Sites were nice but seeing all the owners junk around the campground wasn't ideal. Seems very mismanaged. No amenities were offered and was told due to covid. Worst KOA we ever stayed at. Workers were polite just not ran very professionally.

Cabin was extremely clean. Had all the basics needed including a charcoal BBQ. Hosts were very helpful and easily accessible for any questions.

The view was spectacular loved our site the owner Bonnie was very friendly and so nice I would of liked a swimming area like a swimming pool. The Beach is seaweed and rocky. Maybe a small dick to jump off needed . Some maintenance to make small beach inviting. Overall a lovely weekend . Would definately go again

If you want a nice clean quiet place to spend a few days, this is the place. Owners always treat you like family. I highly recommend this campground

Very nice campground and service was exceptional.

Greeted with a friendly hello. Beautiful view of the water and Seal Island bridge. Only thing would be to have a designated location for the firepits on each site. Having the firepit on the edge of a bank and sitting on the road is the only thing. There were 6 of us and they did allow the pit to be moved to a gravel location.

As a first time RV'er I can only say that if this first trip is what to expect in the future then I am going to be out there in the rv world all the time. Just put my rig away for the winter and cannot wait until the Spring. Going to take a long trip across Canada . The owners of the KOA in North Sydney could not have been more helpful .

We had 2 marvelous week long stays at KOA North Sydney/Cabot Trail this year. Our hosts, Bonny and Jason, were so friendly and helpful. The campground is well located for access to the entire Island of Cape Breton. Everything is well kept and the view over the Big Bras d'Or Lake and the Seal Island Bridge is stunning. Campfires on the ridge overlooking the lake are magical.

everything was as expected. Jay and Bonnie are very accommodating, friendly and always available. facilities were clean and well organized. Highly recommend!

Our hostes were very nice. The spot we had had a beautiful view of the seal island bridge. We've been there before and we will go back again .

Extremely friendly staff, clean facility. Staff went above and beyond, even finding us at the lake to ask if we would need firewood. Location is incredible.

3 day stay in our TT with a full service site, great view, grounds were spotlessly clean, owners working very hard to provide a great experience despite the current COVID-19 restrictions. Good location to base camp for touring the Cabot Trail and parts of Cape Breton, very convenient for the Newfoundland ferry.

We had a wonderful week at KOA North Sydney! It is a well kept, well run campground. Our hosts were accommodating, friendly and helpful. We especially loved the view over the Bras d'or Lake and the Seal Island Bridge. We will be back.

The host and hostess were very welcoming. I did find the grounds untidy and not well kept. There was a lot of construction equipment in view. The recycling building was very well kept.
