It’s good experience but feels very close to other campers. Which makes me bit uncomfortable.

It was our first experience at a KOA campground and we didn't know what to expect. It was lovely to be able to relax as a family knowing there was plenty for our 9-year old son to do. He had the freedom to explore in a safe environment. Our cabin was comfortable and clean. We loved our private patio too! Being limited to 30 mins of swimming per day was tough, but understandable due to COVID.

Très bien sauf pour piscine trop chaude et pour rdv à cause de la COVID on en est conscient.Et mention d’honneur à un certain Wayne qui était écrit sur son chandail pour nous avoir averti pour nos vélos meme si je ne parlait pas anglais il a trouvé quelqu’un pour traduire et il insistait pour protéger nos vélos un gros merci et la cabine 35 manquait d’eau chaude de temps en temps on

This was just a quick get away for the week with our 2 teenage kids. We wanted to be able to have campfires at night and go see the attractions around the falls. The campground was clean, cabin was comfortable with everything we needed, the staff was friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Sarah for going above and beyond.

Stayed in lodge a/c did not work well, ceiling fan only went one direction and speed. General store closed early then normal with no signage and was not able to get firewood for the campfire. My family and i come every year for the last 10 years and we were quite disappointed this year. Also the day of arrivial we were not able to uae the pool as all bookings were filled for the day.

We enjoyed our stay very much. We appreciated all there was to do even with Covid restrictions. The bathrooms were clean and air conditioned! The staff was pleasant and visible. They accommodated a request to switch accommodations part way through that made our stay even better. I'm sure we will be back.

Myself and my daughter really enjoyed our first time vacational rental mini vacation..Staff were very friendly and my unit was spotless..i find it very quiet and peaceful at nighttime...very relaxing...

I was very disappointed in the swimming situation! We left for the next day and went to bissells hideaway! We were at KOA the hottest days this summer and reguardless of co-vid this is the only place I’ve been too with sign up times, my grandchildren cried and whined to swim very disappointing indeed. Personally would recommend bisselll hideaway over KOA very outdated!!

Our stay was very nice however the cabins really do need air conditioning or a fan as it was crazy hot and we were unable to sleep. However we truly enjoy the koa Niagara FallsFor many years well our children are growing and we would always recommend it I believe it’s one of the best KOa’s in Ontario If you have children

I feel that the store should be open later as well as the restaurant. I feel a lot of work is cut back due to the Covid situation and it is not right since we reopened. For example the large park has one entrance??? Is Covid directional? Also you can rent bikes but you can’t have utensils in cabins??? Doesn’t make any sense. Also the crafts for the children are very weak. Just a colouring page

The cabin we rented was clean, in great condition and well supplied (with the exception of scissors). The staff was super friendly and helpful. Everyone we encountered during our stay made us feel welcomed. We really enjoyed our stay!

Overall our stay was great! Water system could have been better, mainly for shower purposes. Water was either too hot or too cold, not regulated well.

Delux cabin in nice but there are a few things that need to be upgraded. 1. Mattresses on bunk beds. They are extremely uncomfortable. 2. Add ac units in each room 3. Washroom door is hard to open/ close 4. Not worth the price considering we did stay for 2 full days.

stayed in the front air conditioned cabins by front office, I would come back provided I could get a cabin like that or the deluxe cabins !!! it was a fabulous stay!!! clean friendly!!! With Thanks.

This was our 4th year staying at the KOA. The people who work there are very friendly and always willing to help you if you have a problem. The KOA is very clean and well maintained.

Chalet confortable. À notre surprise, aucune vaisselle, ustensiles et verres disponibles. Nous devons en faire l’achat au dépanneur prétextant la COVID alors que des chaudrons et ustensiles de cuisson sont disponibles.

We had a great stay except for the fact our fridge didn’t work properly. The maintenance staff tried to fix it but weren’t successful and didn’t have another fridge to replace. We ended up having to throw out all of our food. Despite telling the girl this on checkout, we were not offered any compensation for this.

This is are 4th stay at the KOA campground. Staff ensure that the grounds is kept clean. We had the bare bones cabin with air conditioning. No issues with our cabin. Would stay again.

We have come here for years and always have a great time. The location is convenient to several beaches, Niagara on the Lake, the Falls and Clifton Hill. The staff here are great and do their best to be sure you’re having a good time. Fantastic stay as always!

cabin was clean and having laundry was great. but the pub was disappointing, no food choices and only 12 people in pool was not great. could easily have had 25 and still would have been lots of room. but had no problem getting a pool time. just book by 8 am.

Bon service a l'accueil. Le site est très bien. Situé près de tout. Les cabines sont très bien si vous n'avez pas de roulotte.

We got a basic cabin, and settling in for bed we saw large ants coming out of the wall right at my feet. I didn't bring a phone so I couldn't call the office on the emergency line. We were so grossed out we drove home for the night. An employee offered a bag of firewood for our trouble, but I definitely feel at least a reduced rate on another night was in order.

Terrible customer service, covid rules that don’t make sense, for example closing the pool for 15 mins every 30 min to skim the pool. We were there two nights and only got 30 mins in the pool. My husband was yelled at very rudely, which he got the impression has something to do with his ethnicity. We will never return which is too bad since we have been coming for 20 years.

Our stay was fun and my kid is already asking when we will come back. The cabin is nice and just the right size for our family of four. Campground is clean with lots of activities to do. Staffs are friendly and helpful.

Great place to take young kids for a camping experience. Bathrooms were always clean and air conditioned. You can camp or rent a small cabin, many options for cabins from basic to ones with kitchen/ac. My kids loved doing the organized crafts, rock mining and renting the bike cars.

We love this place!!!! The best camping/cabin experience so close to home.. place is very clean and organized. If you have mixed family who are high maintenance or people who love the campgrounds or RV experience this is the place… very family oriented place.. renting the bikes are by far the favourite thing
