds. They are extremely uncomfortable. 2. Add ac units in each room 3. Washroom door is hard to open/ close 4. Not worth the price considering we did stay for 2 full days.

Nice place, convenient location. Our site was really small though (104). Didn’t get to use the pool much because of the need to book times and it wasn’t always available but I get that was because of covid protocols. Overall nice campground.

This was our first time at the park but we will definitely stay again. The park is quiet and clean and the store has everything you could ever imagine needing. Great location and the friendliest staff!

stayed in the front air conditioned cabins by front office, I would come back provided I could get a cabin like that or the deluxe cabins !!! it was a fabulous stay!!! clean friendly!!! With Thanks.

We had a fabulous time!! There are so many activities for the kids and the family!! Our boys loved the bikes and karaoke!! The pool was awesome too. Just wish the time slots were longer, especially when it is crazy hot!

La représentante aurait pu nous suggéré un site qui convient à nos besoins en nous demandant nos préférences. Exemple. site ombragé, à l’écart des autres, table du côté du soleil du matin. Il y avait plusieurs sites disponibles, durant notre séjour. Elle aurait pu nous offrir Un meilleurs site… de plus il n’y a pas de pistes cyclables près du Koa pour nous rendre au chute ou au

We had a great time. The staff were always helpful and courteous. Our kids loved the crafts and time in the pool. We are looking forward to planning our next trip to KOA Niagara Falls.

Thank you for a great stay. Though We miss the tie dye shirt. But we have a wonderful stay. Washroom was a superb. We would like to try the cabin and the trailer too. Pool was exceptional would love to stay longer but we understand the restrictions. 3nights and 4days is really recommended for a first time campers here. Thank you and stay safe.

We stayed in one of the motel type units while visiting family. Room was absolutely clean and spotless.

its actually 3.5 for Niagara, as I found the washrooms/showers on the weekend not as cleansy compared to the weekday. Not sure if its different staff or the demand on the weekend is greater which means additional washroom checks.

Everything was great. Wish the inside pool was open as hotels are allowed to be. One half hour swim is not enough, not being able to get a time on check in day is discouraging. But such is Covid! I loved the activities for families and s’mores! One improvement would be to shut off bright lights at activities hut and laundry room when closed so as not to interfere with sleeping/fire Thanks!!

Bathrooms and showers were super clean. Services available were well organized and everyone very helpful. Special thank you to the man on the golf cart (didn’t catch his name) who transported our wine boxes when he saw my husband and brother-in-law carrying the heavy boxes after a day of touring the vineyards.

Personnel tres acceuillant et poli. Merci Terrain propre, tres apprecié que les poubelles soit ramasser quotidiennrment a notres lot. Point négatif, le terrain sur lequel nous etions etait pas de niveau, ceci dit tres difficile d avoir la table de niveau. Avons du utiliser quelques planches afin que celle ci balotte pas. Nous avons eu un tres beau séjour, merci a la prochaine!

We had 3 sites adjacent to ours who were up until 5am making a lot of noise. After numerous calls from various campers staff stopped monitoring the area after midnight. Our children and us did not sleep all night. In the morning there were many disgruntled campers who left the park. We were told that we would be contacted by management to refund our stay but we are still waiting.

Great place to take young kids for a camping experience. Bathrooms were always clean and air conditioned. You can camp or rent a small cabin, many options for cabins from basic to ones with kitchen/ac. My kids loved doing the organized crafts, rock mining and renting the bike cars.

We love this place!!!! The best camping/cabin experience so close to home.. place is very clean and organized. If you have mixed family who are high maintenance or people who love the campgrounds or RV experience this is the place… very family oriented place.. renting the bikes are by far the favourite thing
