the stay was great except when they mowed the lawn around our spot, they shot the grass on our lawn chairs and made a mess in our spot and never cleaned it up, i wasn't a happy camper.

The office staff greets you when you step inside the store. All the outdoor workers are friendly. A worker came to our site to remove the LP tanks, filled them and put them back on our rig. We've never had that level of customer service at other parks. The rate is on par with other RV parks. There is a restaurant across the casino parking lot. We love this park.

Your staff were very helpful and cordial. The grounds and facilities were very clean and well kept. You have a variety of amenities that meet everyone’s needs. We used the free ride service that takes you to and from the Casino next door.

Really enjoyed the campground it was really nice the casino was okay it was a little hard to understand how the free money works but overall is really nice.

This was a very clean KOA and I felt safe there as well as at the Casino. One suggestion would be to have a walkway from the KOA to the Casino, the dirt path next to the road was a little sketchy.

My rating is more about the clientele than the park...noisy until 10 pm (too much alcohol would be my guess). Also was disappointed with the lack of dog walking space. The bark chips in the campK9 were not dog friendly for my long haired dog and a man drove up from outside the park to use the dog space with a dog that did not look healthy (yellow discharge in eyes) so I avoided using the K9 park

We had a wonderful stay at the Feather Falls KOA this past weekend. We had originally booked 2 nights but the weather and the park was so nice we stayed one more night. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. We will definitely be back in the future. Regards, Elliott & Rochelle Prest

We had a wonderful time at the KOA campground. the staff was very friendly, helpful and went out of their way to make us feel welcomed. We used the club/recreation house and it was clean, neat and met our groups need beyond expectations. Everyone in our group said that we will definitely be back. We will definitely recommend all of our RV friends to stay at this KOA.

Kent and the staff at the front desk are awesome. Kent went out of his way to accommodate our RV group of 13 rigs. He remained patient with several changes and ensured that we were well taken care of. The grounds AND bathrooms/showers were very clean, the clubroom was AWESOME! Our RV Club will def return.

we stay 2-4 times a year and always happy. The campground is clean and inviting and enjoy talking to Kent at the front desk. Never a problem with anything. The casino is within walking distance but was very disappointed in the customers not wearing masks and not being told to put them on after they walk in with one. A lot of people took them off and employees walked by them all nite and didn't

Friendly and hospitable staff. Quickly fixed a problem with our Cable and made our group fell very welcome with a Wonderful Welcome sign. The great clubhouse was extremely well equipped. And they even helped us with a perfect group photo.

Very nice and clean. When we left a remote thermometer receiver at our campsite on our departure date, we received a very professional phone message from Kent. He told us they would hang onto it for us until we could return to pick it up! So helpful!

We had a very relaxing and enjoyable visit to Oroville/Feather Falls Casino KOA. We were in site 23 and appreciate the assigned location immensely; convenient to everything.

The RV park has clean sites. The bathrooms were very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only concern was the use of fire pits in the park. The smoke from the fire pit was a problem, especially because of health issues, I cannot tolerate the smoke.

The staff was amazing and very accommodating and helpful. Excellent customer service! Everything was clean and well maintained. We will stay here again on our next time thru. The only thing was the road and rumble of occasional trucks, otherwise it would have been perfect. Not sure what can be done about that, a sound wall in the lower part of the field perhaps? Regardless, we’ll be back.

The price has gone up way too high. I stayed in space 33 for the built in bbq grill. The cooking grates were dirty and I had to swat the cob webs away inside where the propane tank is to turn it on. The burners on the grill are about burned out and it is difficult to cook properly.

One of the best KOA’s in the country. Beautiful facilities, well stocked store, flat concrete pads, well placed utilities, a dog park and easy access to Feather Falls Casino and restaurants.
