Some sites were looking like garbage dumps.This was very unusual from my past experience. There were too many people on one site, with tents.

From arrival until departure, all of the staff we encountered were extremely friendly, helpful and always projected a positive attitude. The grounds, washrooms and amenities (pool, playground, bouncing areas) were always well kept, tidy and inviting. The community kitchen area was a great touch! The park is run very well with great pride, care and respect from all employees! See you soon!

Malgré les contraintes liées à la Covid, vous avez su organiser les activités en conséquence. Site très propre et bien aménagé. Merci beaucoup pour ce séjour très agréable.

We were excited to camp for our first time in Niagara; normally we stay at a hotel. Compared to other campsites both private and KOAs this year we found this site very restrictive and therefore we spent alot of time of site. The 30 minute pool time slots left my 5 and 8 year old wanting more especially because for most of the day the pool was not at capacity or empty.

very clean site, lots of friendly staff the lots are ok but i didn't like the fact that my neighbours sewer pipe is really close to my camper

cabin was clean and having laundry was great. but the pub was disappointing, no food choices and only 12 people in pool was not great. could easily have had 25 and still would have been lots of room. but had no problem getting a pool time. just book by 8 am.

Très bel endroit, très accueillant et très propre. Les enfants ont beaucoup de choix aussi pour s’amuser.

Bon service a l'accueil. Le site est très bien. Situé près de tout. Les cabines sont très bien si vous n'avez pas de roulotte.

Was very clean and very good stay. Your camp general store needs a few more knowledgeable people as they tried selling lighter fluid as camp stove fuel. Just saying Thanks

Beautiful campground lots of activity the only down side is the lots very small but the worst is the neighbors connection by our picnic table especially if they are empty them while we are eating

We got a basic cabin, and settling in for bed we saw large ants coming out of the wall right at my feet. I didn't bring a phone so I couldn't call the office on the emergency line. We were so grossed out we drove home for the night. An employee offered a bag of firewood for our trouble, but I definitely feel at least a reduced rate on another night was in order.

Nice, clean campground close to all attractions. Loved the activities for the kids. Only downside are that the lots are very narrow.

Terrible customer service, covid rules that don’t make sense, for example closing the pool for 15 mins every 30 min to skim the pool. We were there two nights and only got 30 mins in the pool. My husband was yelled at very rudely, which he got the impression has something to do with his ethnicity. We will never return which is too bad since we have been coming for 20 years.

I will be writing to head office about our despicable stay with KOA. We had a family of 15 with a child with autism an aunt with epilepsy and I myself with fibromyalgia. I will never recommend KOA to anyone! Harrassed, degraded, lied to about policies, condescending and out right unprofessional. I spent a lot of money at KOA to have a horrible experience.

Our stay was fun and my kid is already asking when we will come back. The cabin is nice and just the right size for our family of four. Campground is clean with lots of activities to do. Staffs are friendly and helpful.

The service was not good, everything close early and the smille of the staff was not there. It’s the first KOA I had without activities and more. And it’s not because of the covid the office close at 8 ���‍���

The place was nice but the campsites were a little smaller than I expected in the bathrooms on Sunday we're not cleaned all day for 3 out of 4 that were used had no toilet paper and one had blood on it all day

Major rippoff $87.00 per night for a very small back in and just power & water! They advertised on their site an indoor pool that has not been open for years! If you have any children you have to pay $9.00 a day extra for each one! Any visitors have to pay $10.00 a day! Their dumping station is right beside the jumping pillow and almost impossible impossible to get to! Worst ripoff ever!

Il manquait d'ombre sur notre terrain, mais plein d'autres avaient de gros arbres matures, on a juste pas été chanceux. Par contre, tout le reste était parfait. Les employés super sympathique, les salles de bains étaient très propres.

Je suis arrivé sur mon site qui était dans un trou d’eau de bouette devrais dire et pour la semaine nous avons dû vivre avec cette boue autour du site et bien entendu dans la roulotte. Les employés ont été très gentil et on essayer de m’aider.

Trop de chien qui aboie constamment sans que les propriétaires soient avertis. Si non notre séjour c’est bien passé. Très bien situé et propre.

Pools rules was rigid and more severe than the health public rules (covid19). Somes sites was beautifull but ours was a dump (the services of our neigbour was right in the middle of our site and the campground water installation was briken so the water was spilling all day long si our site was always like a swamp. We cancelled the second week... Instead of that, he staff was nice.

Great place to take young kids for a camping experience. Bathrooms were always clean and air conditioned. You can camp or rent a small cabin, many options for cabins from basic to ones with kitchen/ac. My kids loved doing the organized crafts, rock mining and renting the bike cars.

We love this place!!!! The best camping/cabin experience so close to home.. place is very clean and organized. If you have mixed family who are high maintenance or people who love the campgrounds or RV experience this is the place… very family oriented place.. renting the bikes are by far the favourite thing
