Everything was perfect except maybe we would love the pool times to be a little bit extended

Enjoyed stay but cottage was not what I was told it was ... forst day no propane in bbq ...told it had full fridge .. but didn't.. 2nd day water was out ....cottage was much smaller then in pics online .. was told before booking that there was arcade and indoor pool .. but pool was closed and arcade done exist ..so over all not very satisfied!!!

Washroom clean, cabins nice except that the air conditioning in nieces cabin didn’t work, last 3 days. Music off by 10 pm not so great. Should be allowed until midnight (we are on vacation). Staff were friendly and helpful (except for rude night security guy). A lot of skunks EVERY NIGHT. You needed to be careful walking to washroom at night. All in all it was a nice trip.

I've stayed in two different cabins so far at this location and each were great! I'd probably just like to mention that the camping cabins with the bunks and double bed do have a outlet inside so you can bring a fan or plug in your device's overnight (wasn't sure if there was an actual outlet when the information just states on/off light switch )

The stay was great and very relaxing. I found it hard that the cabin was ready when we arrived at 3pm however I was told to come back between 4-5 to get the keys. There was very little people in the park. However the stay was amazing.

Our Deluxe Kabin was perfect for 5. Great base to head to Niagara Falls by WEGO bus. It was nice to leave the car on site and hop the bus. The Kabin had all the dishes, pots and pans and linens. Made it very easy to pack for the weekend. This location is clean and secure. We enjoyed the band in the Pavilion. This was our 4th time here. Loved it!

We truly love the KOA campground Niagara falls they are our second family. We want to buy the big cabin and live there when we retire this year. We will always be back. You rock KOA.

I would like to suggest that the hand sanitizers in place should be refilled daily. The one in the kids playground was empty throughout my stay. As well there should be more of them especially in the kids play areas

Super friendly staff, lots of activities for the kids, loved the outdoor movie and the live band - all around an amazing stay and we will certainly be back!

Loved the clean and cozy cabin with linens and towels just like a hotel stay! Staff were great, wish the indoor pool was open and swims were longer than 30 mins but we understand with current challenges. Bike rentals were pricey but the kids really enjoyed them! Thank you for making our long weekend great fun! Hallowe’en was a blast!!!

My fiancée and I rented a deluxe cabin for 3 nights. It was wonderful! It was very clean and well maintained. We enjoyed the heated pool every day. Very close to the Wego bus and so close to many restaurants. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Perfect location if you can't sit still in one place like me but also a great place to stay put and relax like my fiancée. Highly recommend!

Myself and my son both renting cabins both paying over 600 to stay their. One full day no activities allowed which we should of known before booking. Also the kiddie wadding pool closed during the week and we brought an 18 month old. Then the only activity was the big pool on Wednesday which they closed early. Everyone else had young kids also and I know of 3 families that said never would return.

This Koa has very nice staff and run efficient in most ways. The low rating was because of several factors. Dogs barking and left alone, kids screaming and running around everyone's sites. It seems very much like a party instead of camping.

Overall, it was a pleasant overnight stay in the deluxe cabin and would consider longer stays in the future. Although not a big deal but wish the check in time could have been an option for a nominal fee.

Absolutely fantastic! My husband, a close friend and I paid for a tent site, but sadly, my husband stepped in a hole, hurting his ankle. The staff there checked in very often and when the pain was almost too much to bear, they comped us a cabin Not just them going out of their way to help, but the campsite itself was beautiful Everyone is so welcoming Close to everything, but far enough out 10/1

This was a last minute getaway. I stayed in a cabin with my wife and 2 kids. The facility was very clean and there was lots to do to occupy our time. Biking, basketball etc.

It was great only issue is the smell of the skunk. K22 door latch is broken, front window screen is broken n we cant open it, back window curtain is ripped, webs at the patio, mentioned it in the front desk 1st day but stayed that way.

Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Everything was maintained and clean. Pool was clean and kept at a minimum capacity during Covid which was good. Deluxe Cabin set ups are excellent and up to date. Linens provided were very clean. It was great to have a BBQ on site to use so you don't have to bring your own. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The staff are not helpful especially at the reception. The cabins are overpriced. The swimming pool is tiny.This was our 3rd and last visit.

It was great deluxe lodge was awesome. I came for years when my girls were younger stayed in a kK loved that too but now they are adults so this was perfect has all that is needed. I understand about booking swim times people should remember it’s a pandemic and stop complaining we’ll look forward to next year!

Pool time too limited, called about grills on fire pits however was told they don’t have them despite me clearly looking at every other site having them. Was not even told about air conditioning in cabins. Heat was brutal with no relief due to the measley 30 mins a day window in the pool and we brought our dog so it was split 15/15 with me and my husband. Overall very disappointed.

Great place to take young kids for a camping experience. Bathrooms were always clean and air conditioned. You can camp or rent a small cabin, many options for cabins from basic to ones with kitchen/ac. My kids loved doing the organized crafts, rock mining and renting the bike cars.

We love this place!!!! The best camping/cabin experience so close to home.. place is very clean and organized. If you have mixed family who are high maintenance or people who love the campgrounds or RV experience this is the place… very family oriented place.. renting the bikes are by far the favourite thing
