We all had a great time. Friendly staff and well organized. Lots of things for the family to do all day. Very well stocked camp store. We stayed in the deluxe cabins and they are very clean and kept in top condition. -Very comfortable! Lots of hot water! Close to everything within a 5-15 minute drive. Will recommend to anyone looking for a place to get away for a few days.

The pool situation of only one half hour time slot was basically what destroyed the vacation. Also half the showers closed due to social distancing. But there individual units. So there is no contact with anyone so not sure why half are closed. Also the bathroom stalls are half closed due to the same when no other public wash room is like that. There not actually keeping up with the provincialrule

I think his name was Wayne he works maintance. He was so nicr and amazing and helped my little guy with a purchase he made in the store. The rest of your staff at the store were abrupt, and felt like you were an intrusion on there time.

It has been awhile since my high school days when I frequented KOA Niagara. The expansion of this campground is about threefold from what I remember. I do find the facilities very clean. Your camp programs for both children and adults are exceptional. I found your staff very friendly and helpful. Keep up the good work. Looking forward in the near future to another reservation.

It was 3 days and 4 nights in this location and I would say it was actually really nice. Staff was very helpful. Just 1 problem (there's always 1prob) the bathtub....Bathtub was full of water right away..... was bad!!! otherwise was good!

The family had a good time I just did not like that every other shower was open they’re outside showers I don’t understand even because of Covid why they had to shut down every other shower it made zero sense to me

Disappointed with a lot. Told to wear a mask when I claimed I was exempt. The mini put is despicable. Should be bulldozes away and rebuilt. Our lodge had no utensils or plates or glassware. Had to speak to 4 people to get some in the unit. Covid reasons for it. 15 months of covid and still not sure what to do. July 16, the rules changed for swimming but not at your place. No one cared. No one chec

The camp grounds are fantastic for families and kids. My only complaint is, The front desk staff was not accommodating and did not fulfill our booking that we made nor did they attempt to fix it.

Fellow guest neighbours were friendly as were staff. Everyone was accommodating and informative given the changes with quarantine phases. The cabins were clean and comfortable. Most importantly, the kids enjoyed themselves. Even the rain was fun!

This was our first stay at a KOA Campground. We absolutely enjoyed our stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were impressed with all the family friendly activities that were available for when we bring our grandkids down the road. Definitely we will be back.

We stayed for 2 nights in a deluxe cabin. It was during Covid restrictions, so we did not expect much to be open or available, but we still had a great time. Our 12 year old daughter was able to rent a bike and explore the campground. We were able to swim in the outdoor pool each day. We would absolutely stay again!

It was good. We rented a cabin with air conditioning, no bathroom. It didn't say no BBQ, we had nothing to cook on. When I expressed that it doesn't advertise "no cooking" equipment. They quickly solved the problem by supplying us with a BBQ.

Thank you for changing the linen every day. I stayed in Cabin 35 very comfortably. However, it was a pity that the shower room curtain was torn. Also, Wi-Fi was not connected at all, so I want you to improve it.

We had a great stay for our honeymoon. Only thing is the plug in our cabin would not hold a charger without pushing something against to hold it in place

We loved staying at koa! Definitely offered a lot of activities for the kids. The only thing that was annoying was the pool and booking times. I understand it’s what needs to be done with Covid. However, it was silly that I couldn’t sit at the chair and watch the kids swim.

Where told we had to have our fire out by midnight, but other people had their fire on. Seems like we were picked on by the guy in the kart. Given the price and lack of space(no field for the kids to play), I wouldn't come back to this KOA and would likely just continue to rent a hotel when coming back to the falls. Also water temperature, in a cabin,was hit and miss, with times being freezing.

We had a great time and everyone in the family had lots of fun. The facility is well maintained and staff is friendly and helpful. I only have one complaint. The wood we bought from store was wet and hard to burn. So next day we bought it from Home Depot which was perfect.

We had to disinfect our mattress in the cabin . It was covered in hair and grime . There was also dust under the beds . Otherwise great place , great people. Great service We will be back.

Great stay at Niagara Falls KOA! Lots of things for the kids to do. Had to book pool visit ahead due to COVID but it was well organized. Everyone was very friendly! See you again!

We were not informed that there would be no plates, cutlery, glasses. We didn't bring anything with us. So, after we arrived we needed to go out shopping for disposable stuff. The front door to the cabin wouldn't close properly, and the bathroom door latch was broken

This campsite was so friendly and exceptionally clean. It is a perfect place for families and couples. Five minutes to the falls! Without hesitation, I would recommend this campground 100%.

Great place to take young kids for a camping experience. Bathrooms were always clean and air conditioned. You can camp or rent a small cabin, many options for cabins from basic to ones with kitchen/ac. My kids loved doing the organized crafts, rock mining and renting the bike cars.

We love this place!!!! The best camping/cabin experience so close to home.. place is very clean and organized. If you have mixed family who are high maintenance or people who love the campgrounds or RV experience this is the place… very family oriented place.. renting the bikes are by far the favourite thing
