great stay, no issues and had a great time

Tent sites have not been maintained for a while, but our site was ok. It's cool that the campground organise activities for kids, but karaoke until 10h PM in the amphitheatre closed to tent sites is a little annoying, especially when you travel with a baby who is trying to sleep while kids are screaming in a microphone. However, washrooms are very clean and the campground is well located.

wonderful family campground! we had a great time. very clean, friendly, close to everything we wanted to see as well as shopping. one of my favorite campgrounds. every time I stay at a koa, I get reminded of why I like them so much.

This was a last minute getaway. I stayed in a cabin with my wife and 2 kids. The facility was very clean and there was lots to do to occupy our time. Biking, basketball etc.

So much to do all day long and into the evening! Clean and run like a well oiled machine. All the staff was so polite and engaging. We will definitely be back and will pass on the campground info to all our camping friends! Thanks again

Was very relaxing. Your park was awesome, and so many activities for kids and adults to partake in. 2 pools, exceptional washrooms and showers, very clean. Felt safe with the yellow wrist bands, but I think they should be really enforced, a lot of campers didn't wear them and they should, a very safe park, have already posted great reviews in our RV page. Ty for the great vaca.

It was great only issue is the smell of the skunk. K22 door latch is broken, front window screen is broken n we cant open it, back window curtain is ripped, webs at the patio, mentioned it in the front desk 1st day but stayed that way.

Enjoyed our stay, staff were pleasant. Dog park x2 were nice, stocked with bags, unfortunate some dog owners don't pick up after their dogs.

We were just passing through the area and only stayed 1 night...tent camping in mostly provincial parks...I only counted 2 other tent camper sites used the night we stayed, and we were assigned a site right next to one of them...no big deal, but with Covid I would have thought a "buffer" site may have been nice...Other than that, no surprises...good amenities. Thanks.

One of the best KOA experience we had. Employees are well trained and work as a team with a lot of kindness to ensure the health and safety of clients, as for the Pool controlled access to meet covid19 regulation. Bathrooms cleaned up twice-a-day. There was a sewer problem at one station they got fixed early the next day. Garbage pickup at each site daily. Mix of rest and Niagara area discovery.

Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Everything was maintained and clean. Pool was clean and kept at a minimum capacity during Covid which was good. Deluxe Cabin set ups are excellent and up to date. Linens provided were very clean. It was great to have a BBQ on site to use so you don't have to bring your own. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Only downfall was not being able to go to the pool whenever you wanted but that is not your fault other than that we had a fabulous vacation thank you

One of our favourite spots to visit every year. This is our 3rd year in a row and we love it. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The property is always clean and there’s lots to do. Looking forward to next year.

The campground is beautiful, I have no issues with the campground. What I have an issue with is the lame excuse for wifi. When I am camping I like to be connected to the web. The speed and limits that we had at your campground was unacceptable especially for the cost. When I stay in a hotel on vacation, the wifi is not restricted, so why is it at your campground? Especially in this day and age....

The staff are not helpful especially at the reception. The cabins are overpriced. The swimming pool is tiny.This was our 3rd and last visit.

Great place to take young kids for a camping experience. Bathrooms were always clean and air conditioned. You can camp or rent a small cabin, many options for cabins from basic to ones with kitchen/ac. My kids loved doing the organized crafts, rock mining and renting the bike cars.

We love this place!!!! The best camping/cabin experience so close to home.. place is very clean and organized. If you have mixed family who are high maintenance or people who love the campgrounds or RV experience this is the place… very family oriented place.. renting the bikes are by far the favourite thing
