I've stayed in two different cabins so far at this location and each were great! I'd probably just like to mention that the camping cabins with the bunks and double bed do have a outlet inside so you can bring a fan or plug in your device's overnight (wasn't sure if there was an actual outlet when the information just states on/off light switch )

The stay was great and very relaxing. I found it hard that the cabin was ready when we arrived at 3pm however I was told to come back between 4-5 to get the keys. There was very little people in the park. However the stay was amazing.

the only problem we had was being across the road from the playground. when people make a reservation for 2 adults and no kids why would they be put next to the playground. (a bit noisy at times). we have camped in the park for over 25 years for a weekend or more have never been near the playground even when our kids were small. we enjoy the park and will return next year

We enjoyed our stay except for the weekend nights. The noise after 11 pm to about 2 am was exceptional. No one patrolled the area at night. All of us lost two nights sleep. It was not a good way to end our stay.

Great stay, very clean, the only drawback to this KOA is having a bucket of water dumped on your campfire at midnight

This is the second time we have stayed here. Both times taking advantage of the free night. This time we rented a site with the patio. Very much enjoyed it. Washrooms are clean and lots for kids to do. We didn’t have any children. Maybe we can bring our granddaughter next year. Quiet campground as well. No one gets too loud. The staff are friendly.

We stayed at site T2 and it was more mud than grass.There was a deepish hole that we had to partially fill with wrap so my tent wouldn't sink into it. The site was not big enough for 2 tents, yet we made it work!! The park itself absolutely beautiful! We are planning next year to be closer to the group we were with! All staff that we came across, super friendly!! Looking forward to next year!!!!!

Had a great time. Kids really enjoyed the Halloween theme. It might be helpful to let guests know there will be trick or treating and to bring candies to hand out. We were not aware but were able to quickly run to store to grab some

Charged extra $30/day on arrival based on ages of our kids (even though that was in the reservation). You had to reserve a time for the pool (half hour/ day) which filled up at 8am. There was a max of 5 kids on the jumping pillow, so they had to wait a long time to jump for 5 minutes. The rec team arrived at 11, so no activities until then. The kids were so disappointed, and the manager was rude.

Lots of activities for both young and old. Check-in was like a well-oiled machine. Very clean facility and excellent staff.

Our kids absolutely love this place. I have nothing to say for improvement (outside of the covid restrictions which are out of your control anyway). This year we loved the live band and all the little extra activities (pool, craft, jumping pads etc) that you don’t get everywhere. Staff is always incredibly nice and helpful.

Our Deluxe Kabin was perfect for 5. Great base to head to Niagara Falls by WEGO bus. It was nice to leave the car on site and hop the bus. The Kabin had all the dishes, pots and pans and linens. Made it very easy to pack for the weekend. This location is clean and secure. We enjoyed the band in the Pavilion. This was our 4th time here. Loved it!

We enjoyed our visit to your campground. The washrooms were very clean and so were the grounds. Lots of stuff to do in the campground and loved the bus pass to go downtown instead of having to use a vehicle. Will definitely recommend campground to fellow campers. Someday we will visit again.

We truly love the KOA campground Niagara falls they are our second family. We want to buy the big cabin and live there when we retire this year. We will always be back. You rock KOA.

I would like to suggest that the hand sanitizers in place should be refilled daily. The one in the kids playground was empty throughout my stay. As well there should be more of them especially in the kids play areas

Great stay as always but didn’t really like the site this time (297) found it was quite noisy and not much like camping as we were surrounded by cabins.

With COVID-19 still on the go we didn’t do much this time at the campground. We just walked around the grounds just looking.we just drove around the city to places we normally go. You have to stay safe these days.

Great place to take young kids for a camping experience. Bathrooms were always clean and air conditioned. You can camp or rent a small cabin, many options for cabins from basic to ones with kitchen/ac. My kids loved doing the organized crafts, rock mining and renting the bike cars.

We love this place!!!! The best camping/cabin experience so close to home.. place is very clean and organized. If you have mixed family who are high maintenance or people who love the campgrounds or RV experience this is the place… very family oriented place.. renting the bikes are by far the favourite thing
