Super friendly staff, lots of activities for the kids, loved the outdoor movie and the live band - all around an amazing stay and we will certainly be back!

Well kept park, close to all Niagara attractions. The WEGO stops in front of the campground making it convenient to get around without a vehicle. General store it well stocked, has some gifts and souvenirs too. Will definitely stay again when we're in the area.

It was very good. Checkin staff were very helpful and answered my questions professionally and courteously. Showers stalls were roomy and lots of hangers for clothes & stuff.

Loved the clean and cozy cabin with linens and towels just like a hotel stay! Staff were great, wish the indoor pool was open and swims were longer than 30 mins but we understand with current challenges. Bike rentals were pricey but the kids really enjoyed them! Thank you for making our long weekend great fun! Hallowe’en was a blast!!!

Stayed Monday to Friday-clean and attractive grounds. Pool was still open which we loved and able to take our bikes out and use public transportation to see some attractions! Great stay! Thanks!

My fiancée and I rented a deluxe cabin for 3 nights. It was wonderful! It was very clean and well maintained. We enjoyed the heated pool every day. Very close to the Wego bus and so close to many restaurants. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Perfect location if you can't sit still in one place like me but also a great place to stay put and relax like my fiancée. Highly recommend!

Myself and my son both renting cabins both paying over 600 to stay their. One full day no activities allowed which we should of known before booking. Also the kiddie wadding pool closed during the week and we brought an 18 month old. Then the only activity was the big pool on Wednesday which they closed early. Everyone else had young kids also and I know of 3 families that said never would return.

This Koa has very nice staff and run efficient in most ways. The low rating was because of several factors. Dogs barking and left alone, kids screaming and running around everyone's sites. It seems very much like a party instead of camping.

Great customer service, big rig friendly, lots to do around the area. Back to back sites are a bit too tight. Overall a great stay.

Camp ground is awesome. Very close to all attractions, but surprisingly quiet. If you could, improve on anything, the KOA associates driving around could be friendlier, like actually smiling, waving hello, and driving YOUR campground speed limits. Had a good time, girls at check in, were very friendly. Will definitely be back.

One of the cleanest locations. MANY activities for kids. Great location to travel and explore all around Niagara. Staff at front desk were very friendly and helpful with questions and directions. Washroom were VERY clean with no lingering odor. Garbage pick up at your site was awesome as well as WIFI in the park. Some smallish sites but would go back again and again. LOTS TO EXPLORE!

Well front customer service wasnt really nice at all..we were really dissapointed..before I booked the site I ask Megan if we can come early and she said yes..but once we get to rigester the supervisor wont let us in till 11:45 am..

Overall, it was a pleasant overnight stay in the deluxe cabin and would consider longer stays in the future. Although not a big deal but wish the check in time could have been an option for a nominal fee.

I found the sites to be a bit small and the price high for what is offered. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Facility was clean.

Absolutely fantastic! My husband, a close friend and I paid for a tent site, but sadly, my husband stepped in a hole, hurting his ankle. The staff there checked in very often and when the pain was almost too much to bear, they comped us a cabin Not just them going out of their way to help, but the campsite itself was beautiful Everyone is so welcoming Close to everything, but far enough out 10/1

We have stayed at you Koa a few times before and it was fine however this stay we were put in the middle of cabins absolutely full of kids! We are 2 adults in a class A motor home and had paid for a PREMIUM SITE and this site was a big disappointment very noisy and kids constantly on our site! So not think we will stay again!

T27. Private. Quiet. Camping kitchen was awesome. And washroom showers always spotless. So much for my kids to do I had to buy a set of walkie talkie just to get them back to the site for dinner.

Very family oriented with many free activities for kids to do. Staff was wonderful and friendly. The only downside was that the sewer line was very high so it was difficult to have a smooth downward ‘dump’- need to fix that.

We stayed 3 nights and found many activities available throughout that time by them attracting both adults and children. A very good experience.

Great place to take young kids for a camping experience. Bathrooms were always clean and air conditioned. You can camp or rent a small cabin, many options for cabins from basic to ones with kitchen/ac. My kids loved doing the organized crafts, rock mining and renting the bike cars.

We love this place!!!! The best camping/cabin experience so close to home.. place is very clean and organized. If you have mixed family who are high maintenance or people who love the campgrounds or RV experience this is the place… very family oriented place.. renting the bikes are by far the favourite thing
