The was the largest KOA that I have been in so far. They were well staffed with friendly helpful people. The first KOA that I’ve seen with a fitness room and a small agility course for your dog’s enjoyment.

I love the handicapped showers! All campgrounds should have one! The pool was nice too. Wish the hot tub was working better!

We made a last minute reservation and they worked to accommodate us for 6 nights. The grounds are well maintained and sites are roomy.

We stayed on the “new side” & it was beautiful. Large spots with a lot of grass, very clean & well kept. Pretty close to the freeway so you do hear it. I would stay there again but would definitely request the new side.

Stayed there for 5 days while visiting friends/family in the Tri-Cities. Campground was very clean, relatively quiet, and services were wonderful. No complaints at all and wonderful job on the upkeep!

Traffic noise all night. Someone stole our jack pads. Tree hits the RV unable too put out shade. Too close to the people on both sides. Not very happy.

Another hidden gem in the KOA system especially for people just stopping for the night. The new section of the park is specifically designed for big rigs. Easy in and out; long wide sites with lush manicured grass. Plenty of services in the area. Gas and camping world within a mile.

Great clean place. Owners and employees go out of their way to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Too much hiway noise, but that’s just me.

Beautiful park, but the wifi internet was lousy. Not bad park if you don't rely on internet.

I liked the trees and, most of all, the only fully accessible bathroom ever found in an RV park. We also enjoyed the pool and the friendliness of the staff. But we didn't like the overall feel of being so crowded.

I'm giving a score of 2 only because staff seemed nice and the bathroom, though older, was clean. This KOA should be called RVOA since there were very few "campers", I didn't see any during my 2 night stay. I'd guess 80-90% of spaces occupied by RV's, HUGE ones, and PERMANENT residences. There are supposedly 6 tent spots, with no shade other than a flimsy small piece of fabric.

It was clean. They pick up your trash every morning. The POOL/Shower area is very clean and well maintained. The cons would be that the store is so tiny they didn’t even have water. I’m used to KOA stores having a good selection of items and essentials. Also, there are a lot of people that seem to live here so that was odd for a KOA. Very nice recently expanded campground with clean well kept facilities and friendly staff. A large RV sales and service business is next door. Located on a busy freeway so traffic noise is an issue.

The staff that I worked with was very helpful and professional after checking in I need to fill up with pronpane and that person was also very helpful after filling up they lead me to my spot it was in an newer area of the park ti was great and the restrooms and shower were very roomy, clean and I have to say some of the best I've seen all summer

Beautiful RV campsites, easy in and out, roomy level sites, great hookups. KOA was close to several needed businesses, including an RV Sales, Parts, & Service Center where we went for some hardware, KOA Staff was very helpful and friendly. Garbage was picked up every morning, My husband found other visitors and permanent residents very friendly to us and our dogs. Would stay here again.

My only criticism is that some of the sites are tight, but our site was in the new section and had plenty of space between rigs. It is what you expect from a KOA. It is not a treed camp if that's what you are looking for. Lots of grass and well manicured.

I felt it should have been disclosed that this was basically a Mobil home park with nearly all units permanent residents. Traffic in and out was constant. It was difficult to walk even to the restrooms or around the park with the dogs without constant road traffic. I feared my truck might be broken into in the night. Just my honest feelings.

This was our very first stay at a KOA and our first night in our new to us RV! Everyone was so very helpful and got our newest adventure off to a great start! We especially appreciated Nick Boyd’s help. He was extremely knowledgeable and did so much to help us get Eve set up and ready for our stay! The location was great, the amenities wonderful and every staff member was outstanding!

Half of the park is brand new as of Memorial Day 2021! We had one of the 80’ pull through. Plenty of room for our rigs. Nick was especially helpful. He led us to our site and made sure we were settled and understood the amenities of the park (there are several) but he told us a lot about the restrooms and showers. They are big, new, and CLEAN!!!! We will stay again!

Although we were only there overnight, and we knew it was a Journey campground (usually they are not as nice as the KOA Holiday) but were pleasantly surprised! It looked like a KOA Holiday campground!

Friendly owners, extremely clean, nice level lots and convenient location. They have wonderful on-site bathrooms & showers which were pristine.
