The only bad thing I saw on this trip was that we had 4 dogs next to us that barked a lot when they were out.

Great pool and very nice campground especially for kids. Bathrooms were immaculate and the people that worked there were great too� Will definitely return.

Nice beds and good that come with linen and tovels. Some times no Space On car for linens. Have some problem with water heater that after 2 minutes stop working. Nice to have a stove and better wi fi.

Our stay was nice. We were only there for 2 nights but it was nice. The ladies in the office were awesome and the the grounds are very pet friendly. The only draw backs were, we couldn’t get the WIFI to work and it was kind of tight for our 45ft. and towing a Jeep.

This was our 2nd time tent camping. It was an awesome facility. The gazebo was and awesome place to spend with the family. The problem is now this sets a high standard for what we choose next.

Sites are old and need a lot of work. Clearly not putting $$$ back into the facility. No covid precautions at the pool. Our fire pit wasn't clean. Concrete pad was broken in several places. Sites need to be level. Pamela was super nice.

The campground itself was very nice. We got in late and was met by someone that helped us back in. The spot we were assigned has a patio but it was small and too close to the road. I don’t know why they advertise WiFi as you can’t hook up to it. When you try it sends you to an outside provider. Even the paper say you can’t stream tv. This needs to be fixed, especially since its a holi

The staff were very friendly. The campsites were good size, although the cement patio was cracked and broken. The bathrooms had good hot water and were very clean but in need of some updating.

Go location and very friendly helpful staff. The only thing that would make it better would to cut down on the number of sites enabling sites to be a little bigger. It is very crowded

The proximity to the interstate was a bit close. There are times you can hear the traffic. Biggest issues are the sites are very close together and the sewage hookups are all uphill. Makes for a bad time when it's time to dump your tanks. Not sure if I'll choose to stay at this location again.

We had an amazing time and it was perfect to bring the kids!The gigantic blow up bounce pad kept them busy for hours and they met new friends!!The deluxe cabin was perfect for the 5 of us (3 adults and 2 kids).Amenities were all there and we didn't have to bring anything other than food to eat!There was a water main that burst, so plumbing stunk at the time, but that is the only reason for 4 stars

We enjoyed our week stay at Orlando Southwest KOA. Staff were Very friendly and really helpful. The pool was awesome. Staff also planned hotdog/hamburg lunch and pancake breakfast. I would highly recommend this KOA.

We had an awesome time. The employees were wonderful. There was a bake sale to help kids in need. Hamburgers and Hotdogs at the pool. Pancake Breakfast on on Sunday. Really enjoyed our stay. Can wait to vacation there again next year.

Real nice park with great employees. Premium sites leave a lot to be desired as you park on gravel and patios are super small with fit pit in worst spot possible.

What a gorgeous campground! Don was such a joy! He directed us to our site and stayed to make sure we were in right. He also took time to answer questions that we had. He is an asset to your staff! Merry Christmas!

Wi-Fi is non existent had to leave park to even get my email since I run a business that is a problem . Would be nice if there was some grass so you don’t have to clean every hose an cord before storing it beside that it was nice an quiet

This was our third visit. Great place to stay! Everyone is friendly & helpful. Loved having the hotdog/hamburger lunch by the pool!

Definitely would recommend. My only feedback is for the cabins & bathhouse water heaters. The hot water goes in and out at the cabins while the male bathroom showers only had one hot shower that wasn’t handicap accessible. Playground is smack in front of the cabins & campsites which is awesome.

One of the onsite personnel was extremely helpful when we pulled in after office hours. The office personnel had left a map with our site number, but one of the gentlemen saw me and led our motorhome to our site.

The site that we were parked in had very low branches and were laying on our roof and scratched front of our 5th wheel. The work campers next to us were arguing loudly a couple times during the week we were there. There was also a fire and I was not allowed back in the park until police finished investigation. Not the friendliest KOA we have stayed at. Sites really need some updating.

Awesome KOA, one of the best. Super clean, close to Disney and everything Orlando. Spots are decent sized, huge pool, playground area. Store is stocked and employees are super helpful. Will definitely be back!
