Thing only thing I would advise, is if you have a big rig, ask questions before arriving like trees branch heights, because, certain parts of the park, although beautiful, the trees are not trimmed to big rig height. We have tree trim equipment, but, for liability parks won't allow you to trim, only contractors. We had to back out of a pull through, because of trees.

The grounds were clean, it was easy to level the camper, & the swimming pool was lovely! Staff were friendly and the laundry facilities were great. The shower water took a super long time to warm up and one time didn't. I think charging a fee for mini golf is ridiculous and should be stated on the website, since we thought it was included in the rate. Other than that, we enjoyed it immensely.

The campground was clean and well-maintained. However, there was no usable Wifi or cellular service. Although I was able to connect to the KOA Wifi, it was not in service. I asked staff about this and they were aware but had no idea of what was causing it. This was on a day when the campground was at most 25% of capacity. We were also frustrated by the close proximity of our neighbors.

Great location, theme parks are close by. Within 15 to 20 miles. Access by vehicle to just about everything you may want or need. I would definitely use them again. Friendly staff and great service. Very professional staff.

You can't control the heat, but everything else was fantastic. All of the new improvements look great. Although I am not a tent camper now, the upgraded tent sites appear very modern and accommodating. The pool is the best. Great stay.

We have never stayed at a KOA before and have camped several years. We thought the membership would include more amenities i.e. mini golf at no charge, bike/carts at no charge, better wifi. But nonetheless, it was a pleasant experience. The staff were really kind and the grounds were clean, particularly the comfort station and pool areas.

very sandy and not much grass as the drought has dried thing out. I think watering the dog park at least wouldn't create such a mess of sand that later gets into the rv. Close to gas and walking distance to restaurants. Had Dominos deliver pizza one night

Site was full of tree roots which made it hard to level camper, plus were trip hazard walking around. Also cable did not work and poor wifi

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Tighter spaces but kids loved the playground and mini golf!

Overnight stay. Uneven gravel site. Neighbor left dog all alone in rental RV. Very sad to hear dog in such distress. Staff was helpful and friendly. Easy on and off I-4

The patio was so broken we couldn't even walk on it sharp edges were sticking up The pool did not have enough umbrellas it was really hot. No shade The sites are not very long. Many trucks were unable to park in front or behind the trailers Really could have used a money changer in the laundry area We tried to do laundry after 6:00 but we're unable to get quarters.

I was told the sites could accommodate any RV. We couldnt fit into any site and and open all the slides. I spoke with the woman at the office who was extremely rude when i explained we couldn't fit and would be leaving. We were still charged for one night. Definitely will never be back.

What can I say. We loved the location. Nice pool and playground. We stayed to go to Disney. The parks are super close. The KOA is on exit 55 and the parks are on exit 62 so 7 miles. Easy access to interstate 4. If you like seafood the hungry crab is awesome. I’d like to say a special thanks to MR. Bob at the KOA. He recommended Disney springs. Good way to spend a down day and it’s free.

We came to Florida to pick up a motorhome and booked only one night at this KOA originally. However due to some technical issues with the motorhome we ended up staying most of the week. I must say that Bob and Diane Poggensee went way above and beyond to help with our issues, even volunteering to give us transportation for auto parts and to rent a car. We really appreciate their caring spirit.

First site was poor, uneven and no shade even though there were an abundance of empty nicer sites. When requested we were moved to a much better site. We were disappointed the pool table was non-operational as my husband loves to play. Also mini golf closed at 5:00 pm so that also went unused. Bathrooms were clean and showers nice but most likely would not stay again.

Nothing “Premium” about the premium site we paid for. Broken concrete with table & fire pit, gravel back-in parking space. Highway noise. Very few trees and the grass was dry and scarce. Looked like a very nice pool but we didn’t use it. We came the night before above Tampa from an RV Park that was a beautifully landscaped tropical paradise for less money so this was a big disappointment.

Our first family trip in our first 5th wheel camper and everyone was so helpful. The atmosphere for both of our kids as well as the peaceful evenings for the adults to relax was exactly what we hoped for! The only complaint we had was we had to leave and get back to our work lives, we will definitely be back as soon as we can get another free weekend!!!

I stayed from February 1st until May 1st. I have absolutely no complaints about the campground at all. It's a wonderful place to stay and the staff was more than helpful in trying to help me in any way they could. I'm transitioning to a new job here in Florida and they were an important stepping stone into making that job possible. I will always be grateful for all the help they gave me.

Squirrels on the campground did great damage to my truck and RV. They had got into the engine compartment and chewed up my wiring. That cost me over $3,000 to repair. Also they got into my air conditioner and made a nest in it. A new air conditioner will cost over $1,000. The campground will do nothing about the squirrels. The staff are very kind and considerate. But they say they are not allowed

Wonderful staff and a very clean campground. The pool was clean, as were the restrooms and laundry. We were allowed to check out late.

Awesome KOA, one of the best. Super clean, close to Disney and everything Orlando. Spots are decent sized, huge pool, playground area. Store is stocked and employees are super helpful. Will definitely be back!
