Great cabin, fun activities.

Our sites we booked were not given to us on the day we arrived. We were not advised of the hold fee we could have paid when we booked so our group was not together. Our time started with disappointment. The 45 time for the pool was reduced to 30 minutes and very hard to get a spot upsetting the kids. Our site was on such a lean that our picnic table was unless.

Le camping est bien situé mais j ai été très déçu de voir des photos sur le site pour les VR que je croyais avoir mais rendu sur place nous avons plutôt eu un site sur de la Gravel et un sol imbibé d eau et de gazon .. j avais inscrit un couple d amis alors j étais gêné car ce n était pas ça que je leurs avait promis

It was an amazing trip the only bad and downfall was the pool. even though I do understand the protocols I think having 12 people in a pool at a time is not efficient and the fact that you can not book again and you have to wait 10 min for someone to show up is kinda not effective. that's my only complaint!

You should definitely give families a head's up about pool times during Covid. We were itching to go to the pool on the day we arrived only to learn that we needed to have made a reservation. This really put a hamper on our plans and is why I am giving a rating of 4 out of 5 instead of 5 out of 5.

For a family campground I was a little taken back that my teenage daughters was scolded for being off their site after 10pm for quietly going for a walk while the folks two sites down had music playing loudly Then to spend a fare amount of money for wood that was in my opinion wet and having to spend an incredible amount more for kindling. Never an issue to start a fire before.

Great stay a lot of stuff to do in that location-just wish there was more room with big rig lots Felt squeezed in and no room to play games etc…

We all had a great time. Friendly staff and well organized. Lots of things for the family to do all day. Very well stocked camp store. We stayed in the deluxe cabins and they are very clean and kept in top condition. -Very comfortable! Lots of hot water! Close to everything within a 5-15 minute drive. Will recommend to anyone looking for a place to get away for a few days.

Nicest k.o.a. I've ever stayed at in terms of facilities. Cleanest washrooms, close to amenities. Only beef is some of the other campers do not respect the 22:00 to 08:00 quiet times. Staff should do a patrol at just after 22:00 to ensure compliance.

The pool situation of only one half hour time slot was basically what destroyed the vacation. Also half the showers closed due to social distancing. But there individual units. So there is no contact with anyone so not sure why half are closed. Also the bathroom stalls are half closed due to the same when no other public wash room is like that. There not actually keeping up with the provincialrule

Camp was clean, but very congested. Small sites, close to roads. No trees. Pavement. Scarce grass. Staff friendly.

The customer service was not great for the most part except from the older man that seems to help everyone with everything. Laundry dryers took money and didn't start. The workers never helped. Washrooms were not kept clean and not anywhere near covid standard. Pool so was so hot on the hot days we felt we were taking a hot bath instead of a cold swim. Indoor pool n hot tub was not open stage3

I think his name was Wayne he works maintance. He was so nicr and amazing and helped my little guy with a purchase he made in the store. The rest of your staff at the store were abrupt, and felt like you were an intrusion on there time.

Weather wasn’t great but campground was immaculate.I didn’t realize the store closed so early as we needed change foe the laundry..washing machine only accepted quarters but we went to the freshco for change

It has been awhile since my high school days when I frequented KOA Niagara. The expansion of this campground is about threefold from what I remember. I do find the facilities very clean. Your camp programs for both children and adults are exceptional. I found your staff very friendly and helpful. Keep up the good work. Looking forward in the near future to another reservation.

L’aménagement général du camping est bien organisé. Emplacements vraiment trop près les uns des autres. Peu ou pas d’intimité, de tranquillité. Des campeurs écoutent de la musique trop fort. Beaucoup de chiens qui jappent et même qui sont laissés dans l’équipement de camping sans surveillance (jappent encore sans cesse). Le couvre-feu ne semble pas respecté ou devrait être plus

Terrains assez spacieux mais aurait besoin d’être mis à jour,pas très de niveaux car usées, toilettes et douches,WoW Terrain très bien dans l’ensemble et tranquille le soir

The train rumbling by LOUDLY early in the mornings was not a great way to be woken up each day. The lack of access to the pool during a heat wave was incredibly disappointing. There was not a lot of shade available in the tent camping areas which made for very uncomfortable days of extreme heat. This is a good place for trailers but NOT for tent camping.

This KOA is beautifully kept, has good camper hookups, and has lots of things for families to do. It was a great place to stay while visiting the city, and was close to lots of stores, restaurants, etc. Campsites were just a bit too small and close together, as we’re used to more space and privacy, and not having to keep our dogs away from the neighbor’s dogs around us.

We had a nice quiet site (254). The grass did get a little soft to park our truck on after the rains but there was no water left on the site. Park was clean as always and noise level was minimal. Only thing I was disappointed with was the area around the dump station...poor drainage around the drain itself, had to step in the puddle in order to access the valves on our trailer.

We had an amazing stay! Even with Covid rules and some things not open, Niagara KOA still managed to keep us busy! My daughter and I especially loved the bike rentals! So fun! The staff are all so nice and helpful! We are coming back next year for sure! Thanks for an awesome time!

Clean bathrooms and customer service was helpful and accommodating during the storm. Friendly staff driving around and helpful with questions we had. Map of campground is a little off, can be revised.

Great place to take young kids for a camping experience. Bathrooms were always clean and air conditioned. You can camp or rent a small cabin, many options for cabins from basic to ones with kitchen/ac. My kids loved doing the organized crafts, rock mining and renting the bike cars.

We love this place!!!! The best camping/cabin experience so close to home.. place is very clean and organized. If you have mixed family who are high maintenance or people who love the campgrounds or RV experience this is the place… very family oriented place.. renting the bikes are by far the favourite thing
