Terrains 15 ampères trop petits pour le prix exorbitant de 92 $ je ne reviendrai jamais ici et je vais déconseiller à mes amis. On a mis des gros groupes bruyant tout autour de nous et des chiens qui aboient sans cesse. Les gens faisaient le party jusqu'à 1hr. sommes 2 personnes de 55 ans et plus tranquilles et nous avons vécu un séjour médiocre sans dormir ! Faites donc respecter le couvr

We have a very comfortable stay. The camp grounds , bathroom and the whole area were tidy and clean. I liked how the camp is pet friendly. I would of like to of stayed longer, but life goes on. I'd recommend this place to everyone.

Loved our stay. The General Store is great. Loved swimming in the pool. Went for walks and enjoyed our fire at night. Beautiful location and nice to be close to the action.

great. very clean; lots for little ones to do. One of the cleanest washrooms/showers I have seen at a campground Con - Shuttle bus to falls was costly

It was great deluxe lodge was awesome. I came for years when my girls were younger stayed in a kK loved that too but now they are adults so this was perfect has all that is needed. I understand about booking swim times people should remember it’s a pandemic and stop complaining we’ll look forward to next year!

Pool time too limited, called about grills on fire pits however was told they don’t have them despite me clearly looking at every other site having them. Was not even told about air conditioning in cabins. Heat was brutal with no relief due to the measley 30 mins a day window in the pool and we brought our dog so it was split 15/15 with me and my husband. Overall very disappointed.

I have been camping at Niagara K.O.A since I was a child, now my siblings and I bring our children. This was my first time staying in one of the new deluxe cabins and it was very nice. I love this campground and have so many good memories of it. Watching it grow and expand has been beautiful. Good job K.O.A Niagara!

Really not impressed with our stay there , on the first day we had a pedal bike stolen of in the middle of the night . The team there dint looked surprised and it seemed pretty common . For a family campground we all felt unsafe all week . The place is way overpriced for what you get , the parkings are not even that big , basic useless wifi . I should of stayed at an other site

The campground seemed clean and well-run and the staff were friendly and enthusiastic. The park was quite empty which was a bonus for me as it meant it was quiet and we had more privacy than at a full campground. We rented a patio site which was nice although kind of expensive, especially when we then also had to pay an extra $9.25/day for our 7 year old. Overall a positive camping experience.

Check in at 4 pm oclock and check out at 11am is absolutely ridiculous especially with the fees that KOA is charging. We weren't allowed to use the pool the first night we did not have access to sign up in the morning and of course no reduction in fees. I feel scammed by KOA this Stay

It was a really nice experience, thank you for your services!! We tried to extend the stay one more day, we understand it's not easy given the busy time of the year, we will be back!!!! Positive feedback: - indoor pool could be run the same way as the outside one?, with open doors and windows?

Our cabin was spotless when we arrived. Smelled very clean and it showed. Our check in with Alex was seamless and she was very informative. The only slight improvement would be umbrellas avail for the picnic tables. We did call about the tv not being operational and someone was suppose to come and take a look at it but never did. Otherwise , we were very happy.

Sorry, but for a cabin deluxe we are deeply deceive. In first the beds were inconfortable. The queen size was deep of 6 inches in the middle,alter 2 nights we were looking in hope for our beds. The sofa-bed was used and under the mattress full of popcorn. And more the shower was hot-cold-hot-cold as water was missing. The stove inopérable. Anyway Forget us on futur..

It was a great friendly place to stay. 1 bus to everything at the falls- fantastic kids itinerary and lots to keep everyone busy! The patio restaurant was relaxing and friendly! Highly recommend!! Will definitely be back next year for a longer stay!

Sites are nicely kept, clean and wide. The amenities are amazing - especially the shower area. There is a good number of showers and they are kept very clean! Good job! We will certainly be back!

Staff were friendly and helpful. Site was ready much before check in and they allowed us to access it. Campground was clean and facilities we were spotless. Will definitely be back.

I amvery disgusted at how we were treated. The air conditioner wasn’t working and the manager sent someone’s Dad to look at it, he said oh it seems fine I’ll come back later with my tools. I heard him telling the manager in front of me don’t bother. The next day an Electrician came and said there’s a short somewhere. So this is how we were treated like garbage, dismissed. Disappointed.

The staff are wonderful especially Wayne and the Tues nite pool girl. The cabin was not what I expected and I have stayed at many KOA cabins. There was not a tree on the site and the firepit was 5 feet from the road. There was nowhere to sit in the shade and it was hot. I didnt even have a carpark and I specified that an old lady was coming and we needed easy access and some trees to look at.

Great place to take young kids for a camping experience. Bathrooms were always clean and air conditioned. You can camp or rent a small cabin, many options for cabins from basic to ones with kitchen/ac. My kids loved doing the organized crafts, rock mining and renting the bike cars.

We love this place!!!! The best camping/cabin experience so close to home.. place is very clean and organized. If you have mixed family who are high maintenance or people who love the campgrounds or RV experience this is the place… very family oriented place.. renting the bikes are by far the favourite thing
