It was 3 days and 4 nights in this location and I would say it was actually really nice. Staff was very helpful. Just 1 problem (there's always 1prob) the bathtub....Bathtub was full of water right away..... was bad!!! otherwise was good!

The family had a good time I just did not like that every other shower was open they’re outside showers I don’t understand even because of Covid why they had to shut down every other shower it made zero sense to me

We arrived late after a rain fall and most of the tent sites were under water. Security was very accommodating and temporary put us in a dry tent site until we could see registration the next morning. Thanks to both gentlemen for helping us out.

Disappointed with a lot. Told to wear a mask when I claimed I was exempt. The mini put is despicable. Should be bulldozes away and rebuilt. Our lodge had no utensils or plates or glassware. Had to speak to 4 people to get some in the unit. Covid reasons for it. 15 months of covid and still not sure what to do. July 16, the rules changed for swimming but not at your place. No one cared. No one chec

Even in the rain we had a great time. Cabins are the best we’ve ever stayed in and clean. Loved it.

Excellent services from all the staff, especially Isabelle, Alex, Sarah, Wayne and the guys that is always smiling even when picking our trash( he just got maried) sorry I don't know his name but very friendly. We had an amazing stay and we are looking foward returning to KOA - Niagara Falls!!!

Super nice and helpful staff. Small sites, poor water drainage when it rains, and sewer hookups are too far into the sites so you have people’s sewer lines running a few feet into your site which is far from ideal. Lots of activities for little kids. Pretty pricy for what you get in my opinion.

We had an amazing time. Will DEFINITELY be back. The kids had a great time. Loved that they could ride their bikes safely on their own. Tent site is very small and was afraid my fire would send sparks to my tent. site also flooded… but we had TONS of rain so not completely koa fault. Will be back but hoping to get a bigger tent site. Still one of our BEST camping experiences yet!!!

Very nice campground, and friendly staff. We had a lot of mud in our site because of the rain and they quickly changed us the site. Loved all the activities for the kids

The camp grounds are fantastic for families and kids. My only complaint is, The front desk staff was not accommodating and did not fulfill our booking that we made nor did they attempt to fix it.

Location is very close to shopping, fashion outlets, grocery stores, restaurants and tourist areas. Great pools and playground. Lots of cabins and clean washrooms. Great spot to be when you want to visit Niagara Falls as you have lots of options for activities for everyone.

Had a great time at KOA. I wish it hadn't rained so we could enjoy the amenities more. It would be nice if there were more drainage systems so the campground didn't get as flooded, but I understand it was an unusual amount of rain. When we arrived I was delighted at how pristine the washrooms were, but then I felt they didn't remain as clean throughout the weekend. Overall, it was awesome!

We stayed over two weeks and enjoyed ourselves very much. It would be nice to have more open hours at the patio restaurant. I think it would beneficial especially to families that don’t leave the park very much. A place to gather and have an ice cream or a meal. Lots of things to do for children.

Park is clean and well maintained, bathroom and laundry facilities are the same. Go karts and sites are over-priced. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Our site 178 had a river running through due to the rain.

Fellow guest neighbours were friendly as were staff. Everyone was accommodating and informative given the changes with quarantine phases. The cabins were clean and comfortable. Most importantly, the kids enjoyed themselves. Even the rain was fun!

This was our first stay at a KOA Campground. We absolutely enjoyed our stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were impressed with all the family friendly activities that were available for when we bring our grandkids down the road. Definitely we will be back.

THE CAMPSITE WAS LITTLE OCCUPIED ON 2ND WEEK OF JULY 2021 AND STILL UNDER COVID RESTRICTION. THE TOILETS WERE VERY VERY CLEAN, PROBABLY THE CLEANEST I HAVE SEEN IN A CAMPSITE. THE EMPLOYEE AT THE RECEPTION WAS ACCOMODATING SINCE I ARRIVED EARLIER THAN EXPECTED. MANY EMPLOYEES TO MAINTAIN THE SITE. THE PRICE IS NOT CHEAP BUT I GOT WHAT I PAID FOR. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

We stayed for 2 nights in a deluxe cabin. It was during Covid restrictions, so we did not expect much to be open or available, but we still had a great time. Our 12 year old daughter was able to rent a bike and explore the campground. We were able to swim in the outdoor pool each day. We would absolutely stay again!

It was good. We rented a cabin with air conditioning, no bathroom. It didn't say no BBQ, we had nothing to cook on. When I expressed that it doesn't advertise "no cooking" equipment. They quickly solved the problem by supplying us with a BBQ.

Great place to take young kids for a camping experience. Bathrooms were always clean and air conditioned. You can camp or rent a small cabin, many options for cabins from basic to ones with kitchen/ac. My kids loved doing the organized crafts, rock mining and renting the bike cars.

We love this place!!!! The best camping/cabin experience so close to home.. place is very clean and organized. If you have mixed family who are high maintenance or people who love the campgrounds or RV experience this is the place… very family oriented place.. renting the bikes are by far the favourite thing
