This campground has friendly staff and many family-friendly amenities. It is, however, not the quietest campground, and staff enforcement of quiet hours (and COVID gathering protocols) was not rigorous. Wifi was not robust.

We come usually twice a year and every time it is very relaxing and lots to do at the KOA and in the area! Looking forward to returning !!!!!

Park is very family oriented & well organized. Sites with stone patios, fire pit, & patio furniture were a nice feature as well the 30/50 amp service option was great.

Great time for the kids. Service from the office was amazing, lots of stuff for the kids to do. Will be back!

We had a great time and really enjoyed all the things to do. We haven't stayed at Niagara Falls KOA in a few years. I must say it was better than before. All the new fun games to do and the staff was incredable. My hat goes off to the yoing man doing alot of the chores around there. He was such a delight and went out of his way to help if needed. He is a hard working young man and cares so much.

Camping is well located, but need lots of maintenance, our site was not levelled and it would be easy to level. Especially on a site that we paid $105.00 a day. The road were full of holes where again easy to repair with a bit of gravel. We were a bit disappointed as we have been to several KOA and the Niagara Falls is the one that show basically no maintenance.

nice and quite stay, do not like the fact that quite time is at 10 and fire out at 12 especially if it was a weekend. Seems a little to strict for my liking.

Nice place, convenient location. Our site was really small though (104). Didn’t get to use the pool much because of the need to book times and it wasn’t always available but I get that was because of covid protocols. Overall nice campground.

This was our first time at the park but we will definitely stay again. The park is quiet and clean and the store has everything you could ever imagine needing. Great location and the friendliest staff!

La représentante aurait pu nous suggéré un site qui convient à nos besoins en nous demandant nos préférences. Exemple. site ombragé, à l’écart des autres, table du côté du soleil du matin. Il y avait plusieurs sites disponibles, durant notre séjour. Elle aurait pu nous offrir Un meilleurs site… de plus il n’y a pas de pistes cyclables près du Koa pour nous rendre au chute ou au

We had a great time. The staff were always helpful and courteous. Our kids loved the crafts and time in the pool. We are looking forward to planning our next trip to KOA Niagara Falls.

Everything was great. Wish the inside pool was open as hotels are allowed to be. One half hour swim is not enough, not being able to get a time on check in day is discouraging. But such is Covid! I loved the activities for families and s’mores! One improvement would be to shut off bright lights at activities hut and laundry room when closed so as not to interfere with sleeping/fire Thanks!!

Bathrooms and showers were super clean. Services available were well organized and everyone very helpful. Special thank you to the man on the golf cart (didn’t catch his name) who transported our wine boxes when he saw my husband and brother-in-law carrying the heavy boxes after a day of touring the vineyards.

Personnel tres acceuillant et poli. Merci Terrain propre, tres apprecié que les poubelles soit ramasser quotidiennrment a notres lot. Point négatif, le terrain sur lequel nous etions etait pas de niveau, ceci dit tres difficile d avoir la table de niveau. Avons du utiliser quelques planches afin que celle ci balotte pas. Nous avons eu un tres beau séjour, merci a la prochaine!

When I made my reserved the gal indicated that there were no pull thru sites for our 40 foot motorhome and that we would have to back in which we did. However, the entire week of our stay there were at least 4 pull thru sites unoccupied for our entire stay. On sites that were pull thru it was discouraging to see that tent trailers and small trailers occupied the remainder of the pull thru sites.

We had a great mid-week stay. We knew the sites were small at this camp, we expected it..nice that we didnt have every site filled during our stay! Bonus. Nice camp, lots to do, the kids in the camp seemed to be having a good time. We have family in the area, so we will be back!

Nice staff members, very helpful. Campsites too close with neighbours and some of them face to each other, disturbing your privacy. The Internet bandwidth is slow for the number of trailers, should be more than two internet service provider (unable to do some work).

Park was good. Lots of amenities. Found the price pricey. And lots of campers. Moved a short distance away for half the price and less people. Still had a pool, etc and no line ups.

We arrived late and left without using any facilities but the facilities looked amazing. We plan to come down every couple of weeks. We are at the Gravenhurst KOA and Love the Niagara location. Campground was Quiet, lots of activities to do and enjoy for the kids. We are retired and enjoyed the park. Rode our bikes to the Falls and back.

Prêt des activités de Niagara surtout avec le service de bus WEGO qui passe à la porte. Les côtés négatif sont, le bureau ferme a 20h sans possibilité d'acheter du bois pour le feu à moins de sortir en acheter ailleurs et que la dump station est mal nivelé et que nous avons les pieds dans les caca ou du moins quelques chose de gluant lorsque l'ont s'y approche. Yark.

fantastic except for the swimming there 4 days got to swim once. it seemed like the same people where there 2 or 3 times a day. poor follow-up on the parks part

The only downside that we saw, and should be seriously considered...THE DUMP STATION LOCATION. How is it deemed acceptable to have this dump station located directly in the middle of the busiest and most populous location in your campground!? There are children and kids playing in the area on an hourly basis throughout the day! This is just disgusting, and quite frankly not sure how it is allowed!

Great place to take young kids for a camping experience. Bathrooms were always clean and air conditioned. You can camp or rent a small cabin, many options for cabins from basic to ones with kitchen/ac. My kids loved doing the organized crafts, rock mining and renting the bike cars.

We love this place!!!! The best camping/cabin experience so close to home.. place is very clean and organized. If you have mixed family who are high maintenance or people who love the campgrounds or RV experience this is the place… very family oriented place.. renting the bikes are by far the favourite thing
