Travis at the desk was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He called another koa for me and got me a reservation after it said they were full online. After that he told me several sites I could visit and places to eat in Twin Falls as I continued my trip. Customer service like that is amazing and hard to find.

Wet clean facility, extremely nice staff and the Saturday breakfast in the clubhouse was a pleasant surprise and great home cooked food!

We had a great time there. The showers were great. The campsites are laid out very nicely. Just need some shade trees.

This is almost like 2 separate campgrounds. The older side is more cramped and has more full-time residents. The new side is more open but lacks mature trees. This is a very good spot to use as a base for trips to the river and even day trips into the mountains. Easy access to highway and shopping/restaurants within 2 miles. We also went to several minor league baseball games while there.

Hookups were fine, reliable 50 amp power. Lot is small, but adequate. Road is very tight, with cars extending into the street. Work campers or permanent residents have unsightly and too much private property, making appearance as a negative. Nice staff and support for propane refills.

nice park but in new section, bad placement of shore power/h2o, for those with slides. site i was in, very difficult to back in a 32 foot unit due to trees and fire hydrant and previous mention. good location and amenities

The newer section is really nice- spacious sites and super nice restroom facilities. Only fault would be the fact that not all machines in the laundry room were operable.

Check in staff were very friendly and efficient- loved that they had a very helpful guy to take us to our site. The park facilities are kept very clean… and they have a delicious Saturday breakfast available through Labor Day. We would definitely book another stay at this KOA!! : )

My family of 4 stayed at Pasco KOA 7/28/21. The staff was friendly and helpful. Nick gave recommendations for our family to try, and he didn't steer us wrong. The pool and hot tub were a great way to relax after a long drive.

Stayed at the Pasco KOA for 8 days. Very clean all hook-ups very accessible. Cable had a very poor picture and Wifi was un-accessible in the new area, you had to go over to the old area to get reception.

Great location, spacious sites, and excellent services. The showers were nice with lots of hot water and good water pressure. The sites were large, wide and long and level. The only minor issue I would have would be that the water spigot was too low to the ground to properly use my water setup with a splitter then my filter. I had to connect the hose first, then the filter. No splitter.

Clean sites, plenty of open activity space, and friendly courteous staf. Only drawback was the noise from the nearby highway, which we could not hear in the RV.

We made reservations (2 motorhomes) the day we needed a campsite. We were able to get two together. No complaints whatsoever. One nice thing is if you put your garbage out between certain times someone comes and picks it up for you. Wifi was good.

Too close to freeway. Too many folks that appear to be long term residents coming and going. Pool small full of what appeared to be residents children. Could not use it, too crowded. Staff was good though.

New bathroom on the new side is what every KOA or any campground should have. the new side was very well thought out. It was a real pleasure to stay there.

We were there over the 4th of July, they had an amazing celebration with fireworks for the kiddies, fireworks display and music, was not expecting much but WOW!!! You guys rocked. We stayed in the newer section, sites mostly level, lots of room between sites, restrooms/pool area were spotless, Well Done!!

Was in town for business and did not utilize anything but my trailer spot. I can say, the small amount of contact I had with office was good and the maintainance man who helped with a jack issue was so kind. SUPER QUITE despite a full house! Convenience gas station store, a sandwich drive thru and coffee stand nearby. Good location but can here freeway and louder engines occasionally. CLEAN!

Our only complaint is the unsecured very unreliable wifi internet connection! Even when connected to the network there was seldom internet service.

Our only complaint is that the internet didn’t work for us. The signal was too weak. Other than that we loved the campground and will definitely be back. The indoor pool and spa were a great amenity. We didn’t get a chance to see the community room but did make our way over to the RC track and were pleasantly surprised. Overall a great place with many things to keep kids young and old happy.

Stayed at this location on our way to Coeur d Alene and on our way home. The new sites are very nice, some of the best we've stayed at. Very level, lots of nice green grass. BUT, the wifi is terrible. Non existent actually. So frustrating. Why don't the owners of these KOA's spend the money on good wifi for their guests and if they have to charge a few bucks more, do it. Wouldn't stay again

Friendly owners, extremely clean, nice level lots and convenient location. They have wonderful on-site bathrooms & showers which were pristine.
