Office ladies always friendly and helpful. The only real thing I can say negative about the KOA is that when you expanded you probably should’ve expanded your laundry facility because you always had a lot of machines that were broken and out of service there was way more people staying then there was washing machines and dryers to do laundry.

We were in the new section and the sites were nice and the showers in that section were nice and clean. The bathrooms on the other side were awful.

One of the best KOA We have been on and the Staf is great with excellent service. Our 30 day stay was perfect and We Will be back We hope again in April 2022 and stay longer.

The Pasco KOA is an incredible spot to stay! We had a great time there with our dogs. There are lots of places to walk them (leashed) and baggies available for clean up on those times I forgot ours in the motorhome. Very friendly staff, quiet park, huge clean showers, full hookups are well maintained and always working. We will stay again! One of the nicest KOAs around.

I really enjoyed the staff and the little extras that they provided, (garbage pickup and LP tank fills)......those were a tremendous help....the camp grounds were always clean and staff was always available to help....most other campgrounds could learn a few things form the Pasco KOA... Camp ground is clean, people are friendly, and it's very convenient location. We will definitely use this KOA again.

Staff was great. We arrived a little early, yet they escorted us to our spot. Very clean camp ground, well maintained. Bathrooms and showers were extremely clean and well heated. Pull through spot was gravel and very level. We will definitely stay when we are in the area.

I absolutely loved my stay everyone was so nice and helpful as to us being newly rv goers. The camp site was so clean everyday. Quiet all day and night long I just loved my stay and will most definitely be back.

we stayed here last weekend. on Friday night my husband had a medical issue. he had to be taken to hospital by ambulance, at night. The security man was so kind. he made sure we didn't need anything, and told me if I needed a few extra days, he would make it happen. my husband is fine, thank you. we felt very safe and comfortable here. and WILL stay here every time we visit our kids.

We stayed for three nights as we made a move to a new home. The gentleman that showed U.S. to our suite was friendly and informative! The site was very clean and appeared to be brand new.

RWe had the pleasure of staying in the new section of the park. We were very impressed with the attention to detail and especially the patio furniture in the large pull-throughs. The restroom/shower building was amazing also.

Hosts / Owners were very nice about putting us and our in-laws together for our patio rentals, and making a last second change in our arrival date. Facilities are wonderful and clean, and the new section is fantastic!

The campground was very clean and well cared for. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The bathrooms, especially on the newer side, were amazing! We have a new trailer with all accommodations, but having such nice and well designed showering facilities made it very easy for the children. We opted to use the bath house rather than our trailer. The pool was a great perk as well.

The design of the new side where we stayed was lovely and had beautifully kept landscaping. The restroom facilities were private and the nicest I have experienced in any campground. The pet area was excellent although some pet owners might expect a fence. The entire park was clean and well maintained.

It was a quick stay for me. I arrived after dark and there was a gentlemen than greeted me and showed me to my space, which I really appreciate. We'll be back. Thanks again!

Very kind, gracious staff. Happily accommodated us needing a late check out & offered to hold our spot in case we needed an extra night. So pleasantly surprised to see such nicely landscaped, clean grounds & sites. Facilities were immaculate. Had no idea there would be an outdoor dining set, bbq plus additional outdoor lounge set w/firepit. Enjoyed the amenities. We will be back for sure!!

Got there at 7pm and the map was taped to door. Circled the campground three times trying to find the site! Finally another camper helped us find it. There should be someone on duty in the early evening. Nice bathroom facilities.

The front office staff were very friendly and kind. They led us to our spot which was long and easy to get in and out of. It was a quick in and out as we were just there over night and did not use any other features the park had to offer.

Loved the new area. This is probably the nicest reasonably priced overnight RV park I have ever stayed at. Some freeway noise but overall it's not excessive.

The staff were very helpful and kind. The bathrooms and park were clean and well kept. Highway noise was noisy but not a deal breaker. We'll be back.

Friendly owners, extremely clean, nice level lots and convenient location. They have wonderful on-site bathrooms & showers which were pristine.
