Very poor telephone communications, Unusual policies not aligned to the Provincial Government, then not practiced when at the grounds.

it was good the place the washroom is very clean the activities. but i’m disappointed the pool only 30mins it’s not enough for the kids.hopefully nextyear will be fine everything no limits all activities especially the pool.

A little disappointed. Since campground allows pets, there should be a pet day care ( or hourly care at least) so everyone in the family can have the best “swimming pool” time, since pet are NOT allowed in the pool area or unattended nearby.

Super clean, lots to do even with Covid closing some activities, staff was friendly. Very hard to book pool time.

We had an amazing weekend at the Niagara KOA- It was my families first time staying there. We will be back next year for sure! Lots of activities for the kids, clean and organized!

Had a great stay. Site that we were on was very small and a bit tight but we made it work for the weekend.

The owner is so nice. I fell and i had to call the ambulance, she came next day to check. We are at this campground at least twice a month.

Was not as i expected. No privacy at all... I wish the website had better pictures so understood what we were booking. I do think the facilities were good for the demographic that you are targeting. All that aside, The main reason our stay was not enjoyable was because a large and noisy group was placed right next to our campsite - despite there being so many other available unused campsites!

Accueil très bruyant lors de l'enregistrement. Il n'y avait personne pour nous guider vers notre site difficile à trouver. Site très étroit. Soirée bruyante.

Staff was very accommodating, friendly and the park is very well kept. I found the prices for camping are very high and especially for family and seniors. I think I will be camping in my area because of costs.

Great location close to the falls and wineries. Lots to offer on site. Would have given 5 stars if the sites we're less muddy. Even after 2-3 days without rain, the sites we're still wet.

Site 218 had water leaking and kids were around. The kids on the site tripped and fell twice getting mud around them. The leaking created a huge puddle which it’s Quite dangerous to have a leakage and charging station in the same spot.

Nice amenities great for kids. Fun for adults to watch kids having fun. Way too smoky at night. Too many camp sites too close together for 100s of people each with a fire.

We had a wonderful weekend stay. Staff were friendly and facilities were clean. The reason we continue to choose KOA's. Slightly disappointed when we paid for wood to be delivered on our last night there and it didn't show. Called the office and it was closed.

This was our first time visiting the KOA and our first time out in our new trailer camping. We liked the smaller size campground with all the amenities in walking distance. There is lots to do for the kids of all ages we really liked doing the tie dye T-shirts. Another thing we liked was garbage pick up and wood delivery. Thanks KOA for making our first stay a great one!

Please increase cleaning protocols. The washroom facility is too dirty most of the time. The children’s playground, especially the baby’s section is covered in sand and dirt. That needs cleaning too. The jumping pad can also use a wipe down. Love music at night is great but little kids need to sleep earlier, maybe tone it down a bit. Otherwise great family friendly facilities.

We used the site to visit the Niagara area and did not use the amenities. The park was very clean and we appreciated that we could stay an extra day since the weather predicted for our departure was poor. With the exception of one person cutting grass right beside our new vehicle all of the other staff were absolutely excellent and one lady at the cabins even came over to wish us safe travels!

The staff was efficient and hospitable. The site was clean and this KOA deserves its high rating. My disappointment was the pool temperature. We choose the unprivate tiny site and paid the KOA rates primarily because, in the past, the pool was a lovely temperature. I’d really looked forward to that again. Instead it was cool and with the long weekend it was even a challenge to book a time. *sigh

We have come here for years and always have a great time. The location is convenient to several beaches, Niagara on the Lake, the Falls and Clifton Hill. The staff here are great and do their best to be sure you’re having a good time. Fantastic stay as always!

Great place to take young kids for a camping experience. Bathrooms were always clean and air conditioned. You can camp or rent a small cabin, many options for cabins from basic to ones with kitchen/ac. My kids loved doing the organized crafts, rock mining and renting the bike cars.

We love this place!!!! The best camping/cabin experience so close to home.. place is very clean and organized. If you have mixed family who are high maintenance or people who love the campgrounds or RV experience this is the place… very family oriented place.. renting the bikes are by far the favourite thing
