its actually 3.5 for Niagara, as I found the washrooms/showers on the weekend not as cleansy compared to the weekday. Not sure if its different staff or the demand on the weekend is greater which means additional washroom checks.

We had 3 sites adjacent to ours who were up until 5am making a lot of noise. After numerous calls from various campers staff stopped monitoring the area after midnight. Our children and us did not sleep all night. In the morning there were many disgruntled campers who left the park. We were told that we would be contacted by management to refund our stay but we are still waiting.

It was a wonderful stay. The staff were friendly and kind. The amenities such as the washrooms and showers were clean and well maintained. The location was great close to everything. It was the first time ever for me at a KOA. HATS TO YOU for your hospitality.

When we called to book the campground (tent site) we were told all the pools were open. We specifically asked about the hot tub and the lady we spoke too said it was open. When we got there, and checked in, we found out we were lied too about the pools. They have one deep pool and one wading pool that was open for people to sign up at, but only at 8am. Therefore the kids couldn’t swim.

We stayed 2 nights and it was really nice. Quiet at night, we’ll kept sites. We’ve been before and we’ll definitely come back again.

The indoor pool and jacuzzi were closed do to COVID. Very disappointed. No reason for it.

The worst location to stay at. Never verbally told us the rules of the campsite, or even told us the rules were behind the handout that was given to us. Got kicked out when we were being racially profiled by another camper at no fault of ours. worst stay ever. Would not recommend to any family.

We had a great time! The washrooms were kept very clean, my 3 year old loved the activities, and the store had great selection. Our only major issue was that our camp site (T3) was flooded. We were only able to utilize 20% of our campsite. We had to camp near the road which felt dangerous.

it was good the place the washroom is very clean the activities. but i’m disappointed the pool only 30mins it’s not enough for the kids.hopefully nextyear will be fine everything no limits all activities especially the pool.

Office staff very friendly and on camp staff a bit sour, a little friendliness goes a long way.

A little disappointed. Since campground allows pets, there should be a pet day care ( or hourly care at least) so everyone in the family can have the best “swimming pool” time, since pet are NOT allowed in the pool area or unattended nearby.

Was not as i expected. No privacy at all... I wish the website had better pictures so understood what we were booking. I do think the facilities were good for the demographic that you are targeting. All that aside, The main reason our stay was not enjoyable was because a large and noisy group was placed right next to our campsite - despite there being so many other available unused campsites!

Site 218 had water leaking and kids were around. The kids on the site tripped and fell twice getting mud around them. The leaking created a huge puddle which it’s Quite dangerous to have a leakage and charging station in the same spot.

Nice amenities great for kids. Fun for adults to watch kids having fun. Way too smoky at night. Too many camp sites too close together for 100s of people each with a fire.

Please increase cleaning protocols. The washroom facility is too dirty most of the time. The children’s playground, especially the baby’s section is covered in sand and dirt. That needs cleaning too. The jumping pad can also use a wipe down. Love music at night is great but little kids need to sleep earlier, maybe tone it down a bit. Otherwise great family friendly facilities.

From arrival until departure, all of the staff we encountered were extremely friendly, helpful and always projected a positive attitude. The grounds, washrooms and amenities (pool, playground, bouncing areas) were always well kept, tidy and inviting. The community kitchen area was a great touch! The park is run very well with great pride, care and respect from all employees! See you soon!

Was very clean and very good stay. Your camp general store needs a few more knowledgeable people as they tried selling lighter fluid as camp stove fuel. Just saying Thanks

The place was nice but the campsites were a little smaller than I expected in the bathrooms on Sunday we're not cleaned all day for 3 out of 4 that were used had no toilet paper and one had blood on it all day

Il manquait d'ombre sur notre terrain, mais plein d'autres avaient de gros arbres matures, on a juste pas été chanceux. Par contre, tout le reste était parfait. Les employés super sympathique, les salles de bains étaient très propres.

You should definitely give families a head's up about pool times during Covid. We were itching to go to the pool on the day we arrived only to learn that we needed to have made a reservation. This really put a hamper on our plans and is why I am giving a rating of 4 out of 5 instead of 5 out of 5.

For a family campground I was a little taken back that my teenage daughters was scolded for being off their site after 10pm for quietly going for a walk while the folks two sites down had music playing loudly Then to spend a fare amount of money for wood that was in my opinion wet and having to spend an incredible amount more for kindling. Never an issue to start a fire before.

Nicest k.o.a. I've ever stayed at in terms of facilities. Cleanest washrooms, close to amenities. Only beef is some of the other campers do not respect the 22:00 to 08:00 quiet times. Staff should do a patrol at just after 22:00 to ensure compliance.

The train rumbling by LOUDLY early in the mornings was not a great way to be woken up each day. The lack of access to the pool during a heat wave was incredibly disappointing. There was not a lot of shade available in the tent camping areas which made for very uncomfortable days of extreme heat. This is a good place for trailers but NOT for tent camping.

We arrived late after a rain fall and most of the tent sites were under water. Security was very accommodating and temporary put us in a dry tent site until we could see registration the next morning. Thanks to both gentlemen for helping us out.

We had an amazing time. Will DEFINITELY be back. The kids had a great time. Loved that they could ride their bikes safely on their own. Tent site is very small and was afraid my fire would send sparks to my tent. site also flooded… but we had TONS of rain so not completely koa fault. Will be back but hoping to get a bigger tent site. Still one of our BEST camping experiences yet!!!

I understand that Covid is complicating stuff right now but the half hour pool time is a little too short and the dog area needs some structures for the dogs or dogs should be allowed to play in the playground.

I was fun! My only negative comments are some of the staffs are unapproachable I don’t now if they are hungry bec it’s lunch time or they races or maybe it’s us I don’t know I just feel like they treat white guests better than Asian and I don’t know if has something to do with the package that we got.. maybe they were cheap? I don’t but overall the kids had fun

My wife and I were impressed by how clean and organized everything is at the campground. The staff is super friendly and willing to help. Will definitely recommend KOA to everyone

assez central, coin tente manque d'arbre et le train qui passe tout à côté. Peu de contrôle sur les voisins bruyant. Mais très propre. magasin bien équipé et très organisé.

Great place to take young kids for a camping experience. Bathrooms were always clean and air conditioned. You can camp or rent a small cabin, many options for cabins from basic to ones with kitchen/ac. My kids loved doing the organized crafts, rock mining and renting the bike cars.

We love this place!!!! The best camping/cabin experience so close to home.. place is very clean and organized. If you have mixed family who are high maintenance or people who love the campgrounds or RV experience this is the place… very family oriented place.. renting the bikes are by far the favourite thing
