The staff was great. Washrooms are always clean. The pools should be turned down alittle . To much heat. One bad thing . Dont know if it was my mistake or your mistake or corvid. I wanted to camp for 8 days was booked for 7. Had to leave. I think it was all the corvid cancelling that might have caused the problem. But other than that great place.

Swimming pool was inaccessible for therapy as although times were available the pool was divided by rope to prevent laps and no times were specific for adults only. Wood purchased for fire was very wet and would not burn. Campsite had major mud spot where trailer door opened and should not have been rented until fixed as there many other available dry and grassy sites. Office staff were great

The staff was great, the kids loved the crafts, they were well thought out and easy to do Only downside was the covid restrictions with the pool which can’t be helped

Thank you for changing the linen every day. I stayed in Cabin 35 very comfortably. However, it was a pity that the shower room curtain was torn. Also, Wi-Fi was not connected at all, so I want you to improve it.

I understand that Covid is complicating stuff right now but the half hour pool time is a little too short and the dog area needs some structures for the dogs or dogs should be allowed to play in the playground.

We had a great stay for our honeymoon. Only thing is the plug in our cabin would not hold a charger without pushing something against to hold it in place

Was disappointed with site # 165 pull thru site.. We had a hard time getting it level the asphalt was lifting and the site was so bumpy the tree roots were making it difficult �.. but we made the best of our weekend.. Thank You KOA Niagara

We loved staying at koa! Definitely offered a lot of activities for the kids. The only thing that was annoying was the pool and booking times. I understand it’s what needs to be done with Covid. However, it was silly that I couldn’t sit at the chair and watch the kids swim.

Where told we had to have our fire out by midnight, but other people had their fire on. Seems like we were picked on by the guy in the kart. Given the price and lack of space(no field for the kids to play), I wouldn't come back to this KOA and would likely just continue to rent a hotel when coming back to the falls. Also water temperature, in a cabin,was hit and miss, with times being freezing.

We had a great time and everyone in the family had lots of fun. The facility is well maintained and staff is friendly and helpful. I only have one complaint. The wood we bought from store was wet and hard to burn. So next day we bought it from Home Depot which was perfect.

Customer service was excellent we rented a cabin and it was very clean. COV-19 protocols in place I felt very safe

We had to disinfect our mattress in the cabin . It was covered in hair and grime . There was also dust under the beds . Otherwise great place , great people. Great service We will be back.

I was fun! My only negative comments are some of the staffs are unapproachable I don’t now if they are hungry bec it’s lunch time or they races or maybe it’s us I don’t know I just feel like they treat white guests better than Asian and I don’t know if has something to do with the package that we got.. maybe they were cheap? I don’t but overall the kids had fun

Very clean and very kid friendly. The swim time limit was frustrating however that wasn’t the camp fault it is provincial regulations. The staff is very hands on and visible throughout the park. Def a visit again park!

It was great. Just not enough time for swimming. Because its only 30 mins. And the kids are dissappointed because they wanna stay longer.

We had an excellent stay at the Niagara Falls KOA! The staff and management are friendly, well informed and plentiful. Staff quietly carting through park, keeping things safe and clean, day & night. Lisa Thompson, Manager at this KOA, is as good as they get! Kudos Lisa, for always greeting with a smile; even in challenging conversations. Great job ALL �� Hope to see you soon.. ;)

Great stay at Niagara Falls KOA! Lots of things for the kids to do. Had to book pool visit ahead due to COVID but it was well organized. Everyone was very friendly! See you again!

Beautiful grounds and campgrounds. Staff very friendly. Unfortunately Niagara Falls has nothing other than the Falls as nothing was open.

We left a provincial site that was a flooded mud pit….but didn’t want to end our camping trip. This KOA saved our trip.!

We were not informed that there would be no plates, cutlery, glasses. We didn't bring anything with us. So, after we arrived we needed to go out shopping for disposable stuff. The front door to the cabin wouldn't close properly, and the bathroom door latch was broken

We had a wonderful time. We were celebrating our 40th Wedding Anniversary. Covid had made the indoor pools, hot tub and sauna not accessible but we still had a good time.

Very nice campground, but very expensive, especially in the pandemic where more than half of the amenities were closed. Prices kept at full level. 2 speed rules, I was told for 10 days that we could not having any outside visitors, but our next spot neighbor had visitors at least 4 times. Will not return.

Very clean, organized and friendly staff. Great park for kids and pool was clean. Sewer Hookups right at your lot is awesome as well. Will come again.

Great place to take young kids for a camping experience. Bathrooms were always clean and air conditioned. You can camp or rent a small cabin, many options for cabins from basic to ones with kitchen/ac. My kids loved doing the organized crafts, rock mining and renting the bike cars.

We love this place!!!! The best camping/cabin experience so close to home.. place is very clean and organized. If you have mixed family who are high maintenance or people who love the campgrounds or RV experience this is the place… very family oriented place.. renting the bikes are by far the favourite thing
