Loved how clean the campground was. We had an issue where we were put in the wrong site, and asked if we would be able to move to another spot. We told them no problem and moved. Girls at the office were very friendly and professional. We will definitely be back.

Staff was super helpful. Kent helped me get me my television to work. Campsite was immacualte and the grounds are very well cared for, will definitley return.

Everyone at the KOA is helpful and goes out of their way to ensure that the guests have an enjoyable experience and they've assisted us in resolving some equipment issues. The facilities are always clean and the staff takes immediate measures to clean-up any mess left by guests (including the clean-up of spills left from dumping tanks, oil spots, trash, etc.). It is our favorite place to go.

We stayed for one night while traveling through California. As a family of two teachers and three students attending virtual school, having a strong Wi-Fi access was a huge bonus. Thank you for thinking of the needs of your customers. We look forward to coming back when we can enjoy the Casino.

This is one of our favorite places to stay. The only problem we have is at night, it is very loud with motorcycles running around. It starts about 1:00 AM and continues for an hour or so. This time we not only had motorcycles there was also someone revving up their motor. The staff are friendly and the place is very clean.

It was the first trip I took in new class C I just bought and the first trip with my puppies. When I needed help they were so happy to oblige. I am sure coming back. Thank you so much for making my stay there a breeze.

The campground and bath house were spotless, we saw staff at different times throughout the day walking the grounds. My only suggestion, the RV pads could be just a couple feet wider so you step out onto concrete and not the grass. That way there isn't a hole in the lawn and your RV interior stays a little cleaner! Just an idea Great place to stay for a weekend get away!

Koa was great! The only issue we had was that the evening lodge staff were hesitant to let us in to use the pool. They said that we couldn't swim in the lodge pool because we weren't guests, but let us in because the KOA pool was down. However before booking I called the koa to confirm that we would be able to use the pool at the lodge since it was heated and was told we could use either pool.

The KOA was very well kept, very clean and the staff were very professional. The cable tv/internet was some of the best I’ve ever experienced at any campground. The only suggestion I would make is to revisit the condition of the RV’s for long term residents. One of the long term residents RV was an eyesore and it was right in the middle of our group. Very bad condition and poorly maintained

We stayed for three days at Feather Falls KOA. The park is very well cared for. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The laundry was very clean. We had dinner with some of our family at the casino and everybody (8) said their meal was outstanding. Our waiter was fantastic and checked on us every 15 or so minutes. DEFINATELY HOPE TO RETURN AGAIN.

Friendly and efficient staff. Booking and check-in were both smooth. The site is well maintained. All amenities work as advertised. Good practice with Covid-19 safety with face covering and physical distancing. Stayed for 3 nights. As a solo woman traveler, I feel safe and comfortable here. Would come back. Highly recommend this excellent site.

Great stay. Very clean. Cute smaller koa. We did some hiking around town. Did not play at casino. Bathroom and showers were clean and nice. Friendly staff. As others state traffic noise is extremely loud at night. No idea why. But it is all night long. Only drawback.

Great relaxing weekend. Plenty of space and quiet facility except for one night there was continuous dog barking from outside the resort from about 10:30 pm until we were able to fall asleep. Other than that all positive. Thank you

Camp grounds are very nice. Employees and camp ground staff are very helpful and very friendly. The only downfall is too close to Wyandotte Rd. and too close to the casino entrance, traffic noise is constant. All hours night and day.

Sites are very clean and tidy and park staff is very friendly. Sites have ample room between guests and the location of the park is convenient for accessing the lake or casino. We enjoyed our stay. My only complaint is the cleanliness of some of the long term residents (lots of junk outside their rigs) and the traffic noise from the road below the park.

The camp grounds were great, and the staff were very helpful in finding local sights and adventures. The only negative we had during our stay was the extremely loud noise coming from vehicles entering into and leaving the casino during the night.

Wonderful RV park - the grounds are beautiful! The security guards from the casino nearby watch the park carefully. Great spot!

Nice park. There were at least 10 other spaces. They put us right next to a very loud road. Close office before we could change. They could have offered a different site.

Everything was great, the rv park was clean and bathrooms well maintained. Someone staying in the monthly sites driving over a safe speed. Was a little concerned in the restaurant with people sitting at the bar. We enjoyed our stay.
