Nice campground, well taken care of. Very nice staff. It was a little tight getting our 5th to our campsite (it's 44ft) the site was level but kind of narrow. We didn't have close neighbors so all was well. Read in the paper work they have trouble with sugar ants and to be on the look our for them in your rig. They over ran us during the night, it was amazing, there were thousands of them.

Sorry about the sugar ants. Unfortunately it happens here in Alabama. We spray regularly. I live on site and Peppermint oil inside of your RV keeps them away.

I had a pleasant 3 day stay here. The place is nicely maintained and clean, with a lot of personal touches. The owner, Lori, is very nice and the staff quite helpful.

Campsites are a little too close. We were only there for one overnight. Wouldn't recommend as a true "camping" experience.

It was ok but a little high price. 10.00 per extra person was a little to much. Most parks charge 2.00.

Overnight: level site; 50 amp power good, Did not hook up water or sewer Charming walk along ponds, playground and pool appeared immaculate. Staff helpful and friendly

Stayed for a couple of months and have to say it was one of the most well kept and quietest parks I’ve ever been in. Facilities are top notch and the staff is awesome! The owner Lori takes care of you personally and treats you like family. If it’s just for a night or for long term, this campground won’t disappoint!!

From the minute we checked in until we left, this was the best experience. The staff was outstanding, park was clean and easily accessible. Pool was fantastic, laundry facilities and bath houses and restrooms - super clean and easily accessible. By far, the best KOA we have ever stayed at and we have been camping/Rving for over 10 years. Definitely will come back and recommend to everyone.

We travel between Florida and Red Bay, AL frequently. The Ozark KOA is on our route and they always make us feel welcome. Very nicely ran operation..

This campground goes above and beyond to make their guests happy. On next trip to Memphis I will definitely stop. Local food delivery in area.

Lori was the best! She stayed late waited for our arrival! Directed us to our assigned camping site. Recommend for all camper to have a water regulator, if you don’t they will hook you up! Thank you for our first night stay on our summer trip. Planning to return on our way home

This is not an extended stay campground. The campsites are tight, the bathhouse (I'm guessing) is behind the main office, and we got chastised for being pulled up too far in the pull-thru which was where the attendant told us to park for shade, (90+ degrees!) and for having a mat out under our awning because we no longer lined up with the small concrete pad. Do not recommend. Not sure how its KOA?

Sorry you had a bad experience. There are sites that are not in the shade. If you were having problems with your electric for the AC we would have been happy to assist you. Our bath house is at top of the hill where the sites are, next to the pool. We also have an additional bath/shower by office.

Fantastic woman in the office with a great sense of humor making check-in pleasant. Utilities, cable and wifi were all first class

Laundry room had only one washer and dryer. No where to hang clothes on hangers. Cost of washer and dryer were very expensive.

Sorry for the inconvenience. We bought 3 sets of washers and dryers and 2 of them were damaged. We now have 3 sets of washers and dryers.

They warned us about the sugar ants. We were infested.

We do spray regularly, but with the rain everyday it's hard to stop them. I found that using peppermint oil inside the camper keeps them away.

The front desk attendant could not provide any information on the cable working condition. The site was very close to the adjacent - almost looking in their window. The site had exposed tree roots which were trip hazards which could result in injury.

We had a wonderful experience here! Lori and the rest of her staff were so helpful. When we first arrived Lori sprayed for ants without is even mentioning it. We had to stay here for a 2 weeks. The entire time we were there everything was maintained very well. The bathrooms, laundry room, pool area and grounds were emaculate.

We stayed overnight. Campsites were very tight but level. We chose this because of the dog park but it was a mix of red clay and marshy like weeds. The dog park was unkept. Bathrooms and laundry facility was clean.

We decided last minute to stay as an overnight and were very pleased. The pool was nice and the staff were very pleasant. There are a lot of ants (something that is hardly the campgrounds fault) just be sure to put granules or spray around everything that touches the ground to avoid ants in your pants!

The office people were really nice. But in comparison to other koa I would not return to this park. Due to the size of space. We have 3 slides out, once the slide out we’re open we couldn’t put out the awning.

great place one of the best we've stayed at . Friendly welcoming right from the beginning. Will be going back .We were with Cheaha Good Sam and loved this area.

The staff is very friendly. I came in in the driving rain on my motorcycle, and they helped me find a spot that was most comfortable for a rainy night on a motorcycle. I highly recommend them!!

Great place to pull over with an RV n camp or even just throw out tent. They have a nice clean pond to walk around and a dog walk also.

Great KOA, the owner greet us! Wonderful lady. Each site has two halves of a picnic table that fold from bench to table, a quite useful and unique treat! The water pressure in the bathhouse was adjustable, which was very helpful! The fishing pond was lit up with cute colorful lights along with a sprinkling of Holiday decor! Definitely one of our favorites in our long journey down the US! THANK YOU! :)
