We enjoyed a nice, quiet, restful night.A great place to stop in the Tri-Cities area. Handy for shopping and Camping World etc.Nice to see all the upgrades being done.

We helped open this park in 1999 when it was Sandy Heights RV Park. It was a complete thrill to return these 22 years later and see how fantastically well Travis and Tina have made this place. We’ll be sure to stay any time we’re in the Tri-Cities area. As we used to say in the Navy, “BZ - Bravo Zulu - Well Done!”

Came in late, found the open sites on the board. It was a little confusing because I didn’t see the new sites on the map and didn’t know where they were at, however I found them with some luck on the first try. Maybe note on the board two right turns to get to the new sites? I am sure Jew maps will be out soon. Your new sites are amazing. Nicer than premium Parks I have stayed in. Will be

This was my first RV and my first time pulling a trailer I’m a single dad and wanted this to be a good family experience but I was nervous, Travis made sure we got in ok, helped me set the whole thing up, checked in on me during the 3 weeks, told us best things to do in the surrounding area and gave me a check of when I left. The campground was fine but the reason I’m coming back is Travis.

Beautiful park, camp sites, and a welcoming staff. It is becoming huge!! 5 minutes to Pasco. Now have wifi. A little iffy, but ok. Will definitely return. Firemen's Subs down the street is the best subs you can eat. They take a military discount too.

Enjoyed EVERYTHING.Nick was very helpful and friendly. The internet access was not very consistent or reasonably fast. I didn’t need hi speed, but got timed out alot.

The campers were packed in like sardines and it seemed like most of the people lived there permanently. The pool was indoors and tiny. So crowded it was very noisy. The staff was super nice but this isn’t a place to relax

The campgrounds are very clean, and quiet. The staff are polite and friendly. Great place rest and relax after a long drive.

The campgrounds are nicely kept and very clean. The sites have beautiful grass and everything is well maintained. Our only issue is that the pull through site we were in was too tight as were several others. We had to take our tow vehicle off just to get into the pull through site. If the sites were just a little further apart for larger RVs towing it would be a 10 and 5 star rating.

We stop here overnight as we travel to our son's house. It's a very nice park and we'll maintained. They are adding beautiful new sites to give the campground more room. We recommend staying here.

Stayed in the new section. Very nice. Beautiful patio area with bench, bbq, table and chairs. Very nice new bathroom with showers. Nicely taken care of. Staff are super nice. Weather you stay one night or more you won’t be disappointed in your decision.

The park is beautiful. We were upgraded to the new section at no charge. The only downside is their WIFI or should I say lack of. I was only able to get connected 1 of the 3 nights we stayed there, so used up my cell phone data plan.

It is clean, the staff is friendly, and they offer many perks. They are off the highway and it doesn't take long to get anywhere in town from the park. However, there are several cons to this park. The highway noise is 24/7 and loud. The spaces are REALLY close together (MAYBE a trailer width apart) and there are a lot of full timers. If you choose to stay, pay extra for their new larger spots.

This is a beautiful campground. The staff are extremely friendly and definitely take care of you. Well worth the visit! We will for sure be returning!

We were in the brand new section. They are still working on it. Nicely thought out. The people are very nice and very welcoming. We are returning tomorrow on our way back to Oregon, would recommend this park as a great place to stay

We stayed in the newer side of the park. Sites were plenty wide and had a good patch of lawn between. We didn't use any of the facilities so I can't speak to that. Staff was friendly and even escorted us to our site. No complaints. Would stay again.

The camp grounds were very clean and staff very helpful, but way,way too noisy! The outside time was not peaceful due to the noise, unfortunately that was very hard on my husbands ears, he wears hearing aids and had to turn them off due to the height traffic noise and then our communication was stopped. Wish it could’ve been in a different location

Nice clean park. We stayed in a new section where they're adding on to the existing park, so there is some construction but was not an issue for us. They are very close to completion. These sites are gravel and super long. Sites are evel and nicely landscaped, each with a picnic table. Trash is picked up at your site each morning, (I love that). The staff is friendly and helpful.

Very clean, quiet and nicely laid out park. Close to Richland with plenty of restaurants and good shopping. Camping World is just around the corner if you need parts or service. It could get hot, so be prepared.

Very nice lady checked us in and took one look at the coach and put us in the new section..we appreciated that! Bigger spaces and pull through which was great as we didn't want to unhook for one night. The park is very tidy, clean and lovely lush grass between spaces. It looks like there will be upgraded spaces with firepit, BBQ and table with chairs at a few of the spaces....very nice.

Very clean upgraded KOA. Unfortunately no privacy between sites. Office closes early so It would be helpful to have change maker in laundry room. A VERY NOISY road next to campground. Sounded like cats using it a drag run. Very friendly staff

Friendly owners, extremely clean, nice level lots and convenient location. They have wonderful on-site bathrooms & showers which were pristine.
