The person checking us in was very helpful. The owner of the campground helped us park. The facility was decorated nice.

We had a late arrival after dark. They were very helpful in getting us to our site. Very nice clean park with a lot of extras! Highly recommend!

The young lady who check us in, escorted us to are site, cleaned up site with a little spruce up was the prefect KOA representative you could ask for. Welcoming and a lovely smile.

Due to delays while on the road we arrived late. Lori was still there and helped us get the best site for the night. We really appreciate her working with us to make stay enjoyable.

We enjoyed our stay and were happy that we had a choice of site as we like to have satellite reception regardless of having to unhook tow car. The owner was escorting us to the site and was very nice and accommodating. Thank you.

Very nice place. The folks who run the campground are awesome. They have a pond and two separate camping areas. Highly recommended.

We've stayed here coming and going on our trip to Northern Alabama. Friendly staff. Concrete pads. We're in a 40' motorhome. Clean bathrooms. Lots of Christmas decorations!

Great spot, right off the highway to exit but they have sites at the back of the campground away from the hustle and bustle. Tent camped for a quick stay over and shower,,/bathrooms were emaculate. Arrived late aftwr office hours and they had us all set up. Friendly greeting the next morning. The woman who runs this one was an absolutely delightful host. Extremely small and outdated park. NOTHING to do at park and nothing in area. Play structure had caution tape for broken boards on top level. Dog park was smelly, dark. Pond was disgusting and green. We had a 7 night stay and asked to move to larger site upon arrival. I was told no because they were full and those sites were for bigger RV than ours, but the site was empty entire visit. Lost mail?

Sorry for your bad experience. We are a KOA Journey which is different than the others as far as amenities. We have new management on site, the playground has been updated, we do have a pool that is open and well maintained. Our dog park is clean and it's dark due to it's location under shade trees.

Busy weekend so we were right at the road which was busy/noisy. We were near the laundry room and showers so that was great.

Elderly grey hair woman whom worked front office desk on 11/27/20 was unprofessional and seemed to lack necessary computer experience. Preassigned site reservations were mixed up and Elderly gray haired woman blame the guest for not knowing what she failed to tell them.

Sorry for your unpleasant experience. We do have new management so please give us another try, I'm sure you won't be disappointed.

Very tight maneuvering with a 36' Class-a towing a car. Had to ask our neighbor to move their car in the morning so we could get out. Would not come in with a 40' and towing.

Our stay was fine for an overnight but the campsite was very tight where we were located. I wouldn’t be interested in staying at this campground again unless nothing else was available.

They have created an environment that is friendly, cozy and so very relaxing. We used both RV spot and a house so family could spend the weekend together. We enjoyed the stay and will certainly be back.

Staff were very friendly and the place was clean and up-to-date. Every nook was filled with some kinda neat decorations. It was nice to have cable and wifi.

Great place to pull over with an RV n camp or even just throw out tent. They have a nice clean pond to walk around and a dog walk also.

Great KOA, the owner greet us! Wonderful lady. Each site has two halves of a picnic table that fold from bench to table, a quite useful and unique treat! The water pressure in the bathhouse was adjustable, which was very helpful! The fishing pond was lit up with cute colorful lights along with a sprinkling of Holiday decor! Definitely one of our favorites in our long journey down the US! THANK YOU! :)
