I have been camping at Niagara K.O.A since I was a child, now my siblings and I bring our children. This was my first time staying in one of the new deluxe cabins and it was very nice. I love this campground and have so many good memories of it. Watching it grow and expand has been beautiful. Good job K.O.A Niagara!

Check in at 4 pm oclock and check out at 11am is absolutely ridiculous especially with the fees that KOA is charging. We weren't allowed to use the pool the first night we did not have access to sign up in the morning and of course no reduction in fees. I feel scammed by KOA this Stay

It was a really nice experience, thank you for your services!! We tried to extend the stay one more day, we understand it's not easy given the busy time of the year, we will be back!!!! Positive feedback: - indoor pool could be run the same way as the outside one?, with open doors and windows?

Our cabin was spotless when we arrived. Smelled very clean and it showed. Our check in with Alex was seamless and she was very informative. The only slight improvement would be umbrellas avail for the picnic tables. We did call about the tv not being operational and someone was suppose to come and take a look at it but never did. Otherwise , we were very happy.

Sorry, but for a cabin deluxe we are deeply deceive. In first the beds were inconfortable. The queen size was deep of 6 inches in the middle,alter 2 nights we were looking in hope for our beds. The sofa-bed was used and under the mattress full of popcorn. And more the shower was hot-cold-hot-cold as water was missing. The stove inopérable. Anyway Forget us on futur..

It was a great friendly place to stay. 1 bus to everything at the falls- fantastic kids itinerary and lots to keep everyone busy! The patio restaurant was relaxing and friendly! Highly recommend!! Will definitely be back next year for a longer stay!

Staff were friendly and helpful. Site was ready much before check in and they allowed us to access it. Campground was clean and facilities we were spotless. Will definitely be back.

I amvery disgusted at how we were treated. The air conditioner wasn’t working and the manager sent someone’s Dad to look at it, he said oh it seems fine I’ll come back later with my tools. I heard him telling the manager in front of me don’t bother. The next day an Electrician came and said there’s a short somewhere. So this is how we were treated like garbage, dismissed. Disappointed.

The staff are wonderful especially Wayne and the Tues nite pool girl. The cabin was not what I expected and I have stayed at many KOA cabins. There was not a tree on the site and the firepit was 5 feet from the road. There was nowhere to sit in the shade and it was hot. I didnt even have a carpark and I specified that an old lady was coming and we needed easy access and some trees to look at.

The camp is very nice, but our cabin was full of huge ants, which crawled through a hole and climbed onto the beds. It was very unpleasant to sleep because there is no fan in the cabin and the ants have been walking around the bed all night. Another bad point is the swimming pool, which can only be used 30 minutes a day and only once.

Excellent! The deluxe cabins were awesome so nice with everything you need and the staff were very nice and the fellow who immediately came to replace the empty gas cylinder when we started to barbecue was great.

We stayed in cabin KL10 ( we have camped at this KOA over 6 times) and had a great time, we have an Autistic child and he looks forward to camping at this KOA every year.

It was great just need to stop toilet from running in cabin. The staff is wonderful and very helpful, never seen a cleaner camp ground. They are pleased to help and see you everyday and also say goodbye when you leave felt right at home.

We were in the same cabin rented out last year to us DC 5. I noticed the same things not fixed i.e. kitchen blinds don't go up or down. the bed bunks had debris and weren't cleaned in the corners where wood meets. Golf course should be repaired; you can't play golf because the metal blocks the balls from going in. better repair rental bikes and carts, noisy, hard to ride and pedal. dirty

Our cabin was not swept and mopped as there dirt all over, asked man on golf cart for a mop and he said he didnt have one. Walked all the way to front to request one. Pool times are whack. Everyone should of had a 30 min slot and couldn't get 1 time at all for large pool. Sites for small cabins are small. Not much room for fire with car parked right beside you.

We had a fantastic time! The only negative was the pool. Only 30 Per day for the amount we were spending on the vacation was quite disappointing. I understand rules and covid protocols. We actually found a local park with a splash pad nearby for the kids. Loved the cabin and the amenities for the kids. Only downside was the pool. Otherwise a fantastic experience and we will for sure be back.

Well, the lodging is waaaaaay over priced for one. The cabin we stayed in had holes in the side of the cabin near the floor and bees were coming in the cabin and the young lady at the small heated pool was VERY rude and bad attitude

We rented a Studio Cabin and it was very nice. Great location and very clean. Staff were friendly. Downside was only getting 30 minutes at the pool for the entire day and then being charged extra for our son to stay in the cabin with us. We had 3 people in a cabin for 4 and assumed the cost of the cabin would be for at least 3 people. Otherwise a great stay!!

Took our grandchildren and was very impressed with how kid friendly it was. A ton of activities for them to do, very clean and friendly staff. Would definitely bring the grandkids back again.

Amazing stay! My only complaint: We rented a deluxe cabin and there was hairs in the tub upon our arrival along with a half-eaten grilled cheese wedged between the toilet and the sink. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

It was our first time at Niagara KOA and we absolutely loved our stay!!! So much to do and everyone is so nice. We stayed in a deluxe cabin and would definitely recommend. We are planning on making it a yearly thing for our family.

Our stay was perfect! It was our first time at this location and it far exceeded our expectations! The cottage, play options, pool organization, all staff…everything/everyone was superb!! Can’t wait to book a longer stay next year! Thank you!

It was very good, my little girl had fun. Only problem was our site was so close to the movie and it was so loud which was stressful BC we also have a baby and we didn't expect that. But everything else was good and customer service was very good too.

We had a great time! One recommendation is to provide recycling bins in the rooms! We threw away our recycling because we had nowhere to put it.

Cabin and facilities were in good shape and clean. There was lots of things for kids and family to do ie. jumpy pillow, playground, putt putt, basketball net, ping pong, etc. We were bummed that the pool was booking in 30 min time slots. Although we understand the reasoning, hour slots would be better. We felt like we go to the pool and then had to turn around and leave. Staff was friendly.

We had a great time. The cabin was clean and comfortable. The rest of the campground was busy but my kids enjoyed all of the activities available. Would definitely recommend this KOA.

Great place to take young kids for a camping experience. Bathrooms were always clean and air conditioned. You can camp or rent a small cabin, many options for cabins from basic to ones with kitchen/ac. My kids loved doing the organized crafts, rock mining and renting the bike cars.

We love this place!!!! The best camping/cabin experience so close to home.. place is very clean and organized. If you have mixed family who are high maintenance or people who love the campgrounds or RV experience this is the place… very family oriented place.. renting the bikes are by far the favourite thing
