Great park if you have small children because there are lots of activities. Park had great Covid precautions in place. It is a bit pricey, but then again it is Niagara Falls.

Once again had a great time , if one thing could be noted , now with covid and lots of people working remotely, the wifi needs an upgrade or a boost of some sort. Live streaming is needed sometimes, but other than that. We love this place!

The facilities are great for families with children. Being a "family-orientated" campground however you can expect some noise and rude campers who don't follow camping etiquette, especially when they are in tents. The "fires out at midnight" rule should be posted as a City Bylaw or campers blame the KOA. Excellent shower and bathroom facilities. Weve stayed there multiple times.

I found all of the staff were very friendly and helpful.I found the camp sites very clean and manicured. I’m used to a little more privacy but other than that it was great.

Great Activities for kids so they never get bored and all of those fun games to play like Golf, Table Tennis, Cornhole, and Ladderball Etc. But a little too strict like no Fire after midnight we saw a family having a good time and a worker just put water on the camp fire and no radio after 10 a clock you could just tell us to put the volume down tbh if it annoys people that much but over all fun

Stayed on weekend. Campground and activities laid out were amazing. Staff was friendly. Well kept grounds. Only negative thing to add would be that the swimming is blocked off in half hour time slots. Which is fine, but should be noted when booking to make campers aware before arrival. We were disappointed in the lack of swimming. Overall amazing park and we will return.

The lots are too small. Nightly rates are not competitive. We did not have sufficient room to park our truck in front of the trailer.

We enjoyed our stay and the amenities offered however we found the sites very narrow. We booked a site that said mature trees pull thru sites and we were on a very small area in the middle of the deluxe cabins . We made it work and didn’t complain.

We enjoyed our stay. It was very clean and the people were so nice. We enjoyed the patio where we could have a couple of drinks and relax. It's a very nice KOA?

Stay was just OK. the grass was not cut on our site, plus we had trouble with a faulty circuit breaker. It would not hold its connection intermittently. We informed the front desk, and nothing was done. I had to go to the maintenance barn and insist on help the next day. Even then it took a couple of hours to repair. All this in 83 degree heat. Not impressed.

Brief stay, park is nice. Lots a bit on the small size for big rigs. Long enough, could be a bit wider. Better Wi-Fi would be nice as well, even if a small fee is required.

The best KOA we've ever been to. Clean Kampgrounds with courteous and friendly employees. We'll be back for sure. ;

We had a lot of fun . Tons for the kids to do. Booking pool time wasn’t the greatest, but we made it work. It’s a beautiful campground . Only downfall was the bathroom said closed for cleaning between 3-4 but they cleaned it everyday between 8-9 which was difficult!!

Our "premium" site had 1 tree - BUT boasted a NOT SO FABULOUS view of 3 POOP PIPES. Our "premium" site was probably our worst KOA site we have stayed at - our site had NO - ZERO privacy and we were on top of the other campers surrounding us. We paid for a premium site but didn't realize the only thing premium was the patio and furniture. No comment on the staff. Not a good stay.

We had a great experience at the Niagara Falls KOA. Our site (deluxe patio) was beautiful and included a stone fire pit and some green space for play. Even with covid protocols, they have managed to have safe things to do to keep active kids busy. Friendly, helpful, clean environment with lots to do if that is what you like or just to enjoy some R&R.

Hi; We made reservations for 27 ft RV and the reservation said check in at 4 pm. We arrived around 2 pm thinking our check in is at 4 pm. So I went in just to see what time we have to check in. I showed her the conformation and she said 4 pm check in is for cabins and RV check in was at 1 pm. We were not very happy about the confusion.

Juste à repenser que de plus en plus il y aura des autos électriques et être plus ouvert d’esprit…. Trouver des solutions pour la connexion. C’est juste un commentaire. Car ce fut un séjour fort agréable. Les enfants étaient au paradis. C’était impeccable.

This campground is very well run and taken care of. My only complaint is the lack of privacy on the 15/30 amp sites. We will definetley be back.

Great place to take young kids for a camping experience. Bathrooms were always clean and air conditioned. You can camp or rent a small cabin, many options for cabins from basic to ones with kitchen/ac. My kids loved doing the organized crafts, rock mining and renting the bike cars.

We love this place!!!! The best camping/cabin experience so close to home.. place is very clean and organized. If you have mixed family who are high maintenance or people who love the campgrounds or RV experience this is the place… very family oriented place.. renting the bikes are by far the favourite thing
