Was great to have the outdoor pool still open .. lots of activities , let us stay a bit longer on the Monday which was so nice…. been here 3 years in a row will def be back again next year a couple of times especially for thanksgiving … staff were friendly and helpful

The park is very well kept and friendly, helpful staff. Close to everything you want in the Niagara area. Will definitely stay again but would prefer a site in a different location. We were near the kids play area so was noisy for us during the day. Our kids are grown up so we like a more quiet area, otherwise really enjoyed our stay.

We had a great stay on Thanksgiving weekend. I was impressed with the washrooms, which were so nicely set up and very clean. We found the store amazing with so many things available.

Activities and Playgrounds great for kids and families. Staff at activities Center great. Great programs over wknd. But sites are smaller and tight. Staff in main building, owners and staff driving around in carts not friendly whatsoever-don’t say hi or anything. Owners not approachable at all, some staff even rude during interactions. Does not measure up to any of the other KOAs we went to.

I usually go too provincial park, but I never got a spot. I really enjoyed the people at koa ,very friendly and just wished the site was a little more private.

The campground is very clean and well maintained. It's a little tight to get around and the spots are close together. What we really didn't like was the location of the pump out station. Right in the middle of the kids playground, minigolf and cart rentals. Children and adults run through the spills of the pump out station and go then on the playgrounds. Very unsanitary!!

This was just a one night stay for two retired adults with a pup, but have already recommended to daughters with young children as what we saw for playground etc was really amazing.

It was a nice little get away for us for our 40th wedding anniversary! The park was very well kept and we wouldn't hesitate recommending it to our friends and family. The gal on the phone was efficient and friendly. The only thing we would suggest is an escort in to the sites. We saw some confusion going on as new campers were arriving.

We enjoyed a lot. My only observation is the rv sites are a bit small. Our travel trailer was almost touching the one behind us. A second thought is that staff could be more polite when reminding guests to extinguish any campfire at mid night. (Our wood ended up totally wet no able to used next day)….thx

We have stayed here a couple of times now and we always love it here! With our 45 ft. Coach we always get a pull through and it’s so easy to park your coach even when you are towing a car behind you. The place is clean and secure and the staff are very helpful ! I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone!

Sites are very tight....We had a premium back in site (108) and it was one of the few premium ones with no landscaping. I don't think I'd spend the extra money for a back in premium spot when really the value isn't there. I think a pull through premium would be better.

Had a great time for the weekend. There is so much to do in and out of the park you could easily spend a week here.

Excellent KOA. Well maintained, friendly staff. Large sites and great amenities. Beautiful washrooms. Close to Niagara Falls and Niagara wineries. Highly recommend �

We always camp here at KOA. We are returning campers, we love coming here and exploring other Koa's as well. Never had a problem such fantastic staff and clean grounds. Will always come back

Great park. Great location. Site was very tight with to motorhomes back to back.

Great place to take young kids for a camping experience. Bathrooms were always clean and air conditioned. You can camp or rent a small cabin, many options for cabins from basic to ones with kitchen/ac. My kids loved doing the organized crafts, rock mining and renting the bike cars.

We love this place!!!! The best camping/cabin experience so close to home.. place is very clean and organized. If you have mixed family who are high maintenance or people who love the campgrounds or RV experience this is the place… very family oriented place.. renting the bikes are by far the favourite thing
