We had a lovely stay, staff were amazing and really like the campgrounds. Our only complaint is that we were on site 40 and it was very unlevelled. To the point we had to build out a step into our trailer as it sloped down so much. Other than that we had a great stay and will be back (just not to that site!) :)

The owners are always so nice and accommodating!! I would highly recommend staying here ! I have told lots of people about this KOA and they have never been disappointed in staying here

Did not it was beside busy railway, trains rain all night. Not allowed to bring firewood, was sold green wood that wouldn't burn, worker came just as we were leaving said he was checking for tags, I bring in an extra truck to pack, he was mad I didn't register it, was rude, never asked how are stay was. The rest of the workers were great.

We had a fantastic time despite the trials imposed by Covid-19 ... the staff were unfailingly pleasant and helpful - and in EVERY instance mindful of maintaining social distance - masks - etc. The park was beautifully maintained and there were site types to please all kinds of camping experiences! I enjoyed every minute of our stay. We will come back we enjoyed it so much!

I especially appreciated being welcomed by someone that helped me back in my trailer...the one thing that I Dont look forward to magically put my tension at ease. I’ve never seen that before and that in itself is enough to make me return. Please extend my appreciation to the young man that did this with such ease and patience in his voice during the mid week of August 18/20. Thank you!

Great staff, great location, great pool. The only thing that is not good is the fact that covid happened and we could not enjoy the activities they would usually have. Hoping for next year we can.

We stayed in the deluxe cabin and enjoyed our stay. Great, clean cabin, with everything we needed. Our only recommendation was to put screens on the taps. The water splashes everywhere without them, making a mess.

Michelle, Don and Tristan are very gracious hosts! They always have a kind word and a friendly smile for their guests. The campground itself is extremely well maintained - shout out to Trudy and Fred! - and I would highly recommend it to anyone wishing to explore the beautiful Parry Sound area!

Our stay there was amazing and absolutely love the park....unfortunately we did have a lot of rain on the Sunday and our camp site was under water that’s the only issue we had...we’ll be back next year!

Great campsite in the trees. Although next to the road and rail line, it was relatively quite once the AC was turned on. You have done a great job in these difficult COVID times. The free pump out really didn't work for us, but we appreciate the attempt. You really need to flush the tank when emptying or it doesn't empty. We left very early the next day and no dump line-up made clean out quick.

We left two days early as we listen to a train sound it’s horn all night I asked for a refund I was told no. I have no issue with not receiving a refund but rest assured I will pass this along to all my real estate clients looking for a place to stay. I will not be back as I am more lickly to stay at a more professional Business that treats people fairly .

The firewood wasn’t seasoned. It was near impossible to keep the fire going to cook over it. And the WiFi needs to be better. On those rainy days, Netflix would have been nice to use.

We are sorry you found trouble with the wood. We would have been happy to switch the bag for you. The WiFi is to share with the whole park & works great, providing no one is gaming, streaming, or downloading. You are more than welcome to use your own data for Netflix or to stream other sites.

The 3 day stay was good except the pool had a accident on Friday Aug 14 and Sat Aug 15. The 16th it was cold and rained all day. When checking out and asked if we can use the pool before leaving was given 1 hour. They should consider that our kids was no able to use the pool the whole time and should have been given more time. They also advised if we wanted to stay for the day we had to pay $10 ea

The accident in the pool 2 days in a row was very unfortunate but totally out of our hands, as is the weather. The pool is heated and was open on Sunday. It is up to you whether you wish to swim or not on Sunday. We feel this is all out of our hands, and we did our best given the circumstances.

I understand with the current COVID-19 that certain things will be closed. Only thing that was open to do was mini golf. Pool was closed both days we were there, cause they needed to shock it I guess. Overall compared to other KOA this one was lacking in my opinion. Now we had the A1 site which had really good privacy. Was beside the entrance to the ATV trail but wasn’t an issue.

The very unfortunate circumstance was that someone decided to go #2 in our pool. We followed all Health Dept procedures and closed and shocked the pool. The staff was friendly and the facilities were kept clean & sanitized regularly. The WiFi service could be improved. It was very slow & unreliable. It was a very relaxing holiday.

Nice camp ground close to ATV trails. Staff is exceptional and care about you and your family. Nice sized lots.

Showed up there on a Monday without a reservation. Talked to the staff for about 5 min and they opened up a site that was actually closed and gave it to us for the week even though the 2 sites were closed. They even accommodated us for our boats. Brought us ice and fire wood everyday. Place is fenominal with clean washrooms and showers. People there are fenominal. I think it's my new place to go.

We were just disappointed with pool access and how the pool was out of order for the entire duration of our stay. The same person had an accident two days in a row closing the pool for a whole day each time. Perhaps finding a way to get the pool up and running quicker is needed

The Health Dep is very strict with the guidlelines we must follow to get the pool up and running again.With the safety of our guests being our top priority; we can not quicken the process.

Despite the fact we could not register face to face when we arrived but over the phone, it was a very pleasant greeting/registration. We very much liked the attention to customer service, the sites and quick response to anything we required. Thanks for the positive experience.

Great time shared with friends around a campfire. Nice relaxing days playing horseshoes and going for a swim. Wonderful time at the campsite cooking off the picnic table and at night being able to see so many stars, even a few shooting stars and a couple of faint satellites! The campground has nice sized lots, with mature trees for shade in many areas. Will absolutely return soon to enjoy again!

Loved being able to call to have wood delivered while we were hours away on the trail! Our site location was perfect and surprisingly private.
