J’ai adoré mon séjour, le seul désagrément a été de devoir se mettre en ligne le matin a7h30 pour avoir accès à la piscine et de pouvoir en profiter seulement 45min , pour le reste tout était parfait

The park is spotless, staff polite and friendly. The falls are close and there is a bus stop right in front of the park. Close to shopping and restaurants. Easy access to major highways and easy entry for large rigs

We love this KOA but I was so dissapoimted to not be able to book swim times. I.feel that with so many of your amenities closed, your price should be a bit.lower. We have camped here for years and this year we were so disappointed.

Good stay, washrooms we’re always clean and lots of stuff for kids to do. Because of covid booking a swim slot was nearly impossible. Sign up takes place at 8am and by 8:05 all spots were booked. They allow walk ups however hard to take little ones on the hour in swim suits to see if there’s availability

we enjoyed the campground and children's activities , clean washrooms and showers , well stocked store and customer service was fine. staff were very respectful and knowledgeable . the site we had was nice , no problems with hydro or water . well located site with bus service right out front and you can purchase a bus pass right there at store. garbage was always picked up right away , very clean

This campsite was so friendly and exceptionally clean. It is a perfect place for families and couples. Five minutes to the falls! Without hesitation, I would recommend this campground 100%.

assez central, coin tente manque d'arbre et le train qui passe tout à côté. Peu de contrôle sur les voisins bruyant. Mais très propre. magasin bien équipé et très organisé.

We have been going to this KOA for over 5 years! There is a reason why we keep going back!! It's amazing! The staff is unbelievable! Store is amazing no neef to ever leave to get anything, they have it all. Missing the patio though.. fingers crossed it opens soon!

Very disappointed that our child could only swim once each day considering I paid 500 for 3 nights Pool attendant Vivian was very rude and disrespectful to us and said it wasn’t our problem if we couldnt watch our 5 year old on the Pool deck The park has over 30 kids at once not sure why the pool is any different

The stay is different than it used to be with no activities but park remains a favorite. We have been camping here annually for over 20 yrs, great for the kids when they were younger. Remains a top pick for us, always well maintained/well run. My only issue this stay was that I called the office to see when the snack bar closed for fries (8pm), got there a 740 to be told the oven was off-no fries

I am a single mother who work 3 jobs, 7 days a week, and literally had one day to get away this year. I am glad I spent that day/evening with my kids at KOA Holiday in Niagrara Falls. It was so relaxing and enjoyable. The staff were extremely friendly and efficient. The campers on both side of us were awesome as well. Can't wait to come back (when I can manage a day off)! :)

Great place, friendly staff. We had no issues at all. If I could offer one suggestion it would be better signage (or some specific instructions on the park map) when it comes to dumping. We encountered a bit of confusion with trailers coming from two different directions so we were unsure who (if any of us) were in the wrong. It all worked out in the end and we'd gladly return!

This was our third vacation there. Highly recommend for family. You can choose from tents to lodges. Lots of activities for kids.

Of all the KOA's I stayed at, won't be returning here. Camp sites are on top of each other. Their system of booking activities is hideous. You have to physically line up @ 7.30am to book the pool for 45 min (if your lucky to get a spot)- we didn't. Cycle trikes-again you have to be just lucky that theres one available. They can't seem to take your name & actually reserve it for you. Go elsewhere.

This was the worst campground I’ve been to. There were barely any amenities open for kids - jumping pillow, tractor ride, indoor pool were all closed! The outdoor pool occupancy was only 12 when the province allows for 25 people to gather outside. I had to line up at 640am to get on the list for the pool that day (which no one tells you to do-they tell you the sign up starts at 8am). Dissatisfie

We brought friends who visited KOA for the first time. Just like us they absolutely loved it. It is a great place for kids!!!!! The bike rentals, mini golf and ping pong was super fun.

Sites were very tight but it was a pleasant park with friendly folks! I would go again if looking to camp in Niagara Falls.

The only complaint is the beds are uncomfortable, otherwise everything else is perfect. Thank you to everyone that works there.

Our party thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Whether it's camping in tents or staying in a cabin as we do we had a great time. The campground and facilities are clean and the employees are very friendly. Keep up the good work. Thank you

Heavily policed by staff constantly stopping you with ridiculous policies. They allowed people into large pool without reservations and we had to line up early morning for a 45 min slot at the small pool. Too expensive for what you get. Try tobermoryvillagecamp.com instead, it's cheaper, more close to nature and many amenities and not many ridiculous restrictions.

This is our third stay at KOA Niagara. Sites are small and tight, but manageable. Location is far enough from any noise(highways etc) but close enough to everything you need(retail). Staff are extremely nice. The store is stocked with most items and has good hours. Pool reservation system is there only flaw. Maybe they will see how others do it and change it up. We will be back soon.

Kampground and staff were excellent. Site was horrific, black drain stem too high for any type of draining of sewer or grey water. Even using an laser level, the disposal stem is at level with any trailer. Had to buy supports and extra hose to fit, still big hassle and could not use toilet in RV on a regular basis because Site 140.

We had a great time. We were disappointed that we had to book a time with the pool but understood completely why. Wayne was an amazing security person and very helpful. We will be back!

Great place to take young kids for a camping experience. Bathrooms were always clean and air conditioned. You can camp or rent a small cabin, many options for cabins from basic to ones with kitchen/ac. My kids loved doing the organized crafts, rock mining and renting the bike cars.

We love this place!!!! The best camping/cabin experience so close to home.. place is very clean and organized. If you have mixed family who are high maintenance or people who love the campgrounds or RV experience this is the place… very family oriented place.. renting the bikes are by far the favourite thing
